Yamel the tour guide was very nice and patient. We saw plenty of fish. No turtles…but they can’t control wildlife.

Thundered and rained all day and Viator refused to let us cancel our trip. Water was murky, and insanely choppy. This was the only thing on our entire trip that seemed like a complete waste of money.

Karolina was amazing she made sure we were okay at all time and took her time to explain everything to us and was very patient ! We got to see turtles and other see creatures!

This is our second year in a row coming to this company to enjoy some snorkeling. We had such an amazing time last year and was the best part of our trip, we had to come again! We had Karolina this time, and she was above and beyond. Helped with anything we needed, made sure the group was safe and having fun, and knew all the best spots to bring us to! This is a company we plan to book with any time we come back. We also love getting the free pictures for memories right after!

Karolina was amazing - showed us all the best spots, a great attitude, and was excited to show us all the animals. Great pictures and videos. She even helped a member of the group that was not feeling well, while still keeping the rest of the group engaged. Hope to see a turtle next time - but we cannot control that. Great job karolina!!!

Our guide Alex was great. He spent time making sure we were all comfortable going out as first time snorkelers. Our youngest is 9 yrs and was nervous at first but quickly became acclimated. We saw some cool fish, squid, and sea urchins. ALEX was a wonderful guide!

Our guide, Randi, was fantastic—incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and kept everyone in great spirits. Even though we didn't spot any turtles this time, we saw a lot otlf other amazing sea life. Highly recommend this trip!

Though the snorkeling time was short it still felt like a memorable experience. Alex as amazing! He was very attentive throughout the whole time, explained everything clearly, he was just great. I felt comfortable who was a first timer and also not much of swimmer. Thank you Alex!

Kenzie did a great job with guiding us through the water and keeping us together. She also was great and showing us the turtles and making sure everyone had a chance to see them. It was a good first experience!

Kenzie was an amazing guide for our snorkeling experience. She was super attentive and pointed out all the sea life when she spotted them. She even stopped us to take pictures and videos of us on our way back to the shore. I would definitely recommend my friends to try out the experience, especially if it’s with Kenzie. This was hands down the highlight of our trip because of her expertise.

Try scuba had to reschedule our tour from 10am till 3pm because of poor weather conditions. But aside from that, which is not something they can control, the experience was good. Alex was very nice and patient. He made sure to give clear instructions when it came to safety and reassurance when it came prepping for the water, and that’s very needed coming from a weak swimmer who doesn’t snorkel. He worked really hard to help us find turtles. Sometimes we got left behind because my partner doesn’t know how to swim and was anxious /move slowly. But we were always able to catch up. happy that I did this experience with him.

It was a fun experience and we saw 2 turtles. Randi was a great guide, very upbeat, friendly and patient. Our group had 7 people and we could spread out pretty well.

Randy Robison was so kind and friendly, and she helped me a lot because she showed me where everything was, and showed me how to put on the gear right so I could swim well. It was definitely worth the price that my mom mom paid for this.

Raul was an amazing tour guide gave us great information and helped us all the way through. I felt safe the whole time and really liked the tour.

We booked this last minute and I could not say enough good things about the experience! We even went on a windier day with a bit of clouds and it was so amazing. Yamil was our tour guide and he was exceptional! He showed us two amazing spots and we saw multiple sea turtles and lots of coral reefand fish.
