Once you arrive at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport or San Juan Cruise Port, your professional chauffeur will greet you with a personalized sign and escort your to your private luxury vehicle. Feel relaxed and refreshed as you travel in speed and style to your hotel or location in San Juan, which includes areas such as Isla Verde, Condado, Miramar, Santurce, Ocean Park and Old San Juan.
For your return trip, meet your driver at the same location of your arrival drop off (unless requested differently). Your friendly chauffeur will ensure that you arrive at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport or San Juan Cruise Port with plenty of time before your departing time.
Service will be provided on a Mercedes Benz V Class (1 - 6 passengers) or Mercedes Benz Sprinter (7 - 14 passengers). Vehicle assigned will be the most appropriate based on amount of passengers and vehicle availability.
When making a booking, please provide all flight/cruise details and the full address of your accommodation.
Children under 6 years must use car seat. We can provide them at no extra cost, but must be requested upon making the reservation. Same day requests will not be accepted.

There is a possibility of cancellation after receiving instant confirmation for services outside of San Juan. Please contact us for more information.

The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. Cash and credit cards accepted.

Our driver Christian picked us up right on time he was even early at the cruise port and got us safely to the airport along with 4 passengers and lots of luggage. The van was huge and very clean.

I was fortunate enough to join a group of ladies for a tour of Puerto Rico. Our trip started at the airport with our luxury car pickup through Bespoke. Our driver for the week was Ramone. On every occasion, our driver was prompt, courteous and extremely professional. Throughout the week, Ramone was exactly where he was supposed to be during the times he was requested. We never had to wait for him. On my way back to the airport, I was early and he happily agreed to take me early. His flexibility was invaluable. I highly recommend using this company and specifically Ramone for transfers when you are in Puerto Rico.

<p>Fantastic Service, we used for a private transfer from San Juan Airport to the Ritz Carlton Dorado on our arrival from the UK and then again to take us back at the end of our stay. Both journeys we had Jeysika as our driver.<br/> Communication when booking and during our stay was excellent. Emails and texts were responded to promptly. Once we had landed I received a text from Jeysika welcoming us to Puerto Rico. She asked to to send a text once we had our bags. I did this and she was waiting for us directly inside the terminal beside the arrivals bags area. <br/> Jeysika was very professional and helped us six with our luggage. The vehicle Mercedes Benz V250 was clean and well presented. Jeysika chatted to us on the journey and helped with the bags at the hotel.<br/> Pickup for return was equally well communicated and handled.<br/> All in all an excellent service and I would not hesitate to use Jeysika and Bespoke again.</p>

<p>The airport pick up was great. Driver was waiting with a lovely car. Return to airport was a disaster! We were waiting in the lobby with our bags checked with bell captain. We received a call that our driver was outside. We went outside and did not see any driver or similar car. A man approached and answered YES to our query of name and took us in a terrible van to the airport and then asked for money. We said we had paid and only gave him the surcharge. Your driver was not in front of the hotel resulting in this confusion and we were not at all pleased. I paid extra for a private car to and from the airport and only got one way. I'm not happy.</p>
