Excellent experience with PR Green Transportation. We needed three separate transfers and a personalized tour. Driver Gabriel was terrific on the tour date. Everyone was communicative, prompt and made the transfers a very smooth part of our vacation!
There were many changes on my end such as flights but this company remained professional and ensured that we felt safe as we traveled to each location. We booked this service for a ride to Luquillo. Our morning driver was very efficient and professional. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. It was worth every penny. For the return trip in the afternoon, it was not as nice. The driver was not the one they said was being dispatched and the vehicle was different from what we booked. The driver was almost an hour late, citing an accident as the reason why. In fairness, he did keep in touch for the entire time. But it was not the driver indicated from the company. I would totally book the service from the morning again but not the one from the afternoon, for the price.
We used them for all our transportation needs while on our trip!! Which included airport pickup, drop off and hotel to port for cruise. The vehicles were clean, the drivers were so friendly and on time! Most importantly they were easy to communicate with and even sent names and photos of the drivers so when they came there were no questions if it was the right person. We had time changes with airport delays and destination changes and this again proved how their communication that made our trip so much easier as we never had to worry how we were getting to where we needed! We had a pickup at 3:30 am out in the country with no addresses, just pin drops. I was so worried we would miss our flight. This company was exactly on time, communication constant, and great pricing. But wow! The vehicle and driver were five stars luxury. We are more than pleased and highly recommend! He even put cartoons on a massive TV for the 5 kids.

Jose was really nice even though due to a mixup in communication our flight was 1hr later than expected! He waited for us at the baggage claim and helped us to the car. The car was very clean and Jose was a great driver.

The service was fabulous. Harold was super friendly. Picked up our group of 10 from the cruise ship to go to a local restuarant. He circled around the area and gave us a little taste of the area and explained what we were seeing and about the culture. It was great. The vehicles were very nice and are exactly as pictured.

Puerto Rico Green Transportation made our experience in Puerto Rico more enjoyable. The 11 passenger van from the airport was clean and very nice. Our driver (Eric) was polite and offered several recommendations for us for our visit. We also booked a private island tour using the same company. Our driver (Gabriel) was very knowledgeable and fit right in with our group of 10. He took us to several hidden treasures around the island and to an amazing restaurant (The Reef) right on the water with a great view of old San Juan. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m sure we will use them again on our next visit.

Excellent, on time service, easy to locate at whatever location. Reserved sprinter van ahead for a/p transport, used 2x more on island after arrival. Transport co. communication excellent when called direct. TripAdvisor communication not as clear, computer glitches. Very accommodating!!

Every aspect of working with Puerto Rico Green Transportation, beginning with booking was amazing. Denise took my call and helped plan the right round trip transportation to get a group of 9 from San Juan to Ceiba, while allowing for stops on the way. Billy was our driver from San Juan to Ceiba, and Harold was our driver back from Ceiba to San Juan. Bothe gentlemen were professional, courteous, and friendly. Billy picked us up at the airport and was waiting for us with a sign at baggage claim. Harold took time to get pictures of our group at our stops along the way, and made it a memorable trip! We used the sprinter van three times on our trip. To get from the airport to the ferry, ferry to Old San Juan, and Old San Juan to the airport. Our drivers were always prompt and friendly. We made changes to times and locations two times and were accommodated without any issues. Travel was smooth sailing with Green!
Flight was delayed and I worried that would confuse our pick-up, but our driver, Eric, had been tracking our flight and sent me text message updates along the way (which thankfully we can now get during the flight). He was waiting for us at baggage claim, helped with our bags, and was super friendly after a long, tiring flight. There is nothing better to start a vacation than to have a great experience getting from the airport to the hotel and this service delivered!
