Puerto Rico Island Wide Transfers, Hummer Luxury Electric Suv.

Super service from Eric!! He was early, efficient, and helpful!! Second time using this transportation service and will not hesitate to do it again! Only suggestion is for TripAdvisor to allow better ability to note the return pickup location. I did enter this information, but I don’t think it was clear for the car service and they needed to make an update to the reservation, which they did. I just think there would be a better way to accommodate this on the TripAdvisor reservation system.

The service was professional, timely, and reliable. The company sends you a confirmation text with the driver’s name and photo. The fleet of top-rated vehicles adds to the overall amazing experience you expect as the return on your investment. I would book with this company again. As a side note, be sure to ask if there is an after hours fee. I found that out after I booked my airport transfer. The additional fee was not a problem. However, I wish I had known about it before booking.

Eric was a great driver ! He was waiting for us when we arrived and knew the area very well. Look forward to the ride back !

Jairo was excellent at communicating with us as we landed! It was very late and he made everything super easy. I highly recommend him and how he navigated the streets of old San Juan. It wasn’t easy for him to deliver us to the hotel with surprise road closures. He communicated with the hotel to get us a personal escort beyond where he could drive. Certainly appreciated by two females traveling together. I don’t think the vehicle was what I signed up for but I couldn’t care less. It was a very clean minivan and fit our large 4 pieces of luggage in the back. And it was private not a shared ride, so no worries there.

I hereby want to thanks for an excellent service provided for our daughter's wedding. To recognize the driver Billy Concepción for his professionalism, friendly treatment, and his care in every detail throughout the transportation. The impeccable vehicle and everything exceeded by fat all our expectations. They will definitely be our first choice at any other event. Thanks ro all. Ortiz-Castro Family

Excellent service on time, fantastic cars and extremely professional. Definitely would book again for a future adventures

Driver was on time, very professional and had a great personality! Navigator was clean and very cool! Jose was awesome! Would definitely recommend!

Professional. Always on time and vehicles spotless. This is my second time booking with them.Great service.

Traveled in Feb 2022. I booked this service because I wanted an Escalade. I did not get an Escalade. I got a Navigator. Not the same. False advertisement and I did not get what I paid for. However, the actual service was good.

Jairo was a great driver. Contacted us before he arrived letting us know he was on his way. Reliable and safe which was most important since we were traveling with 3 kids all under 7

Great customer service!!! Great driver! The experience was 5 star rating. I will only use them if when I come out to Puerto Rico which is 4 times a year.

Very nice vehicle, great driver. Thought the driver would meet us at baggage but other than that, awesome!

My clients were asked to pay additional. via an email prior to arrival. When this was supposed to be paid experience for them roundtrip. All options should be in place when setting an order. Very disappointed.

Very easy to navigate to the service at the airport. Jairo was great and very informative. All together a great experience

Wonderful service. My flight was 2 hours late due to mechanical issues in Atlanta. Jairo was there waiting for me. I literally walked straight out the door of the airport to an immaculately clean SUV. The ride was quick, Jairo was very polite, and I arrived following th best possible route according to my Waze app.

Felix was amazing and so informative about the area. The car was perfect and was just what we needed for our ride. We have told our friends and family about Felix for when they get here. Felix should get a papy raise.

We were transported between San Juan Airports and both experiences were great. Drivers Jairo and José Ruiz were waiting for us each time. They were helpful, polite and very professional. Cars were clean and comfortable. Will definitely use them again!

Pleasant ride the driver was really nice and gave us some history on driving to our hotel and local places we should visit!!!

We booked this van service at the very last minute as our flight was 2 hour delayed and we were arriving very late at night. Booking was extremely easy (even from the plane!) as the website is very user friendly and clear. Excellent communication with our driver, Felix: he took extremely good care of us, making sure to pick us up exactly where we were and dropping us off right on the door steps of our house that was yet difficult to find. We are really grateful to Felix for making our late arrival on island so smooth and enjoyable.

When we landed and were able to receive cell connection, the first text was from Jairo. Professional is an understatement. He informed us of exactly where he'd be upon leaving the baggage claim area, spot on! The vehicle was clean, comfortable and temp was just right. Jairo was informative and helpful in pointing out places of interest. Definitely using again!

This was my first time in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷! When we exited the plane ✈️ the Driver arrived ahead with of time, he called me, introduced himself, waited until we completed our screening process inside the airport, and made us feel very welcome! While driving to the hotel he very friendly! I will definitely recommend this company to anyone.
