Disappointed ! Disorganized in business, how you asked customers to wait for more than 30mins just to prepare !!! Disappointed I don’t think would be fair to someone wanted to have dinner at 9:30pm and wait almost 10:30 to eat!! How disappointing would it be ?!!

Experience was great. My only recommendation is seating arrangements. The seat that we were assigned to was obstructed view. And I would have liked to know that before hand and given an option to select seating. That seating should be discounted. It backs to the city and buildings while the other seating backs to the ocean which is a beautiful more pleasant view. A background you’d want to capture in your pictures to remember our waiter Julio was great and took our camera to get view from the other side. But I’d would have preferred to capture that on my own in the pictures/selfies we took. Apart from that the experience was good. The food was good and I’d recommend it. Just make sure your seating is what you’d want to capture/remember.

The experience was different and one crew member was the hype guy for the experience so it was fun but the meal included was not worth the price. Being in Puerto Rico I was expecting traditional foods and drinks but it was not that at all.

Vibes were great, the view was fantastic, but the food was subpar. The food was basic and the entree was look warm.

It was a great vibe being suspended in the air while looking at the city view & the ocean! The 4 Course meal was delicious & the servers were very nice! They even sung Happy Birthday in English & Spanish to 3 of the birthday guests!

Awesome experience. Only difficulty was finding parking but an employee quickly pointed me to a couple nearby spots. Bartender inside was awesome and servers once in the air did an amazing job!! Will definitely be doing again when I’m back

It’a beautiful event. Food is ok- stick to the steak. The staff is very friendly but the music was disappointing. Lacking a true puertorrican experience. If I wanted to hear English music I would have opted to do it in the US.

It was a great experience forsure! I got the mahi mahi (I wish it had more seasoning) but over all good. I would recommend getting the steak, best option should’ve done that instead. Everyone is super friendly and you meet a lot of people too! Great vibes!

Honest review- the staff was EXCELLENT….the experience was EXCELLENT HOWEVER, the food was lukewarm/cold. The only thing that was prepared properly was the salad and the ice cream. And - to top it off there was VERY little alcohol i.e they had enough to pour 2 shots. Disappointing at this price point. We wouldn’t recommend this event to others.

The food was not appetizing to me. I ordered the BONE IN porckchop with NO bone, it was dry and tasteless. My utensils were dirty when I sat down and had to ask for another set, plus a dead bug was at my eatting area. The portion sizes were very small; I was still hungry when I left.

So much fun and scary at first but the drinks help for sure! the people working are awesome so much fun and so much energy! The food was pretty good . Did miscalculate one of the dinners but we got that sorted out. Hard to find parking and no one answers the phone unfortunately . But once you’re there it’s an awesome experience!

Worst experience ever the first time that was last year the guys were so entertaining the made the best experience but today I had the worst experience the girls were rude , not entertaining, sobbing . Worst experience I can’t recommend this to anyone

Vibes were lively, staff were nice and accommodating! Only thing I'd suggest is there a menu readily available. I had to look it up online to ensure the meals were within my dietary preferences. Otherwise, it was fun!

Great views but food wasn't the best. The price was more for the experience. If you go, the best food option is the Mahi-Mahi dish.

This was a great experience but if I can be honest the food was very mediocre like I have eaten better at applebees. The 4 "courses" are 3 tablespoons of salad, chicken noodle soup (which was mostly broth n noodles) my entree was chicken and I received 2 small chicken thighs, 4 roasted potatoes sliced in half a 1 small baby carrot, dessert was regular soft serve w crumbled cookies...your basically paying for the experience which again could have been more enhanced....There was very little interaction with the servers, no games, there was music playing but that was it. Definitely wasn't worth 150 pp....not something I would want to do again simply because the food wasn't good or portioned well nd the low interaction for the duration

We had a very disappointing experience at FlyDining Puerto Rico on August 16 during the 7:30 PM dinner. We were celebrating a birthday and arrived almost an hour early specifically so we could speak with the manager and politely ask if our group could be seated together in certain seats. Unfortunately, the manager was dismissive and did not seem willing to listen to our request. He told us that no one could be seated in the seats we requested because of “safety regulations.” Although we were disappointed, we accepted his explanation because we understood that safety must come first. We were then seated in places we had specifically hoped to avoid. What made the situation especially upsetting was that shortly afterward, we saw other guests being seated in the exact same seats that the manager had told us could not be used for safety reasons. This left us feeling misled and disrespected. If those seats were truly unavailable because of safety regulations, why were other guests allowed to sit there? And if they were safe to use, why were we given that explanation in the first place? We made an extra effort to arrive early and speak with the manager respectfully because this was a special birthday celebration. Instead of receiving a clear and honest explanation, we felt that our concerns were simply dismissed. We are asking FlyDining Puerto Rico management to please review what happened during the August 16, 7:30 PM dinner and address this situation with the manager who was on duty. We would also appreciate an explanation as to why we were denied those seats specifically for “safety” reasons, only to see other guests seated there afterward. What should have been a memorable birthday celebration was unfortunately overshadowed by the way this situation was handled. We expected much better customer service, honesty, and respect.

The food we received was not only cold but lacked flavor. It was nicely presented. Keep in mind that alcoholic drinks are not included and will cost you another around $23 per drink. I’d also like to add when you initially get seated I would recommend sitting on the side closest to you upon initial entry as that side has a better background for pictures. I personally wouldn’t recommend as this seemed like it would be an interesting experience and wasn’t worth $195 .

The view was amazing! We booked the social hour. The drinks were good and our bartender/ hostess were lit!

I booked for 9:30pm and they were running more than an hour behind. We didn’t start until almost 11pm. There was no explanation as to why it ran late, no option to cancel and get a refund, no apology or even the offer of a free alcoholic beverage. Also they ran out of bottled water. Extremely disappointing especially because the tickets are not cheap.

This was so good!! It is an experience I e never experienced before. The staff was fun and everyone coming to the PR has to donut at least once or to celebrate.

The experience was definitely fun and unique! If you’ve always wanted to have dinner while suspended high in the air, it’s something you’ll probably enjoy. That said, I do think it’s a bit overpriced for what you get. We paid $477 for three people, and for that price, I personally think I would’ve enjoyed a themed or immersive restaurant experience more. If you’re looking for a memorable thrill and beautiful views, I’d recommend trying it at least once. But if your goal is to relax, enjoy quality time with family or friends, and have an amazing meal, I think a nice dinner reservation would give you better value for your money. The staff was one of the best parts of the experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly, made great conversation, and kept the atmosphere fun by playing good music throughout the dinner. They really made us feel welcome. The meal was a four-course dinner, and you get unlimited soda and water. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase separately. Our meal included: * House-made Caesar salad * Squash soup with a hint of cinnamon * Choice of entrée (Seared Flank Steak, Mahi Mahi Filet, Roasted Chicken Thigh, or Bone-in Pork Chop) * Vanilla ice cream with a chocolate chip cookie for dessert The house-made Caesar salad was honestly one of the best Caesar salads I’ve ever had. You could definitely tell it was made fresh. Unfortunately, I don’t have a picture of it because I started eating it as soon as it was served—it was that good! The squash soup was also really good. It had a drizzle of sour cream and was garnished with fresh cilantro and croutons, which made it look beautiful. I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about the hint of cinnamon, but it actually complemented the soup really well. My friends and I all chose the Seared Flank Steak, which came with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The steak was flavorful and cooked well, and the sides were just as good. It ended up being my favorite course of the meal. The dessert was the only course that disappointed me. It was a scoop of plain vanilla ice cream with a chocolate chip cookie that reminded me of a Chips Ahoy cookie. It wasn’t bad, but it felt a little underwhelming compared to the rest of the meal. One of the funniest parts of the night was that my friends are afraid of heights, so seeing their reactions while we were up in the air made the experience even more entertaining! The views were beautiful, and it was definitely a memorable experience. Overall, I’m happy I got to cross this off my bucket list because it was a fun and unique experience. However, for $477 for three people, I don’t think I’d do it again. While the food was good and the staff were amazing, I’d personally rather spend that amount at an exceptional restaurant with a unique atmosphere. If you’re paying for the experience of dining in the sky, it’s worth trying once—but if you’re mainly going for the food, there are better values elsewhere.

You should go for the experience the food was decent but you’re definitely paying to go in the air. Your sides are determined by what protein you order but you aren’t given a full description of this prior. Youll get a text the day of asking for what protein you want

Okay, I don't mind heights, but this challenged me, LOL. It's a thrill, a vibe, and very safe. The seats and safety gear are high quality. The food, however, is tasty but nothing outstanding, more so a regular outdoor cookout type quality. The experience mainly is from the height, the music that's played, the vibe, the view (OMG, what a view!), and the dessert.

Being our first time in Puerto Rico and experiencing this type of setting for the first time was definitely a gag. The food was tasty the drinks were good. We drank at the bar downstairs before being seated which set the mood and then when we went up it was def an experience. I would do again 1000%

The women's bathrooms were inoperable & utterly disgusting! There were 5 stalls, 2 were locked from the inside because they were full of feces, 1 was full of feces, 1 was full of urine & 1 had no tissue. Apparently they were experiencing a problem with the water so the toilets wouldn't flush, but even more reason to just shut them down & notify costumers accordingly. The men's bathrooms only had urinals working. To make matters worse, our reservation was @ 5:30 pm & we didn't get in the air until 7:20! We weren't given an update the entire time we were waiting & when we inquiired we were told it was due to them having to switch out the crane. We didn't receive anything for our inconvenience, not even apology!!! The food was good but not worth all the inconvenience we experienced.

The process and food was incredible! Staff was very friendly and easy to chat with. Even with a fear of heights, you feel secure. They ease you into the ride up. The wind was probably the only unpredictable part but the service was still great alongside good drinks!

Great view! Staff was great! I felt music being played was not appropriate, a lot of cursing in music. I wasn’t aware that I could have asked them to change it! But otherwise it was a really nice experience.
