Puerto Rico Private Transportation provided excellent service from San Juan International Airport to our hotel in Condado. Christian met us promptly at the baggage claim area and patiently waited until our luggage arrived. He helped with our bags and guided us to a premium SUV for the short ride to the hotel. The vehicle was comfortable, stocked with complimentary water, and made the 10–15 minute drive relaxing. When we fly into a destination for the first time, we prefer not to gamble on a taxi or Uber without knowing who’s operating it. With Puerto Rico Private Transportation, we had the peace of mind that comes from a company vetted by TripAdvisor and supported by many positive reviews. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely book with them again on our next trip to San Juan.

both rides to ferry there and back to the airport were great!! both drivers were excellent! great communication with the app and the drivers the day of the ride. I left my water bottle the day we first got here when they brought us to ferry and they brought it back the day we got picked up, 6 days later! Will book again if we come back to Puerto Rico. They made it less stressful to get around!

It was amazing, stress-free and much higher than expectations. The driver contacted me immediately after booking to start the communication. He knew the disembarkation process well and anticipated that we would arrive early so he was there 30 minutes earlier than agreed upon. We walked out and were met at the exit with friendly, and knowledgeable Christian. The car was clean. He put every bag in the car effortlessly and we were off. Magnificent. Highly recommend!

First ad said "free cancellation". Pick up at your hotel. I was booking the day before. Booked and the same screen came up, "cancel 24 hours ahead" for free. Operator then started to give us all kinds of things he wont do, no pick at hotel, swiched time from 8:20 to 6:30am.Walk a mile in the dark bad streets for PU. So I cancelled. Then no refund. I screen shot every thing. Legally, I'm owed a full refund. This is bull and i have proof.

Driver was awesome. He called us to let us know we should get to the pier early. I said princess said not to get there before 12. He let us know that if we waited until 12 we would be standing in line in the sun and he recommended him coming and picking us up at 10:30 and getting us there early. Talked to our friends, we all agreed and we headed out. That was the best decision. We got there, no line. Walked right in and right on to the ship just like he said. No fuss, no muss. Really appreciated him giving that advice. He was great!! Great start to a great vacation!!

I would highly recommend! Even though I had booked a later time, because they had my flight number, my driver was there to pick us up when we got to the airport. There was no missing him as he had a sign with my name on it. We collected our luggage and were off. He even pointed out sights as we passed on the way to our hotel. Would give them 10 stars.
