Booked this for Me and my daughter. She LOVES perfume so for her to be able to make her own fragrance was enjoyable for us both.

The location was really close to a parking lot which was nice. The staff were very patient with me because I was really picky with my scents. I was given time to try all the scents and combinations and even got some help figuring out how to improve the combinations. Definitely recommend this unique experience.

We stumbled upon this place while walking Old San Juan during our girls birthday trip and decided to try it and so glad we did. Ruby was absolutely amazing and patient and very helpful. She guided us through the whole process and in the end the three of us walked out with our own signature scents. It was one of the most fun things we did on our trip and a much better souvenir than a tee shirt!!

From start to finish, we had the best experience! Our 14-year-old son, who is obsessed with cologne, insisted we visit this store, and we're so glad we did. We walked in with lots of questions, and Becky, Nara, and Cristina welcomed us with warmth and enthusiasm. There were 11 of us, ranging in age from 10 to over 40, and they never missed a beat. They were incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience so much fun. They guided us through the fragrance-pairing process, offering thoughtful suggestions whenever we asked, while still letting each of us create something uniquely our own. By the end, every one of us left with a custom fragrance in a beautiful bottle personalized with our names. It was such a memorable experience, and Becky, Nara, and Cristina truly made it special. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Rebecca was AMAZING, this is a must do experience. We absolutely loved this, we made our own perfume (Chapter 50) be sure to pick up a bottle😊 lol. And their signature scents smell amazing also. Make sure to book this experience.

Take your time and indulge in this curated experience. My daughter and I enjoyed the special attention and the beautiful atmosphere just as much as our new signature scent we created and named. One of the highlights of our trip to Puerto Rico. I promise you will not regret this opportunity to be a bit extra! If you are trying to replicate a certain perfume, please check that they carry the scents you want. Out of 8 of the scents I wanted they only had 3, and they could not offer any replacement. I did a search myself and was able to come up with2 2 more. while I didn't expect them to have everything, the once they did not have was disappointing. Additionally, I had an appointment but was overlooked for two walk-ins! There were only two people working with 5 people two pairs and me, solo. Not the experience I expected. However, the end result was ok, but the quality of the essences is watery and dry down to almost nothing in less than an hour. Not sure I would do t again.

Lovely night with Bryan Murphy he helped me create my Mom's perfume for Mother's Day and also assist with my sister perfume which also smells AWESOME!! Will be coming back.

Great service and fu man experience with worker Ruby

This was magical. While on vacation in San Juan, I wanted a unique item to take home and I walked past the storefront and found my answer. It was fully booked the first time, so I made an online reservation to come back the next day very easily. The process from start to finish could take about 1.5 or 2 hours depending on how decisive you are. There are many notes to choose from and every combination is one of a kind. If you happen to get Bryan Murphy as your scent guide you will be in for an amazing experience. His knowledge and honesty will lead you in the right direction if you’re indecisive but most of all, you’ll get to spend time with someone who brings heart to the experience. The pricing may vary in future but as of now, it’s a fee of $99 USD. The scent notes are high quality and this is worth every penny. This one is an absolute must do to take home a most unique reminder of your time in this beautiful city.

Dioni was GREAT! He helped me not only pick fragrance for myself but also my partner who was unable to attend. It was a different yet very nice experienced from the usual tours/excursions…I highly recommend checking out.

This was an extremely fun experience! I worked with Bryan Murphy to make my personalized scent and he was very helpful and attentive. The environment is beautiful, and wasn’t crowded when I went with family. The fee is reasonable for the time spent, as well as the size and concentration of the perfume. If you’re on the fence about making your own perfume, this is your sign to go for it!

Rebecca made sure my birthday perfume experience was amazing. She was very patient and efficient with my check-in process and added her perfume expertise to ensure that the fragrance we created would last on our skin. She was amazing and made me feel comfortable with getting out of my comfort zone to try new scents.

Nice experience making our own perfumes. A little annoying that walk ins were given more attention and assistance than us when we had a reservation but we ended up with nice scents to take home.

I would definitely recommend this activity. It was a great experience and the staff was very nice and helpful. The staff made sure we loved our fragrance. They were a little short staffed on the day we visited which gave us less time to explore Old San Juan as we had to make it back to the ship on time.

I was looking forward to this adventure, but was sadly disappointed. The website said no appointments necessary, but after walking in we were told we needed to make a reservation. We arrived a few hours later once we made an appointment online. We felt the person helping us really wasn’t into the job. According to TripAdvisor our appointment was supposed to last 30 minutes, ours lasted 90 minutes. Our helper took phone calls, helped other workers with their issues, and even spoke to a gentleman who walked into the store asking about how to make perfume. That chat lasted 20 minutes while we just watched. I didn’t know what smells they had so I asked about getting a list. I saw a picture on their website of a list that I thought we would be getting. He said there was no list and to just look at the labels on the bottles on the back wall. The black letters were 1/4 inch tall and we were on the other side of the bar. Good luck. (After making our perfume I saw the list I was looking for when we had to write down our formula). When we asked for aromas we were interested in, time and time again we were told they were out. At one point the worker said they like pink pepper over black pepper because the smell lasts longer, but it was no use because they were out of pink pepper. Lastly, when we arrived they asked if we wanted a drink, we both mentioned water, did it ever arrive? Of course not. If you go I would advise looking on the back wall to see if the aromas you are interested in are available.

Definitely make reservations. We had a blast creating our three different scents. My son is very particular, and Rebecca was so patient. She was also incredibly helpful with suggestions for me since my sense of smell is diminished. A unique and fun family activity.

I missed my initial booking, but they were able to accommodate me later in the day. I had a one on one experience with Bryan and he was the sweetest person! I practiced my Spanish with him and he alternated with English if I was not quite understanding. We had a lovely conversation about my trip, and he gave a few recommendations. I love the scent that I created and I would recommend this experience as something unique and personal as a souvenir from Puerto Rico. Bryan, thank you for the conversation, and I hope that you make it to Ireland one day, as we talked about.

Marie was our knowledgeable guide through the world of fragrance. My fiancé and I both were very satisfied with our perfumes, and her recommendations of scents to include or nix was spot-on. The location is beautiful and clean as well, and Marie took some great photos of us with a ring light.

The experience was amazing. Make sure to book an appointment due to how busy it can get. Maria & Nicole were awesome super helpful and easy to get along with. You will leave loving the scent and also be able to order again online with the ingredients still in the profile 10/10 would go again to this or other locations.
