Our Driver was on time ready to go. Very informative and knowledgeable, personable. I would give him an A+.

Because of mobility issues, a golf cart tour seemed like a good way to see Old San Juan. The cart did help, but the rear seating felt unsecured, and the driver nearly backed into a member of the group as they were getting in. We visited every advertised stop, though the guide focused more on personal stories than on the history and culture of the sites. With better driving and more informed guiding, this could be a great option for travelers with limited mobility.

Louise was a great tour guide, knowledgeable and friendly.. would request him again. My wife and I highly recommend taking the tour for an overview of San Juan All the walking tours were jealous of us.

Our tour guide was Luis and he was awesome. You could hear the passion in his voice as he talked about his island and culture. He was very knowledgeable about the area and encouraged participation from the group. He always asked if there was anything we wanted or need. I would have given the pickup area a 5 had it been a little closer to port. I'm 69 and have some trouble walking. Younger people would not have a problem.

Juan was fine, knowledgeable, careful driver. Ad said cooler full of ice cold water, no water or cooler in sight. We met in front of Raices - so not recommend.

It was a nice to see the city up close not on a bus. The driver was well in formed and flexible. He had jackets and umbrellas.

The excursion was cancelled with no poc! Charged my card $211 . With no refund as yet! Pissed 😡 kept sending me confirmations. My cousin and I waited over an hour. POC : Luis feed me a bs story. I am reporting this company. Complete waste of my money and time never again! Fake news.

Great experience!! We were a family of 6, and both gentlemen were patient and provided so much details about the island. They recommend where to eat and shop.

Chris was thee best tour guide! He was knowledgeable, still inquisitive about the island and an overall joy. The golf cart is the best way to do this tour = no walking. But, whenever we wanted to get out and explore bit more, it was no issue. Book this! You won't regret it.

The tour was canceled by the vendor. We waited for a half hour at the meeting spot before I was called I don’t see a refund yet

Wonderful tour of San Juan! Loved the history, the cats, the cemetery, the statues, the Governors mansion, the forts. Amazing how we fit all that in and more in one hour and never felt rushed. We booked this tour last minute, and due to scheduling, my husband and I ended up on a private tour with Christopher. For anyone with mobility issues, I would absolutely recommend this tour. It was a fantastic way to see the many sights of Old San Juan without having to walk all of the hills in hot weather. There are a few stops that allowed us to get out and experience things like the Fort and the Cathedral. Christopher was knowledgeable and friendly - we had a really great time on the tour!

This was an excellent way to see San Juan. Going through the city by golf cart was enjoyable and allowed us to go down the small streets that I can’t imagine a tour bus would be able to go down. Our guide Andreas was fantastic. He gave us a lot of history and interesting facts about different parts and landmarks in the city. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect amount of time. When you go in a golf cart, it is the same as seeing it if you were walking, but you can see more this way. Victor was a great tour guide, and very knowledgeable about Puerto Rico, both San Juan and other areas of the country. It was such a good tour that we have thoughts of bringing our children and grandchildren for a visit!

This was by far the best decision that we made for San Juan. Getting to ride around the old city in a nice golf cart was genius. It was hot and humid, yet we were gliding along with the wind in our face. Chris was so knowledgeable. We loved his style and the information he imparted will stay forever. If you have mobility issues, especially, this is a GREAT tour. Well worth the time and money. Be warned that a cab's ride to the restaurant pick up (seats outside) was about 23 USD for mere blocks, plan accordingly.

Nice, easy, breezy way to see most of Old San Juan. Andreas was a fun, informative tour guide. He went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted to see. He is local native to Old San Juan, which always makes for a better tour. The hills in the town and the heat made us very glad we chose this type tour. Highly recommend

Enjoy history and culture of old San Juan, in the open air of a four passenger golf cart, no waiting for large groups to get off a tour bus just to get back on 30 seconds later. We were on a cruise ship and our excursion was canceled. So we had to scramble to find something. This excursion was fantastic! I e got to see all the highlights of old San Juan in a comfy, airy golf cart is a great tour guide Chris! Chris is quite knowledgeable about San Juan. We asked for a recommendation for somewhere the locals would eat and it did not disappoint. We had plenty of time to walk back to any site we wanted to see more of and make it back to the ship in plenty of time. Highly recommend this tour and Chris! This was the perfect balance between a walking tour and a city bus tour. My husband was concerned about lengthy walking but we felt we wouldn't get an in depth tour with the city tours. Our tour guide was Victor and he was great. It turned out to be a private tour which allowed us to ask questions focused on the things we cared about. Victor was very knowledgeable and insightful. Doing the golf cart tour included a few stops where we could get off and explore and hop back on. Victor was on time and maintained schedule when we hopped off and back on. I recommend this if you want a tour of Old San Juan. The tour lasted about 1 and one-half hour.

We had a fantastic time on this Gokf Cart Tour! Our driver and tour guide was amazing! He was born and raised in San Juan and knows so much history about the city. He stopped at many places and told us the history of each stop. He gave us plenty of time to take pictures and explore. It’s so much better than walking on a tour! This tour was amazing, Traveled with my 89 year old mother and she enjoyed the he tour. Chris was a phenomenal tour guide and knowledgeable of the history. He was very patient with us an allowed my mother time in the cathedral. I would highly recommend this tour. Make sure to as for Chris.

The guide Chris was awesome. What i didn't care for getting a text 2 days before the excursion telling me my times had change from 9 a.m to 11 a.m. due to over booking. We had something planned to do in San Juan after our tour but due to the time change couldn't do it because the ship left at 2 :30. Very disappointed. My reservation was made months ago. Why was i the one chosen to be the one who had to be inconvenienced. Again we were very disappointed (we had a group of 4).
