Absolutely phenomenal! Saw squid, occupy surgeons, glowing coral, and tons and tons of Fish and more. Definitely a unique and awesome experience.

Our host was shayla and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!! We were late as well coming from the other side of the island and Still give us the whole experience we wanted. We got to see sea turtles and a puffer fish 🐡 lobsters etc.. high recommend and at night 🌙

We went night snorkeling for the first time and honestly it couldn’t have gone better. Shey was so friendly, knowledgeable, and just overall really caring and patient. Since we were new to it, she made sure we felt comfortable the whole time and pointed out everything different reefs, fish, and even a turtle, which was amazing. She also took photos for us, which was such a nice touch because we could actually enjoy the experience without worrying about capturing it ourselves. I did end up getting motion sickness from the waves (first time problems 😅), but she was incredible about it. She didn’t make me feel embarrassed at all—she reassured me the whole time that it happens and it was totally okay. She even pulled me back while I held onto her little life buoy so I could just relax. We seriously loved her. If you’re even thinking about doing this, do it—and hope you get her because she made the whole experience.

This has been the highlight of my week so far. The guide Shayla was so knowledgeable and patient. She made sure everyone felt comfortable and we saw so many animals, reefs and the highlight for me was to see a sea turtle. Highly recommend anyone thinking of booking to do so! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cancelled last minute even though weather was perfect. Very disappointing and seems weird to me but…

This was an amazing experience! Our tour guide was Sheila and she was very informative about how to use all the gear and all the fish that we saw under water. Would 100% recommend.

She takes pride in the business and made sure my family and I had a great experience. We had the best time night snorkeling and will absolutely do this again when we are in the area vacationing again!

I have always wanted to try this and so glad that I did! The staff was amazing! Very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable in the water. We saw so many fish, turtles, etc. The experience from start to finish was a 10/10. I highly recommend!

A lot of fun! Warm water, tons of urchins, saw a turtle, lobsters, eels, and lots of fish. Gentle waves, friendly guide. Recommended!

Initially nervous about being out in the water at night, but the guide was very confident and knowledgeable and it put my worries to ease. Lights and equipment were all top notch. Would do this tour again!

I booked this experience a couple of days ago and was truly looking forward to it. They texted me and emailed me, so great with pre-event communication. Day of, I took an uber to the park meeting point at the time they indicated. As I was arriving, they called to cancel. Due to weather. The wind was high/waves hadn’t changed alm day (I was at the beach just before). When I mentioned that they could have let me know before I spent $$ on uber or made alternative plans, they put up an argument. Sure, they refunded me… but it doesn’t change the fact that they didn’t give me advance notice, I’m out $$ for uber and lost time. And put a bad spin on what was a great vacation. I hate poor communication. And o hate even more when they argue. Not a single apology. If they had called when “Sarah” finished her previous tour, I could have stayed at the pool and enjoyed my friends. Who are now at dinner without me….because I was going on this adventure. Make back up plans or pick a different company. This one has poor communication skills on Friday nights.

Great out of the ordinary experience. Going on a night swim being able to see sea life at that time is unforgettable.

Was VERY excited to go on this rare night time snorkeling experience. Yeshua was kind to reschedule for me when I had an urgency. However, when I informed him the next day of my worsened and uncontrollable health/food poisoning situation, prior to the start of the session, there was no response from him nor Jet Snorkel. Requested another session or a refund due to this unexpected health matter, but told that that the cancellation policy is clear, with seemingly minimal effort to understand this personal situation and efforts to communicate. Appreciate a refund of the $89 I paid to experience a dissatisfying chain of reviews and emails that were responded to with only negative and discouraging feedback, with NO snorkeling session with this company experienced during my first trip to Puerto Rico. Please refund me my money at this point. Very stressed, upset and dissatisfied with your customer service and taking advantage of my hard-earned money. This is the kindest way I could phrase my review, with 2 stars, given the stress of the situation and the bills I must pay as a NYC resident who went on the first vacation in 6 years and could not go snorkeling due to getting sick. Refund, please. Please. Thank you for your true understanding

While appreciating this unique and rare night-time snorkeling opportunity, also truly disappointed in the tour operator of Jet Snorkel choosing to minimize communication and customer support. Not only were messages that I communicated regarding health issues that suddenly arose not responded to, I felt that I was talked down upon for such communication and told that I the cancellation policy was clear, indicating that customer service and satisfaction are clearly not a priority of this company… $89 is not simply money to me but means more importantly a memorable experience I now sadly will not have, as a NYC teacher who went on vacation for the first time in 6 years but had a truly dissatisfactory experience with someone not making an effort to understand personal uncontrollable situations. Truly hoping that future customers do not experience a stressful experience such as this. Appreciate a response to this, including a much appreciated non-expiring equivalent session for when I return, and to subsequently include a positive review of amazing customer and client service and to enhance Jet Snorkel’s business to attract PR visitors and experience. Had an amazing night snorkel. the guides were professional, reassuring, and made sure we were well-equipped with powerful underwater flashlights and safety gear.

Juan is genuinely the best. Super super helpful and awesome, showed us around and made us feel great. Didn’t give up and found turtles for us to see!

We had a great experience with the night snorkel! Host was very enthusiastic and excited to show us all the ocean has to offer at night. Very thorough with safety briefing and clearly wants the best for his guests. We saw turtles, squid, octopus, sting ray and fish!

This was such a fun experience. We are avid snorkelers but haven’t had the courage or opportunity to go at night. Our guide Jeshua was GREAT and made us feel safe every step of the way. I loved how the coral and the turtles light up and glow in the LED lights. 10/10 experience and I’d highly recommend to anyone of any snorkel/swimming ability.

Spur of the moment find (Air BnB/Trip Advisor) and what a find!! Jacob (our guide) explained all we needed to know prior to going out. Once at the site, he went over everything again, then in the water we practiced breathing through the snorkel & going from stomach to back.. life jackets, flippers & lights provided.. it was so cool to a night snorkel & to see marine life this was most worth while! Jacob made certain to point marine life out & made sure everyone had a chance to see everything.. I highly recommend this tour 5⭐️++

It was so much fun! I loved our tour guide! Awesome time! I went with my mom and we both had a blast! Saw turtles and starfish and some other cool looking fish!

guide was AMAZING!! juan has a great attitude and is funny! i’ve been twice with them and never fails. DEFINITELY recommend. if you’re not a powerful swimmer get the jet for an additional cost, it helped so much

My family had a great time at night!!! It was a day with crazy waves outside but this one full hour snorkel tour finishing 8 pm was comfortable and safe. The water was nice and warm. The guide was Jacob and he a great personal trainer today. He showed us many cool creatures. What we do is the same snorkeling, but really different from daytime ones. A lot of fish and glowing anemone. Such a great end of year experience. We all did quite a good exercise, for a full one hour. Thank you so much!
