Treats you like royalty opening and closing our doors, guiding and directing not only us (new yorkers) but the establishment employees as which we stopped at. 10/10 experience will be back again

We were ended our cruise early morning and had several hours before our flight home. We decided on a private tour with Puerto Rico Green Transportation. Our driver/tour guide was Gabriel Jose DeJesus Reyes. Personality plus! knowledgable, articulate, well mannered and punctual. He had water for us, helped with luggage and took us to the best tasting coffee cafe ever. We had been to San Jaun a couple of times prior so we had seen some of old town, but believe me we had not seen it all. I could write a review on just the tour which was personalized for us. So just believe we had a really good tour. The car Tesla 3 Luxury Sedan. This was trip #3 with Puerto Rico Green Transportation and every car was exceptional, spotlessly clean and so comfortable.

Driver was on time and helped with our bags. It was a easy smooth process, the car was clean. I would book again.

Eduardo was amazing. 15 min early for pick up. Tesla was super clean. He was super friendly and told us he would take care of us like family - and he did. The rates were fair. The ride was excellent and I’d highly recommend using this service when in Puerto Rico.

We were picked up promptly and the driver was extremely curious and helpful. We arrived quickly Ly to the hotel where he helped take out our luggage.

This is our third trip to San Juan, and evertime Puerto Rico Green has been amazing, including airport transfers, cruise ship transfers and private tours. This last trip we had a wonderful, get out of town, rum and food tour out on the pork highway- my husband was stuffed! We will contine to use them for all our touring, & highly recommend them :)

We did theOld San Juan Above the Walls tour with Harold, and oh my god it was amazing! We learned so much, and Harold was the best tour guide ever. He was super friendly and knowledgable. We had so much fun. We're planning to go back to Puerto Rico and will definitely be arranging another tour with Harold!

I had a hard time finding the driver. He was not where the instructions said he would be and then he because exacerbated with me because I felt lost and didn't know where to go. He even said "Oh My God" in frustrated tone while on the phone with me. Not a great way to start my vacation. He warmed up once I found him but my first impression was very stressful

Our Driver Gabriel brought us to Old San Juan and Condado. Gabriel was very pleasant and engaging. We talked about the various places to see. It was nice not worrying about driving and seeing beautiful Old San Juan.

Wish I could give a higher rating of excellent for this review. They are absolutely top notch when it comes to service, luxury, and courteousness. Our driver was Eric and he arrived 15-20 minutes early (even though we had a 6:45 a.m. pickup for transport to the airport). What a wonderful gentleman - so polite and helpful. The vehicle was immaculate and comfortable. I would highly recommend this company for your transportation needs. I will certainly be using them in the future. Thank you!

I had a text message waiting in my phone from Eric when I landed. He welcomed me to Puerto Rico and notified me of my baggage claim carousel and was waiting for me there. He was a thoughtful and knowledgeable driver who recommended many great things to do during my stay. The car was not a Tesla, but a luxury SUV, which I thought worked out even better.

Green Transportation did a great job. Getting us to and from our Hotel in Old San Juan. We felt safe and well cared for with them. I would highly recommend them. They were prompt and on time and were very helpful and knowledgeable about our destination.

I need to tell you that Harold is a spectacular guide! After two different tours I feel like he is family! He has unending knowledge about everything Puerto Rico. I loved the first trip to Old San Juan which included the Fort, the history, the cathedral, even the convent that is now a hotel, but still hangs on to special Puerto Rico history. We saw the governors mansion from a distance, visited a local pastry shop, and so much more! Today we went up the mountains to view so much of the rain forest before coming down to see a beautiful beach rimmed with lots of restaurants. I bought souvenirs and just basked in the ocean breeze. The cars we had were immaculate and beautiful! Do yourself a favor- go with this company and ask Harold to be your guide! You won’t be sorry!

Our drivers: John, Pierre & Eric were amazing. I did not get the name of our 4th driver as the second half of our group had later flights, so their departure shuttle was scheduled at a different time slot. Very helpful with our loading/unloading, patient, great music and arrived way before pickup times! Our shuttles had water available for us and were very spacious. Our trip consisted of 16 people total! We utilized 2 shuttle vans as we also had two infants with car seats/strollers on board. The booking price was beyond reasonable! The vehicles were clean & fresh! Be sure to book with them whenever you’re visiting Puerto Rico! Hope to see you guys next year (as Eric would say)! There’s so much more of PR to see. Friendly driver. Safe ride. Car clean and well equipped. Cost would be only complaint. $25.00 late arrival. Plane landed at 11pm. Ride from airport to hotel almost $200.00 for less than 30 miles.

Driver did not greet us inside the airport at baggage claim, vehicle was not the Mercedes van we expected but although it was ok, it was a much smaller Chrysler. My party of 4 had to go out to general passenger curb side pick up out side and waited in the heat for about a half hour while the driver had to “go around again”. This was more of an Uber experience but at a first class car service price.

John David was excellent! Very patient and kind. Gave great advice on where to go and what to do. One of our bags didn't arrive with us at the airport and he went out of his way to assist.

Jose was amazing. He was on time and very professional. I will most definitely use this service in the future.

Private transfer car was right at airport before I arrived did not have to wait and enjoyed the small talk conversation we had. The driver gaves us ideas where we could go out in old San Juan.

Luis was great and funny! He kept entertained the whole time even when we got stuck in traffic due to some construction delay.

Pierre had excellent communication with me. He contacted me by both text and email, letting me know where he would be waiting to pick us up at the airport. He was very friendly and made our trip to the hotel comfortable. It would have been nice to be offered water though. After 10 hours of flying we were dehydrated. The negative of this company was the extra $25 fee that was required for arriving after 9:00 PM. When I reserved this, there was nothing mentioned about it. The only thing was that the regular fee was non-refundable. So after I made the booking, I could not cancel it. I would not have booked this knowing I would have to pay an additional $25!

Our driver Christian was waiting for us at baggage claim and it was after midnight. Seamless transfer to the car and then to the hotel. Professional drivers who take pride in their cars and in their performance. Will definitely use again.

This service was excellent! We had a last minute change in plans, and I called Green Transportation in a panic! They jumped through hoops to accommodate us, and communication was excellent! Our Airbnb house was very hard to find, but our driver Harold called when he was confused, and we were able to direct him. He was very calm and professional, I would definitely use this service again!

Safe and reliable transportation was important to us and we happily found it with this company. Our flight was delayed and landed around midnight, so we were traveling and checking in at off hours. Our driver, Christian, tracked our flight and sent a text that I received while still on the plane, letting me know where to meet him etc… he was very courteous and professional. We were transported from the airport to our hotel with no issues at all.

We took a private tour with Harold! He is amazing! Will definitely show you a great time with great food, drinks and beaches!! This turned out to be our favorite part of the trip! He knows all the best spots and has the laid back vibe we were searching for!

Today we went on a private tour and had an absolutely wonderful experience! My husband and I are on our first vacation together without the kids in 8 years so we wanted it to be special. Our guide Harold customized the trip for us and took us on an adventurous hike that was perfect for the time we had available and our experience level. He was very knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna, Puerto Rican history and the trail itself. We could not have asked for more perfectly beautiful day. Thanks to Harold we will be taking home good vibes and memories that will last a lifetime.

Driver on time and very friendly. The only downside is the cost. I am not sure if it's because I booked via viator and not directly through the transportation company. Very expensive

The truck was nice and comfortable, the driver was nice, informative, and smelled good. Price was a little steep but you pay hey!!!!
