To ensure you have the best experience on the water, goggles are required for all drivers. Ocean saltwater can splash into your eyes and affect your vision while driving. Wearing goggles helps protect your eyes and ensures a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable ride.

Participants who do not meet the age and licensure requirements will not be able to participate, forfeiting their booking. No refund will be issued for forfeitures. The driver on the booking must bring a valid Driver’s License. All other participants on the booking must have valid ID. Participants who do not meet identification and licensure requirements will not be able to participate, forfeiting their booking. No refund will be issued for forfeitures. The physical credit card used to make the booking must be presented at check-in. The reservation name and the name on the credit card used for payment must match. If the names do not match, the booking will not be valid, and participants must register and pay at check-in, pending booking availability. Weight and Height Limits: Height: 1.37 m (4'6") to 1.96 m (6'5"). Weight: Two-passenger car total weight max is 430 pounds. Four-passenger car: total max weight is 748 pounds. Before each tour, we will conduct weight checks. If participant(s) exceed these limits, unfortunately, to ensure your safety, will NOT be able to participate, and will NOT receive refund. Share this information with all members of your group to avoid any inconveniences. A refundable damage deposit of $150 is required at check-in. The deposit will be held on your credit card and released 24 hours after check-in, pending no damage or incidentals. The credit/debit card on file will be charged for any damage or incidental costs exceeding $150. Please note that failure to provide a credit card for this hold will result in the forfeiture of your booking, and you will not be able to participate. Unfortunately, no refund will be provided for any forfeited bookings. All participants must sign the Ocean Motion Watersports Car Participation waiver prior to participation. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund. See our cancellation policy for details. To ensure a smooth experience, customers must arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled time for check-in and a mandatory safety protocol review. Late Arrival Policy: Customers who arrive late or after the scheduled booking-departure time will unfortunately forfeit their participation without refund, as timely check-ins are essential for safety and scheduling purposes. Customers under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to operate the Jet Cars. Individuals in such a condition will forfeit their ride without eligibility for a refund. To ensure the well-being of all participants, individuals who are pregnant will not be permitted to participate. Customers who knowingly book while pregnant will not be allowed to participate and will not be eligible for a refund. Customers must check-in at the Ocean Motion Office. Office is located at San Juan Bay Marina lower level under the Sizzler Restaurant. By proceeding with the booking, you confirm and agree that you willingly authorized the credit card transaction associated with your booking. By proceeding with the booking, you confirm that you understand and accept that once the tour is completed, refunds will not be issued. By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and agree that refunds and chargeback requests will not be granted for services already rendered, including participation in any booked tour. To ensure smooth operations, we do not accept booking changes less than 24 hours of your scheduled reservation. Exceptions include operator-initiated changes and weather-related reschedules. Non-participation in your booking will not result in a refund. No refunds will be issued for missed or unattended bookings. By proceeding with the booking, you confirm that you understand that refunds and chargebacks will be denied for services you have received, including participation in any tour you have booked. By completing the booking and taking part in the tour, you acknowledge and accept the terms of service provided by the tour operator. Please ensure you have read and understood the full terms before finalizing your reservation. Due to the saltwater conditions of the ocean and the possibility of saltwater coming into contact with your eyes, goggles are required for all drivers to ensure clear vision and prevent any obstruction while operating the vehicle. Sep 10, 2026, 12:42:13 PM This was truly a unique and thrilling experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the ride. You will need to get there early if you don't complete the waivers prior to showing up. The instructions and safety information was very thorough. Unfortunately, one of the cars in front of me was slow most of the time so I couldn't go as fast as I wanted to. I highly recommend this experience to everyone, even if you are not a daredevil. Loved it!

Aug 13, 2026, 11:06:26 PM They were very rude while me and my friends were waiting for them to get everything together. They did not run on time. We arrived before our scheduled timing and we still waited an hour and a half. Once we got on the car my car wouldn’t go over 6mphs.it took almost 30 mins to fix it once they did and we got to the middle of the ocean the car started running hot because it was so much seaweed stuck underneath it, and the engine light came on. We were stuck in the middle of the water for about 20mins. So we only had a good 10mins of riding. We didn’t get any extra time,money back or simply an apology all we got was attitude! I would not recommend anyone to this experience even if it was free!!! DO NOT BOOK!

May 18, 2026, 10:35:49 AM Wonderful experience with driving and good guidance was provided. It was similar to driving a video game car simulator, in which, you have to utilize both feet to drive. The Bluetooth radio didn’t work but it didn’t matter to us. Don’t use Ray Ban Metas to record as the water can damage them. I would advise using a waterproof camera like the DJ Osmo 5 to get angles and protect your device. Speed was steady with some sporadic adjustments due to water waves. Overall, I would definitely recommend this experience. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Overall , the experience with Ocean Sports Car Jet Ski was fun and exciting, especially if you’re just looking to enjoy the ride and the experience itself. The staff was friendly and we still had a good time out on the water.
However, I was a little disappointed because there was no Bluetooth available for music, and no pictures or drone footage included like I expected. I also wish the ride lasted a full hour because it felt a little short.

Arrived around 2:07PM for our reservation. Was told that they didn’t have enough cars, and then he switched it to due to the weather we were unable to go out. Rescheduled us for the next day at 11:30 but at that point I was over it. To make matters worse, it was my birthday! The staff was dismissive would not recommend. They also wouldn’t refund me even though they rescheduled US!

Amazing Jetcar Tour – A Must-Do in San Juan!jovianar
We had an unforgettable experience riding the red Bugatti jetcar! I went with my two young adult daughters, and we loved every minute. Cruising through San Juan Bay, especially past La Fortaleza, was both thrilling and beautiful.
Our tour guide Ernesto was excellent – friendly, knowledgeable, and made the ride even more enjoyable. We only wish the tour lasted longer than 25–30 minutes – it was that good!

We had a very disappointing experience with this tour company. Our tour was scheduled for 3:00 PM, and due to unforeseen circumstances, we arrived at their office at 3:01 PM. We were told that the orientation had started 30 minutes earlier and that we had missed it despite the actual tour time being listed as 3:00.
Instead of being accommodating or understanding, the staff immediately told us it was our loss and that we would not be allowed to participate or reschedule for the day. There was no flexibility or empathy, even though we were literally one minute late for the posted tour time.
Only after a frustrating back and forth did the staff reluctantly agree to issue a refund. This could have been handled so much better with a bit of customer care and basic professionalism. We were excited for this experience, but the poor service completely soured it. Would not recommend

Fantastic Experience with Ocean Motion Watersportscar!
During our recent cruise stop in San Juan, Puerto Rico, we decided to explore the island and found this gem, Ocean Motion Watersportscar! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and incredibly enjoyable.
The team was professional, friendly, and very accommodating to our schedule, knowing we were on a time crunch with the cruise. The vehicles were new-luxury vehicles and easy to maneuver. They provided a unique and fun way to see the sights of San Juan, including some off-the -beaten-path spots we wouldn’t have discovered otherwise.
The guided and safety instructions were clear and helpful, making us feel confident and at ease throughout the excursion. We especially loved being able to capture some amazing views of the fort and other picturesque landmarks as we cruised the scenic ocean streets.
If you’re looking for a memorable and adventurous way to explore San Juan during a cruise stop of visit to San Juan, Puerto Rico I highly recommend Ocean Motion Watersportscar. It was an unforgettable part of our trip!
