Awesome experience! This tour provided not only great customer service but relaxation and memories to come! Tour guides were great and definitely recommend!

The service provider did a fantastic job with communication. The tour guide was extremely friendly and fun to be around. It was extremely informative. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from him. This is not a knock on the business or anybody in particular, but personally, I would skip out on Luiquillo Beach It is very crowded and fairly dirty location. There’s broken glass and very pushy vendors. The rainforest is gorgeous. I had the best time there.

Our tour guides were wonderful, they let us stop at a store to get shoes for hiking and water proof phone cases. This tour came with a stop at an authentic food hub. I still think about my lobster and shrimp mofongo OMG! We slid down down a waterfall and jumped off of a cliff. I learned that I can swim with a life vest 😂😂😂.

Jaison is an INCREDIBLE guide! He was a very good driver, played fun music during the drive (the bus was clean and spacious), and gave us frequent stops during the tour to rest and learn about the nature, culture, and history surrounding us. He is hilarious, so friendly, and made us feel so safe. He showed us exactly where to put our hand or foot on more difficult terrain, and explained exactly where and how to jump from rocks and on the rope swing. As a tourist, I would not be as adventurous in El Yunque without the expert guidance provided in this tour. While narrating the tour and ensuring we were all safe, he took numerous photos and videos that he shared with all of us at the lunch that followed. By the way, EAT AT THE KIOSK HE RECOMMENDS! THE FOOD WAS LIFE CHANGING!!!! Jaison also provided us with several wonderful recommendations for places to stop on our road trip to the west coast that we would embark on the next day. Don't forget to tip generously with cash at the end of the tour- the tour guides in this company more than deserve it! Also- I got cheap water shoes from Amazon and they held up great; water shoes are a must for this tour. This is a great tour for able bodied, adventurous people who also love to learn!

My wife and I were absolutely thrilled with the entire experience, and a massive part of that was thanks to our incredible guide, Jason. Taking kids into the rainforest can sometimes be a balancing act, but Jason was absolutely exceptional with our children. He kept them completely engaged, energized, and excited the entire time, tailoring the adventure perfectly so it felt thrilling but entirely safe. His passion for the rainforest and its wildlife was infectious, and he knew exactly how to spot the hidden wonders of the forest that we would have completely missed on our own. It was the perfect blend of exploration, education, and adventure. We could not have been happier with how the day turned out. We highly recommend this tour and specifically Jason to everyone, especially families looking to make lifelong memories. Thank you, Jason, for an amazing day! We will definitely be back.

Jason and George were amazing! They were super friendly, knowledgeable and made our rainforest excursion one of the most memorable ones in Puerto Rico! They were so helpful with our 3’kids, the youngest being 7 and were awesome guides on the tour. Beyond the 20ft cliff jump, rope swing from 15 ft and the natural water slide, they also took awesome photos and videos to share and taught our group quite a bit about the rainforest plants, flowers and ecosystem. Highly reccomenf this tour!

Jason and Luis were amazing tour guides! They were very knowledgeable and helpful… and they made the tour an incredible experience. You’ll definitely want well-tractioned shoes that you don’t mind getting wet and muddy from walking in the river, over wet rocks, and through mud along the trail. The natural water slide, as well as cliff jumping into the deep natural water pool of the river and rope swinging were a lot of fun. Lunch afterward was delicious. I highly recommend this tour!

Our guide Jason and Louise were super fun and also safety conscious. We learned about some unique flora and fauna in the rain forest on the trail to the waterfalls and pools. The water slide, cliff jumps and the rope swing jump were quite a thrill!

This tour is well organized: pre-departure communication, details on what to expect and everything. Our guide Jason was very knowledgeable and considerate, he made a stop at Walgreens before entering the forest, took countless photos and videos for us, and took care of everyone during water activities. We heard so many praises from other tour guides along the way in the rainforest too. Highly recommended if you are visiting Puerto Rico.

Such a great experience. The scenery is amazing. There are some difficult areas to trek through and the slippery river rocks can be a concern…that being said, I’d do it all over again. Jason, our tour guide, was knowledgeable, patient, engaging and FUN!

We really enjoyed our tour with Jason! Our tour guide, Jason, was obviously passionate about the rain forest and very knowledgeable about it. I’m not sure about the other tour companies, but I feel like he did extra to help us know the rainforest. We wore helmets and life vests which was great for our safety. We loved experiencing the water and he took videos of us that were shared later in our group. I would use Bespoken tour company in my future excursions in PR.

Felix is a fantastic guide who ensured our safety all along, was fun and was knowledgeable about the rainforest. He took pictures and videos of us for the activities. Though there are a lot of visitors, the wait for the activities was tolerable. Bring a set of dry clothing to change after returning to the restaurant for lunch, which will be about 3pm. For those who may be concerned what to bring for this tour, basically, everything you bring will be left in the car and you will just go into the rainforest with your phone in waterproof pouch and two small bottles of water provided in the tour that can fit into your lifejacket. In a nutshell, have fun and do challenge yourself for heights for cliff jumping and rope swing and speed for water slide! It's super safe. You won't regret it!

This was an amazing excursion! Jason was out guide, and he was fantastic. We learned a lot, got in some great trail hiking through the jungle, and had a blast jumping and swinging in the beautiful pools.

I had a great time! Frankie is very knowledgeable and fun. He and Luis really valued safety and made sure everyone had a great time. I enjoyed this experience. I wish there were fewer people so maybe we could have had more than one turn at each activity but it was a blast.

The tour is a great experience for those that are looking for a day getaway into the rainforest. Guided in a small group of 12-13, you will learn about local fauna, see spectacular sights, and dive into the refreshing waterslides and pools to cool off. It is a blast! The tour guide, Jason, worked hard to get photos and videos for everyone to make the most out of the trip. We weaved and hiked through semi-difficult terrain (Please be sure you wear adequate shoes for this climb. Water shoes with non-slip bottoms or sneakers are your best bet) to reach beautiful cool pools of water, where we cliff Jumped (the depth of the pool is 15ft) and rope swang. Crowded with locals and tourists cheering you on, it’s definitely an experience! We were required to wear life jackets at all times, which is a big plus to those that are afraid of the depths. You will make several stops throughout the trip, one to a Walgreens before the tour, and a terrific local restaurant afterwards to enjoy some lunch and change. I would recommend buying a waterproof case, a water bottle, and some sunscreen. You are also going to want to bring a towel and a change of clothes, including extra shoe-wear. All in all, I definitely recommend this tour for those that are wanting to have some fun out in the El Yunque Rainforest. This was a stop I was glad to make on my 4 day trip.

It’s challenging but a lot of fun! Our tour guide, Frankie, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely patient with those who needed help in the challenging areas. I highly recommend it! Wepa!

Jason was an excellent tour guide!! He loves his job and it shows!! He was super helpful and explained everything we should expect. Again, there were lots of different tours all going at the same time, so the “unique” experience was missing. But all 4 of my kids ranging from 11-18 LOVED it!!

Experience was great! Cliff jumping and the rope jumping was so much fun. Our guides were great too. The air dropped beautiful photos to the group, which was really appreciated.

Our family had a blast on this excursion. It was so nice to be picked up right from our hotel and the information provided in advance had us well prepared. Jason and Luis were our guides and they were phenomenal. Lots of jokes and laughter, they shared a lot of interesting information about the area we explored, it was fantastic. There were many groups out there while we were there, but the flow of the groups was well managed by the various guides that were in the area. One thing that quickly became apparent to us is that our guides Jason and Luis were leagues above the other guides and companies in the area. Their number one priority was the safety of the group. Our family noticed some of the other guides led their groups and had the participants help each other through the rock climbs/scrambles. Jason and Luis were integrated within the group and helped each person as much as they needed and were encouraging the entire way through. Our group was also one of the few that had safety helmets and everyone wore lifejackets. It wouldn't have taken much on this terrain and these obstacles for the helmets to have been the difference between a good day and a really bad day. Highly recommend this company and Jason and Luis in particular if you are considering this excursion.

Julian was an amazing tour guide. His knowledge of Puerto Rico and awesome personality made the day really great. We did a great hike, rock water slides, cliff jumps, and rope swings. I would definitely bring water shoes, or shoes you don’t care if they get wet and muddy. No bug spray needed, but some areas aren’t covered so sunscreen may be needed. If you are in awful shape, are old and frail, or have bad hips/knees/arms/ shoulders… this is probably not the trip for you. I have done two other tour companies and done this particular one twice now as well. Hands down bespoke with Julian, Adriana, Mitchel, and Elias is the way to go. 🙌🫶❤️

We were a group of 7 friends that went to El Yunque with Julian and Luis. We had a blast. Julian was funny and charismatic. He also made sure we all felt safe and were able to complete the hike without getting hurt. I had a blast going down the water slide. I highly recommend the Julian and Luis duo.

Book this!! Jason y Luis were incredible!! They made sure, to the best of their ability, that no one lost anything while jumping 10 feet into the water, helped us place our feet while rock climbing, and made us all feel extremely comfortable doing all of the potentially nerve wrecking activities! These guides made this experience a 12/10!!

The rainforest is a magical place that we didn’t want to leave. Jason was a wonderful guide. We were late to head out, but he was super communicative and it allowed us to grab a quick coffee, so all was well. He took us to a drugstore on the way for last minute items, which everyone seemed to need - very helpful! While there, he gave us a complete and thorough explanation of what to expect. The ride was comfortable and scenic. On arrival, we put on life jackets and set off on a rugged hike, squeezing into muddy hip high spaces and climbing slippery terrain. **Tip: WEAR SHOES WITH GOOD GRIP AND TOE COVERAGE! Test them out ahead of time, they should not slide at all.** Jason was so in tune with nature and it showed with his many stories and anecdotes to inform and amuse us. He was patient and kind. We were lucky to have him.

El Yunque is a beautiful and special place, and I was really looking forward to this experience. Unfortunately, the tour did not meet expectations, and it was not worth the price they charged. The tour was delayed, which started the day off poorly. The experience felt disorganized, and I was disappointed by how I was treated. The tour guide excluded me from key activities, such as holding the rope and jumping. When I asked if I could participate, my request was unfairly denied without a clear explanation. I felt discriminated against, and it wasn’t handled in a way that made me feel included or valued like the other guests. Additionally, I wasn’t given the opportunity to take pictures like the rest of the group, which further made me feel left out. While the rainforest itself is stunning, the tour lacked fairness and coordination, and overall, it didn’t match the price I paid for the experience.

It was truly a great overall experience. El Yunque did not disappoint. We got to go down the natural water slide and jump off the cliff. The hike was not as bad as expected. The crew was super professional and made the already amazing trip even better. Adriana's personality and knowledge of El Yunque was top notch. The other crew memeber was Luis and he was always making sure that we got the help we needed. Overall it was amazing. I would highly recommend using this company if they visit.

Great experience. Our tour guides were Adriana and Luis who were welcoming, experienced and inclusive. Their positive and tireless attitude were infectious. Safety was a priority and delivered with a sense of humor. It felt like our group was having a better time than the other groups

I absolutely loved this tour! My guides, George and Julian, were spectacular from start to finish. I completed the El Yunque hike, which included breathtaking waterfall cliff dives—something I never imagined doing, especially since I dislike water and can't swim. But thanks to the incredible guidance, humor, and support from George and Julian, I felt completely safe the entire time. They made the experience not only adventurous, but also comfortable and genuinely fun. Their energy was infectious, and their attention to each guest's comfort level was so reassuring. I stepped far outside my comfort zone and had the time of my life. If you’re hesitant or unsure—about the water—or hiking don’t be. This tour is a must, and these guides truly made it unforgettable.

This is definitely more of an adventure tour than an educational tour of the rain forest. Jason was a great guide - very friendly, energetic and focused in ensuring everyone was having a great tour! All the adventures (water slide, rock jump and rope swing) take place in the same body of water. There were a lot of people and relatively long lines for all the activities. The walking / scrambling on wet, slippery, uneven rock and mud surfaces would not be good for anyone with mobility or balance issues! Overall it was a good tour if your group is adventuresome and enjoys a bit of a party atmosphere.

This tour was very fun and a good value! The hike itself is short (but on pretty rugged terrain), and most time is spent on water activities - a natural slide, jumping off a few rocks (there are different options at 5, 10, and 15 feet), and swinging on the rope into the water. A couple people in our group chose to stay back during some of the activities because they weren't confident swimmers and/or hikers. Though the lifejackets provided will definitely keep you safe, I would not recommend this tour for people who don't have experience with swimming or hiking through rugged terrain. On the day I was there, the trail and activity area were VERY busy. It was a little funny to witness the dichotomy between how rugged the trail felt and how many tourists were there. After the activities, we stopped for lunch on the way back to San Juan. It was one of those restaurants that you can tell survives on the business of tour groups like ours, but it also happened to be the best local food of my trip. I had mofongo with shrimp and garlic sauce - WOW! Very tasty. I would absolutely recommend this tour for active people looking to get out of San Juan and experience nature/adventure without renting a car.

Today, our family had an amazing experience at El Yunque with our tour guides, Jason and Luis. They had a group of 33 guests and we all received outstanding and friendly service! Our guides were great at keeping the group together, motivated, and educated us about the beautiful rainforest. Make sure you bring and wear hiking shoes or water shoes. I recommend this tour. You will have a great time.

Adriana was a great guide. The hike up to the falls is difficult but awesome views of the rain forest.

Adrianna was the absolute BEST! She’s very educated about the rainforest and the island. It was very fun to learn about the history. I’m not the best climber but I didn’t have to worry about that with her around. 10/10. I definitely recommend requesting adrianna as your tour guide
