Juan was absolutely amazing! His knowledge of PR and rich history really made our experience a 10/10! If we could give Juan more than 5 stars we would! He took pictures for us so we could keep our phones away and truly learn all things San Juan! Highly recommend!!

My tour of Old San Juan was an amazing experience. It was on my birthday with my boyfriend. Our guide, Juan, was extremely knowledgeable about the area and kept us entertained and informed throughout the trip. The tour was scheduled for an hour, but because we had extra time to spare, he took us even further around San Juan for an almost two hour tour. I can tell that he truly enjoys what he does. He was very friendly and took great photos. I would tell friends and family to book with him specifically!

1 hour tour was great. Learned a lot about the history of the island and hit the highlights. Juan was a great guide, knowledgeable and great sense of humor. Would recommend.

This was a private walking tour of Old San Juan with Juan Rodriguez with just my family (me, husband, kids age 16 and 12). He brought an iPad to show pictures and share the history of the city and connected it with the sites. While he is not overly animated, he is a good storyteller, and it was just at the right level for all of us. Because it was a private tour, it lasted a little over an hour. He took lots of pictures of our family at the various sites which we are excited to see!

This tour was amazing. An interactive and super informative tour of old San Juan. Juan is an AMAZING guide. Took our photos and shared stories and laughs along the way!

We had a great tour with Juan who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend setting aside extra time to go inside El Morro (which we did) as this tour just walked by to see from afar. Our two kids (13 & 9) were with us and the quick one hr tour was the perfect amount of time to keep them interested and see some major points of note through the city. The Church of St John the Baptist was closed unfortunately when we passed by (we did a 5 pm tour on a Tuesday) so while the breeze and weather was perfect and cooler just be mindful of visiting hours for some of the spots. Juan also took great photos for us at each spot and emailed them to me the next day and recommended some bars and restaurants for us. We would definitely recommend this tour for a morning or afternoon in old San Juan !

I had a lovely tour with Juan. Even though the city was experiencing a blackout, and even though I was the lone participant, Juan was present to give me a great tour. I loved the efficiency of the hour and the thorough overview I received. Juan also took photos that he shared with me by email after the tour. Great value. Highly recommended!

We walked all of old San Juan and got detailed history over the area. I was amazing to see everything and Juan was an excellent guide with lots of knowledge and love of the area.

In just one hour, we learned so much about the history, culture, and hidden details of Old San Juan that we never would have known on our own. What really made it special for us as a family was that he took photos of us at all the key spots along the way — such a thoughtful touch and something we truly appreciated. Now we have great memories and great pictures to remember the experience. The pace was perfect, the stories were fascinating, and it was a great introduction to Old San Juan. Highly recommend this tour and especially Juan as a guide!

Juan was an excellent guide during our tour of old San Juan. He shared history of sites in an engaging way while also being kind and patient with our six-yearold who was usually more interested in the pigeons than the sites! Thank you for the fun and interesting tour, Juan!

Excellent, knowledgeable tour guide. Covered quite a bit of area and able to give us quite a bit of history and background information and answer any questions we had.

Juan gave us a very informative and interesting tour. We learned so much about Puerto Rico and also the sights that we saw. He was able to include so much in just over an hour! He took our photos and sent them to us and they were great. His recommendations for gelato and lunch were spot on. We have two teenagers and they were also engaged the whole time. I highly recommend this tour!

Me, my husband and kiddo only had 24 hours in San Juan and decided to take this tour. Only I forgot to book it! Juan was helpful from the very beginning getting us booked and even provided parking recommendations. San Juan is gorgeous! Juan led us through the twists and turns of the narrow streets that opened up to stunning vistas. His stories helped us understand the history of what we were looking at and grow our appreciation for this beautiful city. Juan was patient and kind with our 7 year old and even tried to engage him with quizzes. He even took a few family photos of us which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend this tour! It is epecially nice if you have a short amount of time to see San Juan. A+ to Juan and DUHO!

Juan makes the visit very enjoyable and well structured. He takes some very good photos of you at iconic sites that he sends you later, I think one hour is enough to then go to the castle on your own.
