The company is very good at keeping you updated 24 hours before the scheduled trip. They send you a link to track the ride’s movements once it’s en route to you and they send you a text with the drivers phone number and picture/name.

Great service our driver was in great spirits but older vehicle and no water offered like details stated.

Our driver Joseph was waiting at baggage claim when we arrived. He asked if we needed anything and patently waited until all our luggage arrived. He then escorted us to a clean 14 passengers van. We all were seated comfortably.lT

We had a fantastic tour of Old San Juan with Harold (aka H)! We spent our morning driving in a comfortable van through major city landmarks, trying local coffee and cuisine, and then ending with a walk among gorgeous architecture and a stop at a beautiful hotel bar for cocktails. H’s knowledge and passion for Puerto Rico came through in all of his stories—his love for the island made us excited to hear what he had to say at each stopping point. We couldn’t have had a better time!

On time. Helpful at airport. Easy to identify. We had luggage issues at the airport and Jose was amazing helping us navigate with the airlines.

We used Puerto Rico Green Transportation twice during our visit to PR for our group of 12 people. Online reservation process was super easy to use. Our drivers were right on time and both were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of communication from the company and we felt very safe and taken care of. Vans were clean and in great condition. I would highly recommend if you need any kind of transportation in Puerto Rico.

Harold was our driver and he was phenomenal. This company is easy to work with and they have great people working for them. Originally I had booked just a ride to the airport but we couldn’t check our luggage in that early. I contacted them and they gave me the option of renting the vehicle for 3 hours. So much better than sitting at the airport. The vehicles are clean and luxurious. My family enjoyed having the to see Old San Juan after our cruise. Harold picked us up from the cruise port, loaded our luggage and we were off seeing the sites. If you have time before checking in for your flight I would highly recommend. Driver stays with your luggage while you are able to shop, sight see, get something to eat, etc. He got us to the airport with zero issues. Highly recommend!!!

Eddie was amazing, he was at baggage claim before we even left the plane. He waited with us all as we waited for our luggage and then helped us out to the van. He loaded everything up and off we went. He was a great driver. Would recommend him and use this service again

The driver arrived on time and was super helpful. We were able to connect our Bluetooth to the van so we could have good music vibes on the way there and back. The van was comfortable clean and very spacious. Jose was awesome!

We were a group of 13 people (family and friends), we had Harold as our tour guide, he was absolutely amazing! He knew anything and everything about San Juan. We had him pick us up at the cruise port, for a 5 hour tour (which did turn into 5.75 hours because our lunch break took longer than expected). We wanted authenticate Puerto Rico food and didn't disappoint. We also used this same company to pick us up at the airport, take us to the hotel, then from hotel to cruise port.. Every experience was great and ontime.

My driver Carlos was very friendly and gave great advice for things to do, places to eat, and sights to see. We shared a common interest for boating and chatted our entire drive to my destination. The Mercedes Sprinter Van looked and smelled brand new. Overall the experience was worth the charter price. I would highly recommend.

Harold Betancourt was our driver and he was excellent and every location he recommended were great places to eat never stir us in the wrong direction. He was extremely punctual and very helpful as well flexible to our needs to ensure we enjoyed our day. Even made a couple of stops for us to get pictures that we wanted to grab to enjoy our memories. I used Puerto Rico Green Transportation transfer service on my friend’s bachelorette trip. We were 12 girls in total and headed from San Juan to La Parguera and back, which was a 2 hour trip just one-way. Our driver, Harold, was beyond excellent and made our time in the van so memorable. He had an excellent playlist, a cooler for our drinks, and was super tolerable when we had to stop for bathroom trips. We would highly use this transfer service again and we’d request Harold every time!

Gabo was our driver and he was so kind and welcoming! We had a 7 AM pick up here arrived by 645 and wanted us to be comfortable right away. I was hosting a women’s wellness retreat so I appreciated the extra care he provided. The most important was timeliness, everything ran smoothly and on time, the van was clean, and our driver was really friendly and safe.

I was contacted by the transfer company to tell me that they had some issues with the Benz Van. They instead sent another Van which had the same amount of room and offered the same amenities. They apologized and offered to compensate me for the inconvenience by offering a free transfer back to the airport on my departure date. The service was superb, the driver was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and recommended some restaurants (which we ate at and the food was delicious). I would recommend this transfer service and will be using them whenever we vacation in Puerto Rico!

The communication before each pick up was outstanding, the Mercedes Vans were clean and Beautiful. I called Jean Marie from Green Transportation to express my need in getting ten VIP’s around Puerto Rico. No problem. After providing her our dates and itinerary of what we wanted to do, she and Green Transportation took care of the rest. The drivers were always punctual, on time, and accommodating. We booked full day excursions x 3. Roberto G, Maritza V, and Harold B could not have been more pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. These three went over and above to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Next time we are in Puerto Rico, I’m calling Jean Marie with Green Transportation for our transport needs.

I called Viator to transport family from a church to the reception after a wedding. The 2 vans from Puerto Rico Green Transportation booked through Viator were super clean and the drivers (who were wonderful) arrived a little early which happened to work out perfectly. The Viator rep who helped me book the transports was courteous and extremely helpful. The entire experience worked very well. I would highly recommend both Viator and Puerto Rico Green Transportation.
