We used Puerto Rico Shuttle Van Services from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to the cruise ship and from the cruise ship to the airport. The drivers were friendly, dependable and safe. We will use them again the next time we are in Puerto Rico.

We arrived at Luis Munoz Marin International Airport expecting that we had our Private transfer to our hotel only to find out that the transportation was canceled. When I called Viator they confirmed cancelation from the local vendor but couldn't tell me why it was canceled. Only bright spot was that we were refunded our money and met a very nice UBER driver who gave us excellent local dining recommendations.

My ride was nothing like the picture. Instead i received a 1999 ford eco van beat up and worn out. Be weary of this company.

Normally my bookings with Viator are perfect. This time there were a couple of flaws. I booked a pick up from the airport in Puerto Rico and drop off at my hotel for 10 of us. The day before they called me to tell me that they made a mistake and it cost $50 more. The driver was there right on time and waiting for us. He was great. The van was for 14 and had a number of broken seatbelts so we had to scurry around to find seats. But we found 10 eventually. Otherwise it was great.

In the picture the vehicles are people movers with stairs. We had 2 seniors in our group which is why I booked this one. What arrived was a 9 passenger van that was also used as a taxi. MUCH harder to get in and out if. Driver was very nice, but vehicle was not nice.

We arranged for transportation from the San Juan airport to our hotel through Viator . The provider they connected us with was San Juan shuttle services and tours. The entire experience from booking to airport pick up was excellent. We made our booking several months in advance of our trip for four people with a lot of luggage. Between booking and our trip Viator made periodic contact to ensure everything was in order. On the day we arrived at the San Juan airport the owner, Francisco, and the driver, his son Frankie met us at baggage claim with a sign identifying they were there for us. The next time we come to San Juan I would specifically look for San Juan shuttle services to provide our transportation.

On April 12, the experience was very professional. The driver was courteous and friendly. The young lady who met us at the pier was also professional and helpful. I will say, that I am disappointed I was not able to obtain a refund for the April 1, 2025 transfer that we did not utilize. Due to multiple airline delays that same day, beyond our control, we were unable to fly into San Juan to p/u the cruise ship. We ended up re-booking another flight with American Airlines in order to 'catch up' with the cruise ship in Cartagena, Columbia.

Used Puerto Rico Van Services & Tours for multiple trips from the San Juan Airport to several hotels in Old San Juan and from Old San Juan to the Cruise Ship Terminal. Frankie was our driver and he was fantastic. Always polite and on time, he was a very good driver. Several times he contacted me prior to trips to let me know if he was running late because of traffic and once to recommend we leave a little early because of festival in town. I was able to set up 4 transfers for 5 people online before the trip with Francisco, who answered all questions and made sure all the trips were set up. This is a family owned business and it was evident they were all dedicated to providing excellent service.
The service was easy to use, very prompt and extremely helpful guiding us out of the airport and to the waiting van.
