This tour was great. Our guide, Alexia, was friendly and knowledgeable. Since Old San Juan is small, this was also a great way to get my bearings on my first full day here as we covered a reasonable percentage of the old city. There is a fair amount of walking and it’s a bit hilly, but the tour is at a slow pace and it was relatively comfortable even in 90 degree October warmth. We had a small group, which was an extra bonus. Well worth the price!

It’s about two hours or so. Please bring water and a portable fan it gets hot on the tour. I I’ll suggest eat something hearty as you may get hungry but Agra did a phenomenal job educating on the culture of San Juan! Loved the limbers frozen cups

Our tour guide Agrael, was amazing, very informative and helpful. Gave us updates on places to visit outside of the tour! Would definitely recommend, pace is good and we stopped to talk in the shade given how hot it was!

I think the lady's name was Alexia and she was brilliant. She spoke in English and Spanish, and I am English but it was still very interesting and very engaging. I would definitely recommend it.

This was an amazing experience! Alexia was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. She even waited for us while we took a few minutes to find each other. The tour felt very private and personalized, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it!

They should know to take as much pictures as they can cause of how beautiful it is out there u definitely won’t regret it

No parking and guide was incompetent about parking also. Ask the guide directly where should I park and she told us that we would have to find parking instead of directing us to a parking garage

Our tour guide was Agra! First of all, she was so sweet! She was very knowledgeable and detailed about the history of San Jaun and I feel like this was the best tour experience that my family and I could have had . She had a few fun facts that she shared throughout the tour and my 8 year remembered one of them that I thought was hilarious, but also the fact that she remembered it means alot. I won't spoil the fun fact, but it is definitely one that we will remember forever! I don't think you can choose your tour guide, but it you get lucky enough to have Agra, congratulations!

The whole tour was very informative, fun and interesting. The tour guide was very good at keeping the group engaged and organized.

Great tour. Our guide new tons of really cool interesting history and made it interesting for the kids. We booked at 1pm and it was too hot for my 10 year old to finish, but we stuck it out for the first 1.5 hours and left early. I wish I could have kept going, it was a really interesting intro to Viejo San Juan!

As a history teacher, it was so wonderful to take this tour led by a fellow enthusiast. Our guide, Agrael was so considerate, kind and knowledgeable about the area. She checked in with us about an hour before our start time and kept us at a comfortable pace the whole time. Highly recommend for anyone interested in Caribbean history or just discovering the gems of the area!

The picture on the site is DECEIVING! The umbrellas are there only on special occasions! We really were expecting to see them. But the instructor was amazing and funny! The tour was very educational and fun

Wear comfortable shoes and sun block. Bring your own water, insulated bottle is best if you have it! Agra was amazing! She was so nice and informative!

It was definitely worth the price paid. Nothing specific but seam less purchasing via online. The rich history of Puerto Rico and learning how the island became to be called Puerto Rico. The Limber was a great refreshing treat after walking in the heat. The architecture and bold colors of Old San Juan. The setting was lively.

Carlos was phenomenal. Our tour was at 1300 so we baked in the sun. He did try and keep us in the shade as much as possible. Be ware that there are not many public restrooms along the way. So either pop into the bars and buy drinks or don’t plan on drinking much in the two hours. Bring cash for tips.

Our tour guide, Carlos, was phenomenal. We were running a bit late so he dropped his location just in case he started moving and we missed the gathering spot (we didn't but it was very thoughtful). He was knowledgeable, entertaining, and thoughtful and answered my 6 year old's questions earnestly and thoughtfully. All in all top marks.

Tour guide was very knowledgeable and personable. It is a lot of walking on not always smooth level surfaces so be mindful if you have gait issues or can't stand or walk fir long periods of time. Be sure to bring water and wear a hat.

Eli was very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed his commentary on the tour. He’s very mindful with one of our family member members who was on a scooter and make sure we went directions were the scooter could go. Would very much recommend this to her and Eli.

Eli was very knowledgeable of old San Juan. One of my family members needs a mobile scooter to to get around. He made sure that they could get access to everything we were going to see and was kind enough to ensure he was included. I would recommend this tour and also Eli as the guide.

This was a great way to see the city. While it was hot, out tour guide Eli was amazing. He was very interactive, knowledgeable and funny. He was able to relate to many people on the tour and make the tour a memorable one. Eli is also very professional as even when a situation arose during the tour, he handled it amazingly and was able to continue the tour with the rest of the group. Overall a great experience I would highly recommend.

We had a great time on this tour! It was fun, informative, and a great way to learn more about the Old San Juan. A couple of tips: definitely wear comfortable sneakers. The streets are uneven in places, and the tour covers a good amount of ground. The guide kept a steady pace, so it’s more of a walk than a leisurely stroll. The meeting location was easy to find, which made getting started stress-free. One thing to note: the cover photo is a bit outdated. The colorful umbrellas have been removed from the city due to a dispute between the artist and the city. If you were hoping to see that specific spot, unfortunately it’s no longer there. Overall, we really enjoyed the experience and would recommend it!

Great tour if you really want to learn about the history of old San Juan and Puerto Rico! Carlos our guide was excellent ! It’s hot so bring plenty of water and comfortable shoes !l you’ll be walking the whole time! It’s about 2 hours long ! About 30 people were in my group although some exited early due to the heat ! Good price for the experience ! And we found the famous PR door to take pictures !

Excellent tour of Old San Juan! We had a knowledgeable and engaging tour guide named Eli. Wonderful experience and highly recommend!

There’s a lot of walking that involves going up several hills and times over uneven cobblestones walkways and streets. It is very informative but not likely a good fit for younger children or people with short attention spans. It can be very sunny and hot so sunscreen is recommended for those with “fair” skin

This was an amazing walking tour of beautiful San Juan! Not only did we get to experience the rich culture but we were able to get a lot of history and fun facts by our wonderful and amazing tour guide Eli! He not only took us to historical site and through the city but he also provided us guidance of where to go after the tour. High Recommend! 10/10 and we are all honorary 4% Boricua now! The price is totally worth it and the tour even lasted longer than expected. Come prepared to walk though and don’t forget to bring your camera!
