Culebra Snorkeling Tour By Catamaran From Fajardo

I had an amazing day on that tour! The island was beautiful and Wichi, Davo, Gerardo, Paola y Jon - part of the staff was super friendly and helpful. The lunch was pretty good and the boat is descent size too. Would highly recommend it!

The guides were fantastic, they wanted everyone to have a good time but kept a close eye on all guests while we were in the water. Food and drinks were all good, though some drinks my family and I had could have used a bit more rum. I also loved their commitment to using local brands! That was a huge plus for me. Boat was not the type of catamaran I was expecting but was still comfortable and had plenty of seating and space for everyone. If you get seasick I found sitting outside was best as sitting in the back on the indoor section of the boat did not seem to suffice for some, who only seemed to begin feeling better once they were outside. My only real complaint is the arrival timing. We were told to arrive about an hour early and I'm not 100% sure why as we ended up standing around for a good 45-50 minutes until we were called to start boarding around 10 minutes before our start time. It would have been nice to be able to sleep in a bit more as arriving around 20-25 minutes early would have been sufficient. Overall everything was very well organized and the guides were amazing.

I had a wonderful experience! The team was kind, welcoming, and supportive. They made me feel included, comfortable, and valued. I especially appreciated that transportation from San Juan was offered, making the trip more convenient. Coral made my day brighter by trying to learn American Sign Language (ASL), which brought a big smile to my face! ❤️ I also want to thank Captain David for making the great decision not to cancel the event because of the weather. Even though we went to another island, the team adapted to the situation and kept the experience going. I truly appreciate their flexibility, positive attitude, and dedication to making the event happen. I felt included and never left out. Highly recommend this team for a memorable experience! 🌴🌊

The tour, the boat, the locations- all of those were absolutely incredible. Conrado however, should never have boarded this boat. This man was a buzzkill the entire time. He had an obvious attitude early on. He was at the bar when I went up and asked for 2 drinks- one with alcohol for me and one without for my son. I’m on one of the most incredible trips of my life so I’m so happy and smiling and Conrado… he just glared at me, looked incredibly annoyed by me asking him for drinks. Then, he sat the drinks on the counter and I asked him THREE times which one had alcohol (so I wouldn’t give the wrong one to my underage son) and he literally would not tell me. I had to taste test to be sure because I didn’t want to ask Conrado again since he seemed SO pissed off. He made me feel very unwelcome. THEN he screamed at this lady for getting food after they had set it all out because apparently they were supposed to tell us when we could get food. How tf were we supposed to know? All the other crew members joked about it and let it go but CONRADO yelled at the lady and was visibly it bothered and talking crap about it. Like it’s pasta salad and cold cuts Conrado- it is not that serious. THEN he ended up yelling at some other lady and her boyfriend got pissed and they started arguing and yelling and we’re on the verge of a physical fight. This is what we had to deal with after spending hundreds of dollars to be there for my son’s birthday. Conrado was a jerk the entire time for no reason and honestly ruined what was supposed to have been a beautiful trip.

So fun! Loves the captain and crew! So many snorkeling opportunities. My fiancee and I loved it. Try it for yourself.

Absolutely book the excursion!! It was so fun and a major highlight of our trip to Puerto Rico. The food and drinks were great. The crew was amazing. Our crew included Adrian but I unfortunately do not recall the other names. Overall great experience. Beautiful beaches!

It was incredibly wonderful. Excellent time and value for the money. The guides were very nice and laid back. The scenery was breathtaking as well. This was my wife's and my first time ever to Puerto Rico and we were celebrating our 8th wedding anniversary and the team made this such a fun excursion. We can't wait to bring the family and do it again!

My boyfriend and I booked this tour and had a great time! The crew was so friendly and fun, and made everything so easy for us. Great job to Captain Dave and his crew Danny, Jaelyn, and Alex. We enjoyed snorkeling and swimming and the food and drinks provided to us, we would definitely do this again!

Had an awesome trip, would have liked a little more snorkel time but still really enjoyed the trip, we didnt get to go to Flaminco beach due to sargassum but we went to Culebrita instead and it was beautiful and quiet and peaceful. We had alot of Fun. The staff were awesome and they actually have pretty good pinacoladas! Alex was our favorite crew member!!! He was having fun the whole time with all of the guests.

We booked a tour to Culebra Island and we were taken to Culebrita instead (it was beautiful, but that was not what we paid for, not to mention the cost of the trip was pricy) also it was included Flamingo island and we were not taken there either supposedly the water was green due to the recent rainfalls, it would of been appreciated to know that before I booked the trip that way I would decide whether to book or not. I will not definitely have them as an option for a tour.

This was our second time with this experience. We had the same captain and he was great. The whole crew was excellent. Jaylynn, Alexis were some of The crew and I’m so sorry I didn’t note everyone names. They were all excellent. We had a 9 year old with us and Jaylynn made sure he was Taken care of. The crew were bringing outback drinks to us out in the water. Lunch was served timely. And we had unlimited drinks. This felt more like a family get together. It was a bit rainy in the first stop but the captain was all over it monitoring the moments. We ended up at culebrita island which was a treat not many people go there. BEST BEACH I had ever seen. This was just an amazing trip. We will be back again. The captain and his crew were all amazing and we made sure to tip well. They deserved every penny. If I had more I would’ve given more. Thank you again amazing time!!!

What started with a promise of crystal clear water and snorkeling turned into a booze cruise with no snorkeling and murky waters. We booked this excursion through our hotel and were told we would be able to snorkel and be on a deserted island with crystal clear water. We never saw clear waters we didn’t have the opportunity to snorkel. We paid over $500 to have the experience of snorkeling at the clear waters of Icacos and instead we spent over four hours on the deserted island with what I can only describe as a booze cruise. This was supposed to be an experience for my children to see the “beautiful water and snorkel” none of which was delivered. When I called the company in the morning I was told we can’t control the water and that management would contact us later in the day to discuss the situation. That did not happen! I am extremely disappointed with this experience and with the way in which we were disregarded by the tour company. I would not recommend this to anyone!!

We had a great experience. The price was decent could have been better, it can always be better. We did the half day tour, and from where we wear staying it was about an hour away. The atmosphere was fun and energetic. There were many people on this trip almost full. And the staff was able to manage greatly. This is best for those looking for a relaxing day yet wanting to do something. Great trip had fun, and ohhh the food tasted real good. The bread for the sandwiches was amazing, the chicken salad was great, and also the the coleslaw. Great half day trip.

Crew on the ship was the best customer service we had our whole trip! Luis, Danny and Marta were excellent. Definitely worth the money!

I love snorkeling and everywhere I go I always book an excursion for the wife, my son and myself to enjoy what we love as a family ... and the excursions USUALLY don't let us down. BuT on this occasion it was different, we had a real MEAN person on the excursion I believe his name was Coronado ... everyone else treat us GREAT but I heard him yelling at other customers for different things... On one occasion I heard him yell at a customer not to jump from a base that he had just jumped off of on the boat... first of all, if you don't want them to do that. Don't set the example. He also yelled at a parent because his child walked towards his mother, he said he was unsupervised, oh while still in both of the parents view ... he just didn't make sense... if he wanted us to follow rules, he should have mentioned the rules at the beginning ... including "do, as I say, not as I do"... i've included a picture of him... maybe next time, the excursion will be better for others... I don't plan on doing this again if he's on the boat I board...

Great Experience! The teams were very organized and sharp, but mainly available for everyone on the boat. The crew was all the time looking to see if anyone needed any thing or was not feeling well. Outstanding work for a skinny guy with long and curly hair, he was the best! He even helped me and my friend to get into the water. The captain did an amazing work as well, by handling the waves and making the trips very smooth and pleasant. We had a great experience overall. The beach was clean and beautiful. The food on the boat was as expected, light snacks and lunch appropriate for the occasion. There were drinks and juices, but everyone behaved very well. This excursion will be definitely recommended, and we'll be returning to it. Thanks! Edith.

We booked a day tour to Culebra for snorkeling and then Flamenco beach. The booking process was easy and information sent to us via email prior to our trip was clear and specific about what to expect. The day of check in was easy and streamlined. The trip was great and the crew was wonderful. Several people experienced sea sickness but the crew clearly has done this a time or two and took care of them quickly! Unfortunately, as we were done snorkeling and headed to Flamenco Beach there was a mechanical issue with the boat. Crew kept us advised of the situation, profusely apologized that we wouldn't be able to anchor at the beach, and made sure we all still got lunch as we headed back to Port. Customer service was quick and efficient in offering for us to re-book or get a partial refund. Overall a great experience, even with the missed beach. I would do it again next time!

The whole tour from beginning to end was excellent

Our crew was fantastic! Amanda and David are the names I remember, and they did a great job of taking us to all the locations. The food provided was great as well. The water was crystal clear and we were able to see plenty of wildlife on the reef! The beach was also very beautiful and a nice place to relax with family and friends.

Life changing snorkeling expedition, safe for all levels! Food and drinks (!) were plentiful, the vibe was super friendly, staff were super-competent, helpful and knowledgeable. Music pumped throughout to catch that vibe.

The crew was awesome, funny and knowledgeable. The boat ride out was indeed rough, but our group took Dramamine before boarding and felt fine! While snorkeling, we saw a manta ray, putter fish, spiny lobster, and a multitude of colorful fish. The beach is nice, the drinks were flowing and the lunch was fresh and tasty. Overall, we would definitely recommend!

The captain and crew were great. My kids really loved the experience. The food, though simple, was substantial (build your own sandwiches and pasta, green, tuna and coleslaw salads). Overall, a great value for the money.

We paid for an excursion going out to Culebra. 24 hours prior to departure, we received a call that the captain made a decision to not go out due to the water conditions. Low and behold; the morning of, we saw that same boat heading out. I requested my booking be partially refunded due to the huge price difference. Sadly that didn't happen. Considering we were a party of 9, paying $180 for a $135 per person experience. We will definitely not be using your services again.

Absolutely amazing trip! The vessel was clean & well maintained. The crew were very accommodating & knowledgeable. Snorkeling equipment provided. The captain did an amazing job navigating the sea. 100% recommendation! If you get sea sick easily, I recommend taking medication or a patch before departure. You are required to sit inside.

Despite warnings that we may not make it to Culebra due to choppy waters, we made it safely and it was BEAUTIFUL. It IS a bumpy ride there so just keep that in mind. This trip was amazing though. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the snorkeling was so cool, the waters were SO blue, and the drinks/lunch was delicious. Pickup and drop off at a hotel near ours was also great. Highly recommend!

The crew was fantastic from the start. The crew was very organized, thorough and it was evident safety is of the utmost priority. The snorkeling at Culebra was amazing. After Culebra, we moved on to Flamenco Beach we’re lunch and drinks were served and we were able to enjoy the gorgeous beach. I would highly recommend this as a “must-do” if you are in Puerto Rico!

We had a fantastic day on the Caribbean Sea with Captain Jose and his crew aboard the Island Flyer catamaran. From start to finish, this was a very well-run operation and one of the highlights of our trip to Puerto Rico. Our shuttle bus arrived a little later than scheduled, but given the traffic in San Juan, that was understandable. The bus was clean, modern, and comfortable, and we arrived at Safe Harbor Marina in plenty of time. Check-in was quick and efficient, and before long we were boarding the Island Flyer. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with ice-cold bottled water and granola bars while the crew conducted a thorough safety briefing. Then it was time to set sail. The crossing to Culebra took about an hour. The seas were a little choppy, but the catamaran, which is clearly very well maintained, handled the conditions with ease. Our first stop was a beautiful snorkeling location with a vibrant coral reef. Fresh fruit and drinks were served, and those who snorkeled were treated to a recently sunken sailboat wreck along with an abundance of marine life, including stingrays. The snorkeling equipment was in excellent condition and worked perfectly. After a short break, we headed to world-famous Flamenco Beach, where we enjoyed time on the beach, went swimming, and even said hello to a friendly barracuda that frequents the area. The crew prepared a delicious lunch on board, which was a perfect addition to an already great day. After lunch there was more time to relax, swim, and soak up the stunning surroundings before beginning the return journey. Back at the marina, disembarkation was just as smooth and efficient as the rest of the day. Within minutes we were back on the shuttle and heading to our hotel, reflecting on a wonderful day exploring Culebra and enjoying the beauty of the Caribbean. The entire experience was managed professionally while maintaining a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Captain Jose, Celix, Naher, and the rest of the crew did an outstanding job of making everyone feel welcome, safe, and well cared for. Thank you for an awesome day. We would highly recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. 10/10. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
