To begin our amazing adventure our guide will pick you up at your preferred hotel, resort, residence or airbnb in San Juan, Isla Verde and Condado (Although hotels in Rio Grande or Fajardo may not qualify, we can arrange a convenient meeting point near your accommodation for your ease and comfort). The schedule will be from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm or from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Both schedules have been strategically chosen to beat the crowds created by the large groups of other companies to make it more comfortable and safer for you.
Upon arrival, your certified guide will lead you into one of the most beautiful hidden areas near El Yunque National Forest. You’ll begin with a scenic hike through lush rainforest trails, surrounded by vibrant greenery and tropical sounds. The hike is approximately 1.5 miles total and takes about 20 minutes to reach the first natural pool. From there, the adventure continues as you carefully navigate along rocks for about 15 more minutes to reach the main highlight, a natural waterslide tucked deep within the jungle. Once inside, you’ll spend around 2 hours fully immersed in the experience: -Swim in refreshing natural pools -Swing from a rope like Tarzan -Slide down a natural rock waterslide -Cool off under a small waterfall -Optional cliff jumps at different heights All activities are optional, you move at your own pace and comfort level.
Once the experience is over each member of the group will be taken back to their accommodation or meeting point.

I had a great experience. Our tour guide appeared very knowledgeable and was very nice and patient during the activity. (I forget his name) only thing I would recommend is disclosing at the beginning of safety demonstration that there will be a lot of walking, jumping and climbing on slippery rocks.
It was very good and they were very funny and helpful but be prepared to hike but in the ed it’s all worth it 🌿🌿
The tour was super fun I went with friends and the guides were super helpful and the experience all around was amazing all the nature we learned about and the cliffs and rope swing.

He was incredibly educated about the plants around the rainforest, kept things light and fun with his conversations, and helped guide the entire group on where to step/walk to ensure our safety! I was nervous about the hike, but it was easy. No reason to be stressed!!! This experience was a bargain for the price!! Wow! Highly recommend!!!

My friend and I had the greatest experience on this tour! It was convienient, educational, exhilarating and unforgettable. Our guide, Myrllam was so knowledgable and friendly, answering all our questions with a smile. She made us feel so taken care of throughout the whole experience. The group was the perfect size, not too big or small, around 11 people. The pickup and dropoff from our hotel was seamless. We also felt very safe, outfitted with the proper equipment for protection. We had such a wonderful experience on our rainforest tour. The rainforest itself was absolutely beautiful, but what truly made the experience special was our tour guide. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire tour. He made sure everyone felt safe, especially while walking through the more challenging areas, and was always checking on the group to make sure everyone was comfortable. He also went above and beyond taking pictures for us. He knew all the best spots and took so many great photos, which gave us amazing memories to take home with us. You could really tell that he cared about making sure everyone had a great experience. He made the tour fun, relaxing, and memorable from beginning to end.
Myriiam was the most amazing tour guide! She was so thoughtful in every aspect possible. She made sure we left at a time that would get us there avoiding the large crowds, gave us tips and tricks to navigate the rainforest safely, and made sure we had an absolute blast as a team the whole time! Even though I went on the tour solo, I felt like I gained new friends during. I couldn't have asked for a better experience at the rainforest and felt bad for everyone else who didn't get to have such an awesome guide, lol ☺️

Our experience was phenomenal. Transportation was easy and convenient. Our guide Myrllam was great. She was fun, helpful, and knowledgeable. She helped us be present and enjoy the beautiful nature around us as well. You will be completely wet so wear shoes, a shirt, and shorts that you don’t mind getting wet. There are many points where you will be climbing rocks, but overall it is not very difficult. Would definitely recommend this experience.

We had an amazing experience on the El Yunque Rainforest Tour with waterslides, cliff jumping, and the rope swing! Amel was an excellent guide. He very knowledgeable, informative, and safety-conscious throughout the entire trip. He took the time to explain the history and ecology of the rainforest while making sure everyone felt comfortable and prepared for each activity. The natural waterslide, cliff jump, and rope swing were all incredible experiences. I’ll never forget the rush of sliding down the smooth rock into the cool, clear pool below. Standing at the edge of the cliff jump, heart pounding, and then taking the leap into the refreshing water was unforgettable. Amel’s careful guidance helped make the adventure both fun and safe. He was patient, professional, and made sure everyone in the group had a great time. I highly recommend this tour and especially Amel as a guide.

I would not even leave a 1 star. We never got picked up for this tour and we are still waiting for a refund. I would be nice if we could get our money back.

We had a wonderful tour of El Yunque! It was on of the highlights of our Puerto Rico trip. Michael was a phenomenal tour guide! Very knowledgeable of the rainforest flora/ fauna and kept us laughing and safe the whole way. There were multiple opportunities to swim, slide, and jump! You will get head to toe wet, so bringing grippy shoes and a change of clothes is a must. We had a blast! 10/10 would recommend this tour.

Micheal is AMAZING we had a blast with him !! Very informative and good sense of humor to help add some entertainment . Micheal will have your group wake up at the Ass crack of dawn so that you can be the first group there and get to have a lil more fun then all the other groups before the crowds start. It was very personalized and Intimiate in a group of 10 of us. Started as strangers but by the end of the day we felt like family . Cracking jokes and enjoying our time . BOOK WIT THEM.
