The driver on the booking must bring a valid Driver’s License. All other participants on the booking must have valid ID or Driver's License. Participants who do not meet the age, ID and licensure requirements will not be able to participate, forfeiting their booking. No refund will be issued for forfeitures. The physical credit card used to make the booking must be presented at check in. The reservation name and the name on the credit card used for payment must match. If the names do not match, the booking will not be valid, and participants must register and pay at check-in, pending booking availability. Weight and Height Limits: Height: 1.37 m (4'6") to 1.96 m (6'5"). Weight: Two-passenger car total weight max is 430 pounds. Four-passenger car: total max weight is 748 pounds. Before each tour, we will conduct weight checks. If participant(s) exceed these limits, unfortunately, to ensure your safety, will NOT be able to participate, and will NOT receive refund. Share this information with all members of your group to avoid any inconveniences. A refundable damage deposit of $150 is required at check-in. The deposit will be held on your credit card and released 24 hours after check-in, pending no damage or incidentals. The credit/debit card on file will be charged for any damage or incidental costs exceeding $150. Please note that failure to provide a credit card for this hold will result in the forfeiture of your booking, and you will not be able to participate. Unfortunately, no refund will be provided for any forfeited bookings. Must sign the Ocean Motion Watersports Car Participation waiver prior to participation. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund. See our cancellation policy for details. To ensure a smooth experience, customers must arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled time for check-in and a mandatory safety protocol review. Late Arrival Policy: Customers who arrive late or after the scheduled booking and departure time will unfortunately forfeit their participation without refund, as timely check-ins are essential for safety and scheduling purposes. Customers under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to operate the Jet Cars. Individuals in such a condition will forfeit their ride without eligibility for a refund. To ensure the well-being of all participants, individuals who are pregnant will not be permitted to participate. Customers who knowingly book while pregnant will not be allowed to participate and will not be eligible for a refund. Customers must check-in at the Ocean Motion Office. Office is located at San Juan Bay Marina lower level under the Sizzler Restaurant. By proceeding with the booking, you confirm and agree that you willingly authorized the credit card transaction for the booking. By proceeding with the booking, you confirm you understand and accept that once the tour is completed, refunds will not be issued. By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and agree that refunds and chargeback requests will not be granted for services already rendered, including participation in any booked tour. Absolutely AMAZING experience! We had such a great time for my husband’s 50th bday Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure we felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire experience. The views were beautiful, and the adrenaline rush was unforgettable!

Very fun experience. They even took photos and videos of us in the water or the jet cars for a small additional fee. These jet cars feel much more safer than regular jet skis!
Excursion Canceled Without NoticeReginna_B
When we arrived at the location they were closed. We drove there for nothing. No one left a voicemail, or anything. They claim my mailbox was full which isn't true.
When calling to see what was going on we were given an excuse about we were contacted last week and the excursion was canceled due to the Coast Guard.
After calling they proceeded a refund which should have been done when they were made aware of the issue.
Awesome, staff terrific. Expect to be there a half an hour prior. Fill out waiver prior to getting there. The waiver came through my spam folder.
Amazing 🤩 we had a good time, enjoyable. I recommend to the people. Come and give it try . The team there are very friendly. If you scared of doing jet skis come and try this one.

Overall horrible experience from the car to the customer service from the manager. When we first got in the car the speakers for the McLaren jet car didn’t work at all. Then when we went out on the water with the guide. We were in the first car behind the guide. Our car could barely keep up with the guide on the jetski. 10 minutes into the experience the guide stopped us and had the car behind us pass us because we couldn’t keep up with the guide. So then the guide and the Bugatti Jet Car took off to the point to where we couldn’t even see them anymore. And mind you this is a GUIDED tour so we were left alone in the middle of the bay with no guide to lead us to where we needed to go. And mind you, they tell you to stay within 30 yards of each car. We complained to the manager to see if he could do anything to accommodate us and he proceeded to say he couldn’t do anything unless another person complained. He kept talking in circles and saying someone must of unlocked one of the cars to make it go faster. Then even after showing him these videos, he still said there’s nothing he can do unless someone cancels then we could maybe get another spot. But we would have to put down another $150 deposit if we wanted to go that route. I asked if he could refund us half of the money we spent and he said he couldn’t do that. I would be a happy customer if he was more genuine but he wasn’t interested in doing anything to accommodate us without interrupting plans that we already have paid for. Overall I wanted to have a good experience but that was not the case, I would avoid doing business with this business because if anything goes wrong, they won’t do much to make up for it.
The tour guides were amazing and we had so much fun. This was a surprise for my husband and we would definitely do this again

This experience was amazingggggggg! From start to finish we were given clear and precise instructions from JR on how to operate the car and have a safe/ fun ride. Hector was our tour guide and once again did an amazing job with instructions and also did cool tricks. My favorite part was the donuts. The rev of the car plus the water splashing, I would highly recommend this 10/10!

It was SO FUN, but expect to get wet. If you are female concerned about hair, take a scarf to cover it because it will get wet. Also, take eye protection because water will get into your eyes. Overall, it will be FUN!

this was my first time on jet ski and it wasn’t what i expected. the tour guide did not offer me and my husband goggles so the saltwater tore my eyes up . wasn’t really able to see . glad i wasn’t driving my husband was driving and he said it the jet car need maintenance . cause the trimmer and the steering was off . i would have to do this again with a different company to see if this was just the car but i dont recommend

Even though I’m not a water person, I wanted to try a new experience the young man that signed us up was very nice and very helpful. Our guy was cool. He took a picture of us out on the water. The ride was cool. You get to play your own music however, you will touch a lot of salt water in your face which will sting your eyes goggles are recommended.

The staff were friendly, experienced, and made it a fun experience. You will get wet on the ride, I suggest for the best pictures and videos - a waterproof case for your phone. Wear sunglasses. My husband drove, and said it works your body lol. 😂 We loved it. Enjoy!!! It was a blast.

The instructors and jet ski guides make certain that you are safe and enjoy your ride in the water cars. I highly recommend that you experience this activity at this location if you’re ever in San Juan. We are in our 60’s and would definitely do it again
You will definitely get wet! It was soooo much fun! Luciano was AMAZING! He made us feel safe and comfortable, while ensuring that we enjoyed ourselves. We had a ball!

The team was super friendly and kind and I liked that but 30 minutes for the price was not worth it the green car did not go to full speed even the guide was like you need to go faster but it would not go really. We were under weight limit so don’t know what the issue was.

Get the goggles if it’s windy. lol. This was our second jet car experience, the first was in Miami. My only complaint was that the waves were so hard we couldn’t even see. And that salt water burns. Otherwise 10/10, the instructors were great, knowledgeable and patient with our entire group of 12.

Mar 31, 2025, 11:07:35 AM We booked the experience through Viator a month or so ago. We made a last minute time change the week before from 4pm to 12:30pm. Upon arrival, they still had us for 4pm. Apparently Viator and the tour operator did not communicate. However, they were able to book us into a 1pm on site and accommodate us despite the mix up. I recommend confirming directly with the Tour operator. We had a wonderful time, I highly recommend booking the 1 hour time for maximum site seeing all the way to El Morro and lots of donuts and water spray. Many people thought the 30 minutes was too short. We took our Go Pro and had a blast. Our tour guide was so much fun. Goggles would have been good as we got a lot of salt water in our eyes but were able to shake it off and keep going. This is definitely a once in a lifetime bucket list item for the car enthusiast and/or water/boat enthusiast.

Not truly 30min , staff was friendly and the instructors were all nice as well. Way stricter company because of th area and all the yachts and police boats. Had to do 5mhp for majority of the experience.
Didn't tell us deposit was due separately until we got there. Directions were not clearly stated. You dont get to pick yiur car they pick for you. We did have FUN so giving 3 and a half stars.
