San Juan Nightlife Tour In A Private Can Am Utv Ride And Party

I paid $331 online, only to be told by the owner that I had to pay an additional $100 for insurance upon arrival. The entire experience was unprofessional, inconsistent, and dangerous. My first ride was scheduled for 10:00pm but the driver arrived at 10:30pm. Because of the heavy rain, I had to move to a shelter around 10:10 a.m. When the driver finally arrived, he was drinking while driving! I immediately recorded a video and sent it to the number that had originally contacted me. My 17-year-old child and I were put in danger. Thank God there were no cars behind us when we were out in the rain. I eventually had to get out in the middle of nowhere. The company apologized and claimed they wanted to make things right, so I scheduled another ride for 4:00 p.m. the following day. The night before, they sent me information for a driver named Alberto, but an entirely different person showed up. Alberto was initially pleasant, but he informed me that his boss expected another $100. I questioned why this fee was not clearly and consistently explained from the beginning. The owner claimed it was in the contract, so I requested a refund. Instead of addressing the fact that their driver had endangered us, the owner kept insisting the $100 was for two hours of service. I had already paid $331! Why should I be expected to pay this company anything more after what happened? So I hung up and mind you had u stayed in the ride the night before nothing extra was asked for. I negotiated directly with Alberto, who agreed to $100 for one hour. As a tourist, I was simply trying to resolve the issue seeing I was getting refund I still wanted my son to experience it. I recorded another video to document the interaction because I wanted proof of what was being said and paid. However, the owner continued texting me different terms before my phone died on the two hours he on only wanted 100 due to the refund. So my phone died but I told Alberto that abt the 100 for two hrs. Then and there the owner should have called his driver. Alberto eventually brought us back around 5:30 p.m., despite leaving at approximately 4:26 p.m. When the owner called around 5:28 p.m. on October 11, Alberto told us to be quiet. That raised even more red flags for me. Afterward, I contacted the owner because my phone had died and explained that I had not received the full service he had promised. He told me, in writing, “tomorrow 12.” I called the next day, received no answer, and finally got a text about an hour and a half later saying he was on a ride and would call me afterward. He never called back. To make matters worse, Alberto told us he had not even been working there for three weeks and that the owner was already having numerous problems with customer complaints and negative feedback. I have videos, text messages, and written communication documenting my experience. This company put my child and me at risk, changed the terms of payment, failed to provide consistent information, and did not follow through on resolving the issue. Save your money and protect your safety. Do not book with this company. If you’re visiting the area, transportation on the street can be much cheaper. I wish I had known that before paying $331 for this experience.

So much fun, Especially if you just want to experience a ride thru the city in an ATV. My autistic son sat front seat and smiled the entire ride. Definitely worth it.

It was amazing experience seeing Puerto Rico, from historical locations to fun bars in la Placita, our guide jeramell gave us such a fun and eventful experience, i would definitely recommend 10/10

This was hands down the most fun we had at night in San Juan. Riding through the city, feeling the energy, the music, the lights — it was unforgettable. The guide knew exactly where to go and made the night feel safe and exciting at the same time. Highly recommended for couples or groups of friends.

It was one of the best activities we did on our vacation. Riding along the coast in a Can-Am with the ocean in the background was spectacular. Plus, the guide was very friendly and made us feel right at home.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the night tour totally blew me away. Driving the Can-Am through the city lights was surreal, and our guide was the friendliest guy ever. Definitely one of the best things I did in Puerto Rico.

We did the Can-Am night tour on our first evening and it set the tone for the whole trip. Amazing views, great energy, and the guide was super chill and knowledgeable.

I thoroughly enjoyed the excursion. It was a nice mix of adrenaline and fun. It was also a great way to see the island. Also the tour guides were dope. They showed me some of the hottest spots on the island and mixed up the tour spots as well as added a few stops to make the experience unique and unforgettable. Lastly, I got to drive the cam-am as well. This was a great start to my experience In Puerto Rico. Definitely give them 5/5.

We had an amazing time riding in the UTV, I was expecting a little more of the night life. But we enjoyed our time. The host and staff was amazing and accommodating.

I booked the wrong utv tour and re visited all the same locations we had already seen BUT the tour guide was amazing and rerouted us to see some new places! Such a good tour of the original locations as well bc of the tour guides knowledge of the back history that sight seeing ourselves wouldn’t have taught us !

I went with my boyfriend at the beginning of this year and I think the excursion was very good, we enjoyed it a lot and there was even a lot of laughter at all times, excellent service.

1st off let me say it was not a nightlife tour AT ALL!! it was more like a off road racing and it was terrifying. Soon as we met up with the "tour person" he stated we could not do the beach part as it was for day tour which is a complete lie, I showed him the ad and he said yeah well its dark, it was a 8 pm reservation. But still let it go, We drive through old san juan for approximately 15 minutes he said this is the 1st stop which was the castels then a few minutes away to the I love PR sign,got out to take pictures (mind you the tour person never spoke except when we got to the two spots and we only knew it was old san juan because we were there the day before for another tour which was AMAZING! We then went to the 2nd location. We pull up to a place the driver says you can get out. I asked where and he stated it was the T-mobile arena. I asked if he can recommend a place as we never been there, he said just get out and walk in there's a lot of places call me when your done. He pulls off and we walked around for 15 minutes. We couldn't get a drink to take with us as he was driving insanely fast,we figuredwe get one st la placita. We then had to call the driver to come pick us back up. We now go to location 3 except we somehow end up in lsla verda right in front of our air bnb which was NOT part of the tour. mind you the driver never speaks to us. I asked are we going to la placita? he said we went it was dead so I didn't stop, so I was just going to drive through Isla Verde. He seen the look of confusion on my face and said we can go back to the hotel (which was the pick up location) I asked how much longer we had left he stated 45 minutes. I said NO I want to at least finish the tour. WELL that was a big mistake. He started driving even faster reaching over 60mph on the main streets going in and out of traffic makes a sharp left into the woods!! Never telling us what was about to happen. He then goes through one of the scariest roughest trails in the dark barely missing tree's still doing over 60. I was literally afraid for my life. He was going in and out of the muddy trail and street, it felt like forever. He finally pulls back onto the highway it felt like it was going to spin out and we take off flying down the highway in and out if traffic, OPPOSITE side of traffic at times. I literally had a panic attack and was shaking. He the proceeds back through Isla Verde. I had my husband ask the driver if he can please drop us off at the air bnb since he was about to pass it again, he said we could get out where ever we want. Well with that being said the $100 tip was never given. This was our 1st time in puerto rico, we did a few tours and they were all absolutely amazing. The people were helpful, talkative, friendly! This tour guide was NO WHERE near any of that. Sad to say it was a terrible experience as we were so excited and looking forward to a good night. If making a reservation, MAKE SURE TO COMFIRM ALL LOCATIONS BEFORE GOING! We were all dressed up for a "nightlife" experience, yet after the off roading we were both left all muddy once we were dropped off. Definitely not worth the money we spent.

I was hoping I'd be able to give this a good review, but I just can't. I booked and paid for the "private nightlife tour" and instead was taken an hour or so out of town, allowed to drive the side x side for approximately 10-15 minutes and then driven another hour or so back to the starting point. There were 3 in my group and we were all told we had to pay an additional $40 if we wanted to drive. We all paid and only two of us were given the opportunity to drive (no refund was offered to the 3rd). Also, we were informed that the $40 insurance coverage does not cover any damage to the side x side, but just the individual driving. I'm still trying to wrap my head around how/why it makes sense that the driver would need to have medical coverage but passengers don't?

The nightlife tour was an absolute blast! Our guide took us to some amazing hidden gems that we would have never found on our own. The energy of the city at night was electric, and we felt safe and well taken care of throughout the entire experience.

A fantastic night, everything very punctual and described as it appears in the mentioned descriptions, a view from San Juan, the Placita at night is a cozy atmosphere, a very good option to party and get to know Puerto Rico 100% recommended.

Very beautiful place and very safe, has many places to visit, either in San Juan as well as in its surroundings, e.g. Aguadilla, Crash Boat beach, San Juan Antigio, Isabela, etc, etc. The party is also lived in the little square of Santurce, all very good.

I spent an unforgettable day with Royal Adventure Puerto Rico. The Can-Am are super powerful and it was amazing to drive them along the beach. The team was friendly and always attentive to safety. Definitely a unique adventure not to be missed if you visit Puerto Rico.
