Half Day Icacos Island With Roundtrip Transport From San Juan

It was a good trip and the crew were very nice and helpful. Transportation was on time and seamless. The lunch and drinks on the boat were good also. I think the snorkeling area wasn’t very good, but overall it was a fun trip. I feel it was a little more expensive than what it was worth, but I understand that there were a lot of logistics and different teams involved, so it makes sense.

We had an excellent and seamless experience with our half day tour. From pick up to drop off, everything was so easy and well organized. We had a great time snorkeling and swimming on the beaches. We can’t wait to visit other islands/do other tours with this company!

The entire process and experience was easy and amazing. From the registration online, to the check in, and the actual ride to the island. Every member was helpful and fun. I always felt safe. It was all beautiful.

Nile and Javier were fantastic and made it very fun! It was the perfect amount of time for us, and the group size was just big enough. We had a great time, definitely recommend for a family excursion. Be sure to check your email leading up to the event as there are some verification items and waivers that need taken care of. We would do this again for sure!

Service was well organized and on time. Fish viewing was OK but not outstanding. Water color was beautiful Crew were kind of going though the motions Price seems a bit high in retrospect

Captain Jose and Crew (Alex, Adrian and Cana) made an overcast day the PERFECT day out! Literally, we started our day with calling the company to see if the tour was even still on it was so ick when we woke up! They started the party by jumping off the boat once we anchored at the beach and kept it going with the drinks flowing and getting the lounging pad out and ready in the water! The lunch provided was AMAZING so truly no snacks are needed! Then it got even better when we moved to the snorkeling location as we instantly had sting rays below us! Dont pause, JUST BOOK IT ALREADY!

Fantastic catamaran excursion to Icacos Island! They couldn’t go the first day, but rebooked us for the next, which worked out perfectly — we saw dolphins and two manatees! The excursion was well organized, the crew was fun and friendly, and the whole experience was unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Everything from start to finish was professionally handled and stress free. Great for travelers who didn’t rent a car. They came to our hotel and were on time. Checking in at the marina went smoothly. The staff on the boat were great. The food was great. The boat was great. The snorkeling was great. We saw a sting ray and probably around 20 different types of fish. The first part of the trip is docking at the beach. I recommend snorkeling there too because I saw several types of fish there as well. Highly recommend this tour!

Our group had so much fun on the Half Day Icacos Island trip, and it was absolutely worth it. Transportation from San Juan was smooth, seamless, and right on time, which made the day stress-free from the start. From snorkeling in crystal-clear water to visiting a secluded island, every part of the experience was thoughtfully planned. Lunch and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) were provided and greatly appreciated. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable about the ocean, and incredibly charismatic, while always prioritizing safety so everyone could relax and enjoy themselves. A few of our friends got seasick, and the crew was kind, attentive, and helpful in making sure they were comfortable, which meant a lot to our group. This excursion was a perfect fit for our bachelorette celebration and we truly couldn’t have had more fun. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, well-organized, and memorable island experience!

Efficient and timely pickup boarding and return. Friendly staff, no shortage of drinks or food. Beautiful island, sand and waters. Contact with a seaturtle, dolphin and lots of vibrant fish. Good music. All in all amazing!

I strongly advise against booking this tour. Despite my proactive attempts to confirm the pickup (via WhatsApp, email, and Booking messages) days in advance, the agency never replied. ​I arrived at the meeting point on time, only to be told later—after I had to call them multiple times—that the pickup was supposedly two hours earlier. No one ever called or messaged me to inform me of a time change. To make matters worse, the staff was extremely rude on the phone and offered no support or alternatives. ​This agency is unreliable and unprofessional. I am currently demanding a full refund. Save your money and your time—avoid this "scam" at all costs.

Really fun half day highly recommend. Trip was well organized, staff were lovely. I would like it if they had told guests to be careful to not kick or touch the coral or bother the wildlife and to be careful about their trash and not leave anything on the beach, but everybody was very well behaved. The amount of time allotted for snorkeling and beach and lunch was really perfect. The marina the boat left from was lovelyand we had time to get a great coffee and snack snacks. This trip was definitely a highlight of our time in the San Juan area.

Trip was so fun and crew was amazing! From beginning to end it was a great time. The crew was really attentive and made sure everyone had a great time! We even saw a dolphin swimming when we were docked. Highly recommend this trip!

Had a great time! The crew was professional, fun, and knowledgeable. The snorkeling was ok but the beaches on Icaocos island were incredible. Keep in mind the tour is 4 hours but getting to and from the island takes 20-30 minutes each way so the time for snorkeling and swimming is only about 3 hours. Also if you are getting picked up from San Juan it is an extra 90 minutes on either side of the excursion. Overall it was a fun excursion on a really nice boat with a great crew. We would definitely use East Island tours again if we return to Puerto Rico.

I had a great time on this excursion. Damien, Geraldo & Luis were great & took good care of us the whole time. It was unlimited drinks & a nice lunch, got to snorkel and see the reefs & also swim & tan. Also because we were staying in Carolina it was great that transportation was included, 10/10 would recommend!

This tour was a great experience from start to finish!! Our arranged transport was organized and efficient. As soon as we got to the marina, we were impressed with East Isle Excursions! Everyone was super nice. Our captain and crew (Daniel -sorry if I spelled it incorrectly!, Manny, and Jonathan) were fantastic! They were so lovely to chat with, and they prepared an excellent lunch and delicious (and plentiful!) drinks. I would highly recommend this tour! It was a beautiful way to experience the island! Thank you for making our first visit to Puerto Rico a memorable one!

Beautiful day beautiful time. We were lucky and had beautiful weather. I would’ve liked maybe an extra hour on the beach before going snorkeling and returning.

The team ( Cindy, Adrian and other individual) were professional, provided safety information and details of the activities. They were kind, polite, supportive and encouraged the patrons and promptly responded all our questions. My friend and I participated in the activities, felt safe and enjoyed the trip immensely. They provided healthy food items for lunch . I would recommend this tour.

This couldnt have been a better experience. Best way to spend the last day in PR. The crew made it ESPECIALLY great. We had Luis, Jason, and Neff as our crew and they were amazing. They made sure we stayed safe but also made sure our drinks were never empty. We did the morning trip and it was perfect, an extra hour wouldve been nice but regardless, we had the best time. If youre in PR and want a great experience, book this one.

Amazing! Great crew and the experience was first class From start to finish. Having the transportation from the hotel to the destination and back made it stress free. The crew was on point with Food, drinks, and Music. The pictures of the water at Culebra island dont die it any justice compared to in person!!

I’m a solo traveler and booked this excursion, the guy on the phone called me at the last minute at the end of the day to tell me there aren’t enough ppl doing transportation so they didn’t want to pick me up, he said he can switch it to another day knowing there still wasn’t enough confirmed people and held my fkn money for two days! Ruined my entire trip. Don’t book with them if you don’t have 9 or more ppl going with you.

I booked the Half-Day Icacos Island trip, and I received a call (Last minute) that it was cancelled due to not enough people. I wanted to do something, so I rebooked the Kayak to see turtles. I had no clue I would be doing it by myself. I didn't see a thing, so annoyed, I went back to shore and left totally upset.

Early take off meant we had the island to ourselves for a bit. Crew was amazing, helped folks who weren’t sure about snorkeling feel safe.

The Island was beautiful. It was a fun trip. Met some great people. The staff was amazing. I can't remember his name but J was excellent, he made sure those of us who couldn't swim got to enjoy the island by guiding us over.

Jaylen, Angel, and Daniel were so much fun on our trip to Icacos Island. We took this trip with our family and the whole experience was delightful. The boat ride (and the drinks) was exciting, snorkelling off of the boat and seeing a ton of fish was really cool, and having time to swim and walk along the beach of the island was enjoyable. Great idea for a really fun day away from the city!

Great trip. First beach was small, but helping with drinks in the waves was very nice. Snorkeling was nice. Saw fish, coral, and an ell. Drinks and lunch was great. Note a long walk from the boat to the pickup. Great transportation from San Juan to the boat.

This was an unforgettable experience. I originally had a half day ticket but was upgraded a day before to the full day, all inclusive trip. The crew (Christian, Conrado and Celix (I forgot the captains name, sorry!)) were all extremely attentive, very focused on safety, and very knowledgeable about the islands, the coral reef etc. The ride is bumpy but fun, and nothing a little rum can’t make better! Definitely will be doing this again next time we are in PR. Thank you!

The staff is extremely nice, attentive, fun and respectful but the experience is nothing of what is described to be! We just stayed at one island which was beautiful but we never went to see turtles or to the other islands that said in the description when we were booking. And be aware that the boat is old and doesn’t have any seating outside to enjoy sailing

Cancelaron la actividad el dia antes por aforo, luego lo reprograman con tra empresa, no recogen en el hotel después de pagar eso, los hacen ir hasta una farmacia donde no llegan a la hora, nunca les hacen el tour y si cobraron todo, luego intenta comunicarse uno con atención al cliente y recibe cero respuesta que puedo hacer ante tremenda negligencia

The guys are very nice and attentive, the food and drinks are plentiful, I recommend it 100%.
