I wish they would have told me to bring protective eye wear or offered it at the place . Bring Goggles or glasses the salt water in your eyes is no fun .

Experience was fun, not easy driving a boat car on water, but still enjoyed the experience. and the guides were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great experience, good amount of fun

Overall, the experience was OK, but the jet boats could use some maintenance. The machines did not seem to be in the first condition and needed some work while we were still able to enjoy the experience. The equipment could have been better maintained to make the rental more enjoyable.

Great experience ; definitely recommend ! They do take photos for a fee and the quality is great ! The only down side is the cars don’t have padded seats so they hurt a little when it bounces on the waves & the radios don’t work either.

1-Star Review: Complete Scam and Zero Respect for Customers' Time ​Do not waste your hard-earned money or vacation time on Ocean Motion Watersports Car. I booked a 3:30 PM Jetcar Tour (Booking #1449366369) at the San Juan Bay Marina location. Every single interaction and notification from day one—booking confirmations, detailed instructions, waiver requests that I signed the morning of the tour, and reminder alerts—was conducted strictly via email. Yet, when I arrived on-site, the security guard informed me that the business was completely closed. She graciously tried calling contacts on her end, but nobody picked up. ​Desperate for answers, I called the direct phone number listed in their email (866) 592-6151. A representative answered immediately and flat-out lied to me, insisting they were open and operational. I even put her on speakerphone so marina security could hear the confirmation, which prompted security to let us through the gates. I walked all the way back to their physical shop only to find locked doors and a completely deserted facility. ​When I called the exact same woman back, her tune immediately changed: "Oh yeah, they're closed; we tried to call you a week ago on your phone." When I pressed her on why on earth they couldn't send a simple cancellation email—especially when they managed to send automated marketing and check-in emails right up to the day of the booking—there was dead silence. Instead of taking ownership of their utter incompetence, she had the audacity to ask if I wanted to reschedule. Absolutely not. If a company lacks the basic common sense and decency to email a paying customer to cancel a reservation, they do not deserve a single penny. Stay far away!

I had an amazing experience with my partner! The receptionist was super friendly and welcoming! Once we got on the dock the 3 guys that were there were super helpful and made sure we felt safe while also having fun!

It was a great experience the instructor was very.nice and detail oriented. I would most def recommend.

Worth the price. Had a lot of fun! Was able to hook up to the Bluetooth and enjoy music while riding the jet car.

had to rush to get there since it says arrive 30 mins early or you will be left so we did just to have to wait for a couple that was 37 mins late. we were supposed to start at 2:30 & didn’t start until 3:10. then the blue car that we booked was given to the couple that was 37 mins late!!! we were beyond upset about this. the cars are hard to drive too and it felt like you were out there for 10 mins. it completely slowed up our day because we had another excursion to get too at 5pm. It was cool for the one time experience but i wouldn’t do it again for $220. very disappointed about waiting and then not even getting the car that we booked. do better. at least the tour guide did take a picture for us but only because we asked

I just didnt care for the following the tour guide path. It's harder to control the jet car than it is a jet ski. We would hit his waves a get soaked lol. It was overall fun. I recommend some ski glasses. I had a great time. You wont be disappointed.

I had an amazing time on the water jet car experience! From the moment we started, it was pure excitement. The ride was smooth, thrilling, and so much fun. Being able to speed across the water while enjoying the beautiful views made it an unforgettable adventure. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable throughout the experience. Whether you’re looking for an adrenaline rush or just a unique way to enjoy the water, I highly recommend giving it a try. I would definitely do it again!

I want to give 5 stars for the customer service. It was A1. I booked the excursion without payment then when days got closer for me to pay it was giving problems so I booked another one with payment but date wasn’t the same. I panicked and asked for the correct date and it was fixed immediately. I appreciated the urgency. The excursion itself was great as well. Ladies please don’t do like me and have on a lace thinking it won’t be hella wet like I put your face all in the water cuz it does. Also have the water proof phone case. Fair warning!!! Overall great experience

Very exciting and exhilarating. It does take a bit to get use to the steering of the vessel due to the keel. The guides were great and once exiting the 5 mph no wake zone, allowed to open it up and go as fast as we wanted. If you have the opportunity to experience this event do so you won’t regret it

It was an amazing ride with a great guide. He was good at what he does, very informative, very nice, and professional. I would recommend 10/10. And the food was absolutely amazing

The place is legit and super nice & know what they are doing. The car/boat is super hard to drive and steer. Water flies in your face. The guides are super nice and want you to have fun—- the scenery is pretty

We booked the blue and pink car at San Juan Motorsport with a 10:30 reservation and were told to arrive at 10, which we did. Upon arrival, the experience started off poorly. The woman at the front desk came off rude and acted as if we were late because another couple had already done their briefing. She seemed annoyed that she had to go over it again. The drive itself is very controlled. Don’t expect to go faster than about 35 mph. The ride is only 30 minutes, and three cars go out at the same time with a guide in the front and back. We were the last car in the group. The only thing that really made it enjoyable was the guide in the back who eventually broke away from the group and let us pick up speed, get wet, and actually have some fun. Huge credit to him for making the experience better. Overall, for the price, it wasn’t worth it and I wouldn’t do it again.

I had a great experience. If driving to Barbie car, have shades or goggles on to keep the water out of your eyes.

It was such an amazing experience! I was super nervous but the guys at the dock and on the jet ski were alot of help ! If you listen to the instructions they give you will have fun! Bring goggles because there will be a lot of water ! Lots of fun!

We enjoyed this mini tour the views were beautiful including old San Juan, government buildings, and boats and cruise ships.

I had the time of my life doing this carski activity on the morning of my birthday—it was such an incredible experience. I was the only one booked at the time, so I got to fully enjoy it without worrying about anyone bumping into me. One of the tour guides even rode along with me and captured amazing photos and videos while I was driving, which made it even more special.

You will get a little wet, and the steering wheel is definitely touchy and hard to turn, as they tell you when giving instructions. Soooooo fun. I’m so glad I booked it for me and my husband. He couldn’t wipe the smile off his face😍

It was amazing! Junior was clear on instructions, vibes were there! He made me follow behind him the whole time but eventually played around (safely). Went in huge circles, gave it some gas to feel the power!

This was one of the highlights from our trip to Puerto Rico!!! Our blue car was able to blue tooth music to it, and we had a blast! So much fun! The 30 minutes literally flew by. I would suggest googles for your face. Salt water will definitely get splashed in your face so be very prepared. Eye protection is a must. I would wear water shoes. You will definitely get wet on this ride. So much fun!
