This was a terrible experience. We were essentially driven by someone randomly and did not get a guided experience. Then the ziplining experience had no information. It was over crowded, not helpful and when I asked questions, each person said they didn’t know. There was little to no engagement and really just a disappointment from beginning to end.

Incredibly friendly tour guide who picked us up on time directly from our hotel. The staff were extremely communicative, accommodating and knowledgeable. They gave great food recommendations around Luquillo beach and many different places to explore beyond this trip. The ziplining was safe and exciting, with ample opportunity to meet other travelers while there. Definitely a highlight of our trip to PR.

From beginning to end, it was such an amazing time. It was very organized and well thought out. We’re looking forward to trying this tour again! No need to worry about admission fees or transport because it’s all handled.

I wanted a zip lining experience that offered a pick up service. I was met by a friendly knowledgeable driver. Our trip was in 3 parts - the 9 ziplines with 2 rappels, time at the river and lunch time at the kioskos nearby.

10/10 would definitely do again! Our tour and staff at JungleQui were amazing, the 7 hours went by so fast!

Amazing experience!! Our tour guide Jonathan was spectacular. I wasn’t feeling too good the day of due to drinking the night before but he was so helpful and kind in making sure I was comfortable during our trip! Beautiful views when zip lining & the workers made the experience so much fun! The river was beautiful & perfect temperature for swimming, & the beach visit was breathtaking truthfully an experience I’ll never forget! The restaurant La Parilla on the beach was sooo delicious definitely recommend! If you’re thinking about getting this tour DO IT!! 100/100 recommend!! ((:

Zipline crew was amazing. They were fun and all about safely having a good time. Would love to do it again. There were 7 lines and 2 rappels but there is little you have to do. They make it so that there is no room for error. Our main guide then took us to a river where we had a nice cool down and then he took us to Luquillo beach which is full of food kiosks and the beach is fun

No visit to Puerto Rico is complete without a visit to El Yunque! This tour included a hike to a secluded river with a rope swing and a ledge to jump off (if you could brave the 12-foot drop) along with 10 zip lines, two rappels and a couple of hours on Luquillo beach to relax at the end. My husband, teen daughter and kid all loved every activity! It was athletic enough to be fun, but not exhausting. Transportation to and from all activities from our hotel via van was great, too. Emilio, our tour guide for the whole day, drove us to all parts of the trip and provided water for us. He also took us on the hike through El Yunque. He was full of great information about native plants, animals, and the history of El Yunque’s ecological and cultural significance to Puerto Ricans. He recommended food choices and beach activities at Luquillo, too. The whole team at the zip line activity (run by Jungle qui) were professional, safe and yet still hilarious. Thank you Melvin, Daniel, Yariel, Joarib and Ruben! You guys made zip lining a blast! This tour was our favorite day in Puerto Rico. Don’t miss it!

Emilio was the most amazing tour guide. He drove us to the zip lining tour which was a fast paced 9 zipline and 2 rappels. We then did a short walk from the zipline to a cliff and rope swing. My girls had the best time exploring. We then drove to Luquillo beach and had a great lunch on Emilio’s recommendation and enjoyed the beach. It was a perfect day in Puerto Rico we will never forget!

This tour was fantastic! The guides were all very fun and helpful. We all felt very safe too. Traveled with 3 teenagers who all loved it.

I had an incredible time on this tour, and our guide, Jonathan, was amazing! He was fun and engaging, incredibly knowledgeable, providing insightful details about the history and culture of the area throughout the trip. An added bonus—he’s a fantastic photographer and took some great pictures of us along the way. Jonathan made sure we were well taken care of from the start, picking each of us up from our hotels, and there were about 10 people in our group. We kicked things off with zip-lining at El Yunque, which was my first time zipping. The team at Jungleque made sure we felt safe and comfortable while keeping things light-hearted and full of laughs. It had rained in the morning, so we didn’t go to the river for safety reasons. Instead we took a detour to the observatory and Coca Falls, and the views from both the zip line and the observatory were absolutely breathtaking. Afterward, we spent a couple of hours at Luquillo Beach. There are plenty of food options there, catering to various dietary preferences—veg, non-veg, gluten-free. Jonathan took us on a mini tour of the food stalls, giving us his top recommendations. Overall, I highly recommend this tour. Jonathan and the Jungleque crew were fantastic, and it’s a fun, memorable way to explore El Yunque and the surrounding areas.

Absolutely thrilling tour!! The drive from San Juan to the location and back is very comfortable and the driver explained the history on the way. Zipline operators are very courteous and funny. They managed our 10-15 member group to make the experience fun and safe. They calmed people's nerves. Walk to the river through the forest was slippery because of rain the previous day, but once we got to the river, it was so relaxing. I strongly recommend wearing clothes and shoes that would be good for exercise and water sport so you can easily jump into the river and take full advantage of the cool clear water. At lunch time avoid restaurants that are busy. They have long waiting time and food sometimes takes 45 min to be served. You may not have time to finish lunch.

Jonathan was the absolute best guide that I could have asked for. He was communicative, accommodating, pleasant, friendly, informative, and just a pleasure to be around. He took a ton of videos and pictures for my son and I at the rainforest that we wouldn’t have otherwise been able to get. He was amazing! The boys that did the ziplining course were just as amazing! They were so much fun, friendly, welcoming, nonjudgmental, helpful, and much more! I am more than pleased with this experience. I wouldn’t have changed anything about it.

This was an amazing experience, Jonathan, the guide was absolutely wonderful. At one point I was having tooth pains & he found me some Tylenol so I wouldn’t be miserable the rest of the time. Such a kind person. The views on the zip lines were extraordinary and the stories of history, plants, and nature were very easy to become completely indulged in. Jonathan is very helpful & does his best to make sure everyone is comfortable, as well as making sure everyone is understanding what we’re doing, where we’re going and what’s available at the beach/restaurant spot.

Had a great time with Jesus! Great zip lining experience, so many! After we did a 45 nature walk that lead into the river where you can jump from a cliff. Lastly, we visited the beach where we were able to eat, drink and have a ball.

This was such an exciting addition to our vacation. The tour guide was able to explain history of the island to us without losing interest from the two little ones with us. I saw views I never thought I would see. The zip line crew was kind, funny, and comforting. I can’t think of anything I would change about this experience

Took some time after my trip, from May 26, 2024 - to process the experience and I still feel the same if not more thankful I booked this experience! It was well worth the price. We booked this excursion on a whim with little research. Pick up was easy from the hotel, we took a quick uber. We then embarked on our journey to El Yunque, and to our surprise, Jonathan was very kind and informative. He provided us with both an ecological, economical history of Puerto Rico and el Yunque. It was rich with information and perspectives that are be held across the island. The ride also included a few other participants who were all nice. We participated in the ziplining, I was terrified lol, but it was so much fun. You lose all fear as you continue to leap into different lines, both downward and across. The views are really pretty. We went on an optimal day where you can clearly see all of the plants and things. Bugs weren’t much of an issue during the zip line, but I would recommend bringing or spraying yourself before the ride. We continued on the river near by and it was also fun! You can jump off rocks or swing into the cold water. The water was cold, which was refreshing after zip-lining in the heat. After that we went to Luquillo beach which was the first beach we went to. The drinks and the food were delicious and fresh. Listen to Jonathan’s recommend - go get the pinchos. They had this massive mojitos too that are sharable. The other foods were alright, the alcapurrias tasted different depending on the kiosk. We had only one that was really good, but is to be expected at the beach. Overall, Jonathan is a great guide and he gained some of our trust over the time by being respectful, timely, responsible and insightful. I would do this again and recommend to anyone visiting PR for their first time

This tour was absolutely amazing. Jonathan was an extremely caring and informative tour guide. We learned much about Puerto Rico and its culture, and had so much fun in El Yunque. This tour is a MUST if you visit this beautiful island. You will have no regrets. The natural pool at the rainforest was unforgettable.. the entire tour was unforgettable. Thank you Jonathan!
