We had 2 experiences with Puerto Rico Green and both were excellent! Their cars were immaculate, the drivers were prompt and professional, and knowledgeable. Harold gets EXTRA praise! We spent several hours with him and he is an excellent driver and so enjoyable to be around. I cannot recommend Puerto Rico Green highly enough! (Our other driver was fabulous too but I cannot remember his name).
We made pre-arrangements to be picked up at 10 am. We disembarked early and Puerto Rico Green Transportation easily accommodated our change. I would not make arrangements with anyone other company. They kept us apprised every step of the way.
Excellent customer service - their drivers Mr Harry Santos & Mr Castellano go above & beyond for their customers! Mr Harry Santos picked us up from the San Juan International airport to our hotel. Seeing him waiting for us at baggage claim was very comforting for a family traveling with kids. He helped us with luggage & he led us out of the airport safely to the vehicle. Mr Castellano took us to & from Isla Grande Airport. He helped us with our luggage & confirmed we had all of our luggage. He confirmed our flights were correct. He even came in to speak with attendant to make sure we were at the correct location. We enjoyed his conversation and he treated us like family. We highly recommend Puerto Rico Green Transportation, along with their Drivers Mr Harry Santos & Mr Castellano for the best & safest transportation in San Juan Puerto Rico.
Harold was great!!! This is our second time with him and always a great time and accommodates our children so well!! He’s considered family now!
We used Puerto Rico Green Transportation for each of our three transfers: airport to Old San Jaun, Old San Juan to Hyatt, and Hyatt to airport. We had the pleasure of meeting 3 different drivers, and each one offered excellent service. Harold, Pierre, and Billy did an amazing job. Definitely would use this service again!
What a horrible experience. Inbound the driver didn’t bother to help with luggage. After an apology call and an offer for 50 percent off next service, we acquiesced. And they didn’t show up leaving our family without airport transfer at 3am.! We are in San Juan 2-5 times a year and we are better off taking our chances with an Uber in the middle of the nightclub exit hour. That’s pretty sad.
Driver didn’t help with logger until we were loading the car. Not even an offer. Seemed a little annoyed to be there.
Service was fantastic from the start with Jean Marie. She was very helpful it getting both of our reservations set up for transportation services. Answered all of my many questions promptly and got us set up very quickly. Then as we arrived into Puerto Rico, Harold was excellent. Was there waiting for us at airport. He was very helpful and pleasant on the drive to hotel. Highly recommend using Puerto Rico Green Transportation!

Unfortunately arranged all transports through them and what a mess! Upon arrival, we had to WAIT for them. Then our driver looked at apartments on his phone the whole time- how unsafe! Then upon return pick up they couldn't find the hotel so dropped us off IN AN ALLEY in san Juan with our luggage! Then our trip to airport was cancelled and owner tried to blame travel agent! How unprofessional! and how untrue! Terrible service! Yet owner brags about his second home in Arizona- probably because they rip people off and steal their money! BUYER BEWARE! UNSAFE & SHADY!

Our experience with this company was very positive. From booking the round trip transportation to there on time arrivals. We even had to change are departure time pickup, and it was very easy to make. We’ll gladly use this company again on our next trip.
Gabriel was our driver today for our trip to Vega Alta and he was AMAZING!!!! From the moment he learned we were visiting the Galeria Lin Manuel, he immediately curated a playlist for our drive. Not only was his personality vibrant and kind, he was a wealth of knowledge and gave us some much info on the island of Puerto Rico. I would highly recommend having Gabriel as your driver. It will only add joy to your drive! The company was incredibly easy to book, and happily answered multiple phone calls from me and gave me all the info we needed. We arrived from a cruise ship, and pick up and drop off was seamless and safe. I would not hesitate to book again in a heartbeat!

Company stayed in contact with us as soon as our plane landed. We felt safe and comfortable knowing that our driver, Felix would be right there waiting with our name posted on a sign. The drive was quick and easy. Driver also provided water.

What a wonderful experience to begin a Birthday weekend. I received a text from Joseph my driver literally as the plane was landing. He introduced himself and explained there was an emergency and that someone else would greet me at baggage. I was greeted by name and told where to meet Joseph. The ride with Joseph was so eventful as he shared his love for Puerto Rico with historical references and local eateries. This is your airport transfer travel partner when traveling to PR and ask for Joseph.
Fantastic company!! Exceeded all expectations. We needed transport from airport to Enterprise in Rio Grande. As promised, we received texts by the time we landed and were connected with the driver immediately. We also had an early morning (5am) return transport - received text from driver prior to scheduled time. The fleet is clean and spacious and the drivers are professional and friendly. Highly recommend!
The driver Joseph Ruiz, knew the ins n out of congestion and of Puerto Rico. He gave us an educational background of different buildings throughout the metropolitan area. Joseph Ruiz is an excellent choice for a day trip.
Service was great for both arrival and departure. We had a text with the drivers information waiting before we even landed! For the return pick up, we received notifications advising us of pick up times for the airport and when, when the driver arrived and when he was close so we weren’t wasting time in the hotel lobby. Communication was very good! My driver was waiting at baggage claim and was very knowledgeable giving us go to spots while in San Juan. The van was very clean as well. We selected round trip and was picked up in a SUV that was very clean. Pablo our driver was on time and very helpful with getting us to airport. I will definitely use them again!

Harold was THE BEST! We came with large bike boxes and we weren’t sure if they would fit, but our driver Harold was incredibly accommodating - he’s was on the phone with his team to get another vehicle in the event they didn’t fit. We did eventually get the bike boxes in the car and Harold gave us a smooth ride to our hotel and, even after we arrived, helped us with restaurant recommendations! A plus service!

We used Green Transportation 3 times while in Puerto Rico. Theor communication while booking and modifying our transfers before we arrived and when in San Juan was phenomenal and extremely helpful. Trying to organize 2 couples, then 3 couples, the just 1 couple for transfers from the airport to our airbnb, from our airbnb to our cruise, and from our cruise to the airport was challenging, yet they made it so easy! All of our drivers, Pierre, Harold, and one I cannot recommend were professional and accommodating. They made us feel welcomed and safe during our transfers. I cannot recommend them enough and plan to use them again when we visit San Juan in the future.

Harold was Great Met us on time. Contactedus by text message. Had watet for the Ride. Took us to correct area for USDA APHIS imnpection. Even looked for my wifes phone afterwards which we found she had left on ship.
We had just gotten off the Epic in San Juan. I did not hear from my driver as I had previously. I tried to contact the local company three times with no response. I saw a van and approached him. He was with the same company and Pierre made sure they contact us and we were picked my a really sweet young lady (sorry I can't remember her name). I love using Viator and have used them for years all over the world.!

The vehicle was as nice as promised but the customer service definitely needs work… After a hectic and long day of travel stress (with multiple flight, gate, and ticket changes) we were met with a scolding by text message from our driver, Pablo, who was upset that our flight got in an hour later than expected. Once we finally met Pablo in person, we endured a lackluster greeting, an awkwardly silent car ride, and a hurried drop-off. It was a real bummer and a terrible way to start our much anticipated Puerto Rican vacation. This company needs to better train their staff to track flights online and/or develop a different method of customer communication that takes some of the inherent chaos of modern air travel into consideration.
