Used this service for heading to Fajardo for the Catamaran experiences as a group of 10. We needed to be there on time and both drivers going to and from our destination were extremely punctual. One of the cars had a tv so we played music videos on the way to our destination which was very nice; the driver was grooving with us! Would book again and recommend!!

This is a very convenient option for taking day trips for larger groups around Puerto Rico. The service communicates often via the Viator app and text messages and is very punctual. You just have to be careful about picking the right Zone numbers while making the booking. For example, we took a trip from Fajardo to San Juan and back (round trip) so we needed to pick Zone 3. It’s a little pain to change it after the fact. They do charge a nominal fee is the trip is after 9pm, which is perfectly acceptable. Highly recommended!

Jairo was a phenomenal driver for our bachelorette party. He was prompt and very patient when we got delayed. He also went out of his way to help some of our group members find the van when they ubered straight from the airport and ensured their luggage would be safe in the van while we were out to dinner. He was a very safe driver. I recommend Jairo if you need assistance form of transportation for a big group around San Juan.

This was the best transportation services I have ever used Jose our driver was prompt. Text me before I plane even landed. A group of 14 rented a Mercedes Sprinter Van for a full day excursion to a small town a couple of hours from where we all live. The driver was prompt, polite, engaging and funny! It was as if he were part of our group! As he dropped us off at our tour meeting spot, we arranged to meet him for our trip home later that day. As it turned out, it was a very hot day and because he knew where we were going for lunch, he messaged to ask since it is hot whether we’d like him to pick us up to take us to our lunch spot - very proactive and very considerate! It was a welcomed relief to get out of the heat and enjoy a cool and comfortable ride to the restaurant. When we had finished eating, the weather turned stormy and yet he guided us through heavy rains along the way, safely and cautiously. I will hire them again for future excursions! Highly recommend the vehicles and the driver!!

We used a roundtrip shuttle service to fajardo from san juan. The vehicle was great, the driver was great, the booking was easy, the customer service was great. the pricing was also better than what the ship services were offering from fajardo. Wouldnt change a thing! Highly recommend.

We used Green Transportation for a “chinchorreo” in the mountains through Puerto Rico. From the begging they were very professional and accommodating. Our choffer Harold went above and beyond to make sure me and my crazy family had the best time through the entire day. We had several handicapped people in our group and the van was spacious enough to get them in and out quickly on every stop. We would definitely recommend them for any special service you might need.

11/21/2022, we had our tour to old San Juan with our tour guide Robert Garcia. no word can describe how nice the trip was. Robert did not let any second wasted, a lot of insights/history/local cultures explanation. we have a lot of kids in our group, Robert was extremely patient with our always changing schedule request. He stayed late (3 hours) so we can finish in a local restaurant to complete our trip. I have nothing but thanks to him, this is by far the best trip/tour I had in years.

As an event planner & travel agent I discovered this company and used them to book roundtrip airport transfers for 40+ arrivals and departures. The private meet & greet was outstanding. I booked this bus for a ride to the San Juan Puerto Rico airport. I was told the safest way to get a ride from a cruise ship to the airport was through the cruise company. I was told going outside the cruise ship's transportation to the airport was risky. Well, I was very please with our ride. We all made it (15 of us) to the airport with plenty of time. Originally I booked the ride for 10:00am We ended up having to disembark from our ship by 8:30am, so I called them and they said they would do there best to get there earlier. I called at 7:45 am and they got there at 8:45am. I was impressed. thank you for getting us to the airport with No stress and no worries.

We were traveling in a group of Ten. We used green to and from airport. Our group was staying in two different hotels. We also used Green to and from hotel to pier to catch our cruise. Even thought the port was total chaos our driver was so calm and cool. A .9 mile fare took 2 1/2 hours. Thank God we were so comfy in the air conditioned luxury van.
