Jose our driver was prompt and very friendly. He even suggested food choices that were delicious. The chicken mofongo with the cheese sauce was delicious from Metro Pol in San Juan!

This was an excellent experience. The company contacted us the day before our flight to confirm. Our flight was somewhat early, but the company was in contact with us as soon as we landed. The driver, Eric, met us at baggage claim. He was courteous and pleasantly helpful with our luggage both at the airport and at our destination. His vehicle was parked just out side and we avoided that long walk and dragging our luggage to the Uber/taxi pick up area at San Juan airport. This was very important to us as my husband had recently injured his back and was not able to manage our luggage as he usually does. The price was only marginally more than an Uber would have cost. This will definitely be my 'go to' mode of transportation to/from San Juan airport for any future trips.

The driver must have been the invisible man l couldn't find him. Had to go to the airport taxi rank, and it turns out that they are cheaper anyway so don't bother. I'm not having much luck getting a refund either.

Great service. The only down side for our round trip pickup and drop off from the airport was our driver picking us up from the airport was an hour late and came in a group van not a sedan. All in all it was worth it not to really worry about transportation during our trip to Puerto Rico.

We opted for the round trip transportation from SJU to our resort hotel and it was 100% one of the easiest parts of our travel the entire time. Easy confirmations, text message updates, and then personalized messages from the driver to let you know where they're at/updates etc. I called on the day of our return trip and the phone system was also very easy to navigate/got a super quick answer to confirm our pickup time. 100% recommend!

The entire experience was extremely smooth and made everything extremely easy and resulted in zero stress about transportation to and from the airport and Humacao. If you don't need a car to drive around while you are in PR, just book through PR Green and you can be completely at ease knowing you will get to and from where you need to be with zero stress and unbeatable convenience. All my friends needed to return their rental cars to the airport and were stressing about it, meanwhile I just relaxed and waited for my ride. When I landed in San Juan, I got a text from my driver (Pierre M.) telling we he was already waiting at the baggage claim holding a tablet with my name on it. He was extremely easy to find and the car was parked right outside the doors. I booked a Camry but he was driving a Tesla and it didn't cost me any extra even though booking a Tesla was more than booking a Camry. He was able to follow the instructions I sent from the airbnb host for getting into the private community and seemed to know exactly what to do, more so than I did, which made things super easy. He let me use his iPhone charger on the ride as well. On my day of departure, I got a text about 2 hours before my pickup time with my driver's name and phone number. Jairo R. was the driver and he texted me a half hour before my pickup time to tell me he had arrived inside the gated community and was waiting. He was NOT rushing me though, he just waited in the van (again, I booked a Camry and a Van was more expensive to book, but I did not have to pay extra) until I was ready. The ride to the airport with Jairo was great. He was awesome to talk to and made the ride very relaxing while providing excellent refreshments. Booking this service will cost you a little more than a cheap rental car, but it was well worth it for the speed, convenience, and peace of mind.

This was excellent service. We needed a ride to the airport from the cruise terminal and we had an early flight. We booked it on line and Harold the driver contacted us before to verify which gate we were docked. We got through customs early and texted Harold and he arrived in a few minutes. The ride to the airport was smooth. So much cheaper than the cruise ship transfer. Great company and would recommend if you need any transfer in Puerto Rico.

I prepaid for a post cruise private car to take me to the airport. I travel alone and San Juan is an extremely busy port. I trusted my safety in using your service. I called the number you provided to assure the location only to discover the dispatcher wasn’t sending me a car. I had to beg a stranger to help me return to the ship where I had to wait for a taxi.
Flight was 30 minutes delayed, company had our flight info. Driver called as we were approaching the gate and asked if we had luggage? Is that a question? Yes! He informed me he had another pickup in 30 minutes OK after getting our luggage we had NO DRIVER WAITING I called his main company line was put on hold while the gal tried to call him, then she came back line and told me another car was enroute!
Driver showed up on time with a nice clean Tesla. He knew shortcuts to avoid the heavy traffic and got us safely to the airport in plenty of time to get through TSA and catch our flight.
