Traveling with a large family of seven can be stressful, especially with a late-night arrival and an early morning departure, but it was such a relief not to have to worry about airport transportation. I booked for 11. I was told that means we would be at capacity i said ok that's fine. 8 of my people were in one terminal and 3 right in the next terminal over. Their flight had landed early and they had their bags. The driver refused to go pick them up. Then told me he would go for $50. I only paid $78 for the whole ride why would I give you $50 to go 1 terminal over. He wanted to go back and forth until I finally said just drop off sir the other 3 will catch an Uber. The van was clean and ac blowing though.

One of best car services we have ever used. Starting with Mariana in the office who helped with all our arrangements & questions, to helping us figure out what to do while on the island, to Harold and Gabriel who gave us the tour. Everything was wonderful. They were very knowledgeable of the island, friendly and personable. We were a family of six which included an 8 y.o/3 y.o & 1 y.o. They made us feel welcomed and like family. Answered all questions and very helpful. The tour was catered to our needs especially the kids. Everyone felt included and walked away with so much knowledge. It was very interactive and fun. Would definitely recommend this to everyone and we will most definitely used them again on our next trip. Not to mention the prices are very reasonable. They offer many services as well outside of tours and airport pickup/drop off.

Joseph was an incredible driver and guide. He was able to get us into locations we could never have gotten to alone. He was very happy and a pleasure to talk to throughout the day, giving great history tidbits and fun facts about the island and the culture. He gave great recommendations throughout the day and for the rest of our stay. In conclusion, Joseph was top tier. If you are looking for a way around the island, but not wanting to be on a tour bus or feel rushed 100 percent recommend this company. Be sure to ask for Joseph.

The drivers were on time, personable, and clean cars. They were very helpful with loading the cars with our luggage and smooth ride to and from the cruise port. Wonderful experience! Will definitely use them again.

We arrived a few days after a major Hurricane, unsure of what we would arrive to. We received confirmation the day before with our drivers name and pick up information. Pierre was great! Our flight was delayed several hours. As soon as I turned my phone on there was a message from him saying he would meet us by our baggage carousel. He was friendly, courteous and quickly had our group of 7 on our way after a long travel day. Highly recommend this service!

Harold made sure we were having a great time at the start of our trip. He played great music during our drive, and even reassured us that the rain we were getting was only temporary.

I had a high level of satisfaction with the team and the services of Puerto Rico Green Transportation. The reservation support team and the drivers were professional, friendly and helpful. I very much appreciated the text and call communications shortly before each reservation pick-up time and that the drivers were always prompt, in fact a bit early. Jean Marie helped me with the initial reservations (five of them for a family of ten, eight adults and two children) and she was was patient and helpful as we worked through details. Naomi was also very informative, patient and helpful when I called to make adjustments and confirm all reservations. Eric, our first driver that picked us up from the airport, was particularly friendly and professional. Felix was also friendly and conversational. I will definitely keep Puerto Rico Green Transportation at the top of the list for my transportation needs with my next visit to Puerto Rico.

We had a bit of a complex ride with 2 stops, a lot of bags, and multiple passengers, and Jairo, our driver, was fantastic. He was early, and communicated with me where he was so I had that confidence my transfer was already going smoothly. He was a great driver, and also helped us a lot with our bags and making sure everyone was comfortable in the car. He was so nice and it was overall a really pleasant and easy experience. I would definitely use this service again and request for Jairo!

We used Puerto Rico Green Transportation several times for our bachelorette party of 9 - from the airport to our AirBnB, to Old San Juan, to restaurants and then to the airport at the end of the trip. Booking transportation was so easy, and they were very flexible when we needed to reschedule, cancel or add pick-ups. I was able to communicate with them via email, text and phone even past business hours, and they were always so polite and helpful. They called or texted to let us know they were on their way or if they were running a little behind. All of our drivers were so professional, kind and accommodating. They gave us tips for places to go and restaurants to eat, and even took photos of us on the beach! I want to really thank this company for helping to make our first trip to Puerto Rico so amazing. We loved being able to travel all together and we always felt safe with them. I want to especially thank our drivers, Jairo, Pierre and Maritzia! Y'all were AWESOME!!!

Reserved a van from the airport to our Airbnb for 8 of us. Overall experience was seamless. Van was roomy and clean. The driver was knowledgeable and offered numerous recommendations on what to do/restaurants and so on.

We had a great driver Mr. Gabriel Rosa. He told us about neighborhood features in the area of our hotel. He communicated with us prior to our pick up.

This was a great round trip service for the airport!! If you are visiting Puerto Rico be sure to book Puerto Rico Green Transportation, they were exact and contacted me before and after we landed in PR. They send you a confirmation text and tell you exactly before where they will pick you up. They also confirm your pick up time before your return trip. This was a seamless pick up and drop off to our hotel. If you want to have an easy ride, make sure to consider this service. Billy was a great driver, gave us a couple of good tips when we landed. Tip before going to PR- make sure to sign up on Puerto Rico website to get a QR code so you can zip out the exit line, if you do not have a registration you will be stopped and made to take a PCR test for a negative COVID result.

Transportation from the airport was good. However the day we were scheduled to leave - we were left stranded at the hotel at 3am, after confirming, reconfirming and paying to be picked up!. I am waiting on a refund but can not seem to get a hold of anyone.
