Wowww! What a great experience! It was worth every dollar! He took us to a beautiful overlook with a great view and swing for photos then we went to a gorgeous waterfall! We hiked done and then got into the water and under the fall! We then went to the hot springs and finish with ice cream in a beautiful town square. He was full of information and was quite funny! You can tell he loves what he does. Just do yourself a favor and book!!

This was the most amazing experience. Certainly the best way to experience Puerto Rico. If you are planning on getting a tour guide make it this one. They spend extra effort to make it a magical experience.

We had a wonderful day trip with our guide Narayan. He was very knowledgeable about history and also the trees and plants we saw. The countryside was beautiful and the hot springs very relaxing. Highly reccomend this trip!

I have enjoyed two classes with Gemma. She was very professional when there were many people in the 8am body bliss class. The session was superb and I had an excellent workout. I regularly attend a Pilates class on Thursday and Gemma has not taken the classes for sometime. It was a real treat to do a different and excellent session. Her instruction was superb and I found the breathing she suggested suited me. Also the music was a delight.

Narayan was a great knowledgeable guide, professional and a good photographer!….he was pleasant and considerate with all the “girls”. Truly an off the beaten path experience, we were the only tourists we saw all day. We were the only two people on the tour! The hidden waterfalls were very cool, and I appreciated the opportunity to learn more about Puerto Rico from an experienced guide, and sample local foods.

This was the BEST excursion we went on while in Puerto Rico. Our guide Narayan was nothing short of amazing. First off, he picked up and dropped is off at out air bnb. Secondly, he was so attentive, very knowledgeable, and treated my friend and I like one of his own family members. Now the excursion is amazing, hot and cold spring, and seeing a vast majority of Puerto Rico. When I come back, will be doing the excursion again, just from how much I love and enjoyed it!

The cold and hot springs were both a refreshing end to our week in NPR. Narayan (guide) was incredibly knowledgeable about PR and told interesting stories about a variety of aspects of PR - it made an already enjoyable trip even more so!

NaRyan was amazing! He was prompt, courteous and was just and all around great Host!! He took his time and gave us a great tour of the Island and gave us some History as well, That within itself was well worth the experience! I will definitely use him again for a different experience on my next vacation!!

What was going to be a pretty awesome cold water springs adventure turned out to be more of a dud. Tour started off great with some tasty pork derived foods that we hadn't tried before and the food was delicious. Though tour operator was lively and fun, he hadn't checked the locations from after the storm so the cold water location was filled to the brim with sediment. The waterfall was nice but we couldn't swim or jump off the rocks or really do anything except take a few pictures (usually the water is really deep and can be jumped in from even the top of the waterfall). Because this was a letdown, he took us to a 2nd location to hopefully stand under a different waterfall but unfortunately, flash flooding crept up during our time we were there so we were only able to look from afar (great picture location though). Hot springs were working just fine, unfortunately couldn't enjoy it because of 10,000 mosquitos and gnats landed on us every second. Stopped for ice cream at the end but the drive was too far to do what we were supposed to that we didn't get to do. Tour operator really needed to check out the tour terrain and locations beforehand.

Favorite part of the review was the knowledge of the island Narayan shared with us but most important was his genuine concern we had a wonderful experience (and we did).

Amazing experience!!! Our guide went above and beyond my expectations, taking us to unique locations and sharing his vast knowledge of the island. He personalized the trip really well, and he even added an extra stop to another beautiful location for us!!! I recommend this 100% to anyone staying in PR.

Narayan was our guide for the day on our solo tour. Throughout the day he told us many interesting facts about the cities and areas we traveled through, including some history of he grew up and where his family is from/lives. He made us feel very comfortable throughout the day and provided assistance without having to ask. Narayan gave the vibe that he enjoys being a guide and sharing Puerto Rico with others. At no point during the tour did we have any complaints. This is the real deal and are thrilled that we booked this tour!!!

Tour guide Narayan took us from San Juan through the beautiful rolling hills of the central and southern parts of the island. The lunch was delicious local food, the easy hike through a river to the waterfall was fun and the thermally-heated hot springs pool resort nurtured our soul. Ice cream in the plaza in Narayan’s boyhood town gave us a peek into growing up in PR. Narayan was a great guide; considerate, knowledgable, and fun to be with while sharing our day. I highly recommend this tour.

Husband and I did two tours with Narayan- the el yunque rainforest tour and a healing body soul longer tour. Highly recommend and book through their website not air bnb or trip advisor so you can save! Both tours were so unique in their own ways with rainforest including a short hike, local fruits and a jump near a waterfall from three high points! Our guide was both hilarious and knowledgeable. Met some awesome locals at the hot spring too. The food stop was delicious. This is a loooong day though so just be prepared for that and if you get car sick (like I do) there are some twisty roads. The cold spring was the best

Na’Ryan was great! We came on an all girls bday trip for me and let me tell you this was a hit! We loved that Na’Ryan explained every detail of the culture on the ride. The falls are amazing. Hiking was amazing. The local rest was amazing! We will definitely return.

The best tour if you’re looking for a mini adventure into the “wild” and off the “touristy” path. The hike through the rainforest was amazing as well as the springs. Our guide Narayan was super amazing and so knowledgeable!

The cold spring was so beautiful and fun to swim in. If you’re adventurous you can jump from a high point. Make sure you wear sandals or water shoes because some parts of the walk are through water. Narayan our guide was very knowledgeable. Vegetarians: the restaurant has limited options so eat a bigger breakfast. The hot springs are so relaxing and calm. The ice cream at the end is so yummy! Small group size and unique tour makes this tour a must!

I fell, scraped my knee and got all bloody, it was all worth it. Getting to the cold springs was a challenge because I have lot of problems with my feet and I’m seriously overweight. The tour guide was patient, and amazingly inspirational- he basically held my had the whole way through. This does involve a bit of climbing down and up a rocky path, going thru water, walking through a little “jungle”.

We had a great time on this tour and our tour director Ben was awesome. I would definitely do it again.

This is definitely a Mind and Body experience! I was challenged by the hike through the rocks, greenery and creek then rewarded with the beautiful cold spring and mini waterfall! The hot springs was good to loosen muscles after the hike! Lunch was a delicious authentic meal and ice cream was a great treat! You get all that’s described and more!

Naryan was AWESOME as our guide!!!! He knew so much about the area and all the places we visited. He helped those that were scared to jump off the cliffs jump and those that wanted to go higher up he took!!!!!

Wow! This tour exceeded my expectations. We got to cover so many different areas of the island of Puerto Rico. It started the a great lunch spot, food was fabulous authentic. The vista is Salinas has a breath taking view of the Caribbean Sea. Then on to the hike to the cold spring pool. Well being a city girl this was jungle to me, but Narayan is so chill and has such a great spirit any fear we had left and we were up for the adventure. The cold spring at the end of the hike is worth it, nature and its beauty at its best. After the challenge of the cold spring hike it's on to the hot spring at Coamo where we relaxed and enjoyed. Ice cream was the final treat. Tour was crafted beautifully. Narayan has so much knowledge of Puerto Rico. He made sure we didn't miss even the smallest of details of our trip. Thanks so much for a memorable day! We will definitely be back doing other tours with Seeing Puerto Rico.

I had a great experience. The tour guide was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with us. He educated us on everything from the flowers that we passed on the high way, to the backroads that we traveled, and the mountains that we viewed. Great tour...we even jump off the rocks into the cold springs! An overall great day!!

This was a great day trip. We got to experience local food and a hidden waterful/swimming hole. It was a short trek to get there, more difficult if you have small kids, but well worth it. The hot springs were very relaxing and the ice cream was so tasty! The tour guide was very informative and able to answer every single question we had. We didn't know what to expect, but had a fantastic time. I love that it was a non-"touristy" tour. Would definitely do it again!

My daughter booked this fantastic excursion for our Puerto Rican vacation. It was amazing from start to finish. Narayan is an extremely knowledgeable tour guide. We learned much about the culture, including food, history, and music. Local cuisine from a restaurant on the pork route was tasty for lunch. The trek to the cold spring is for those in fairly good shape. Be prepared to have water shoes or old sneakers on, as they will get soaked on this walk/climb. The hot springs were very relaxing. Narayan made sure we had a great time all day. We will not forget this great experience.

My mom and I went on the "Cold and Hot Spring Escape to Nuture Body and Soul" tour. As luck would have it we were the only ones to book for this day, so we essentially had a private tour. Narayan was a consummate professional from beginning to end, helping my mom and I navigate our way to the cold spring and offering a helping hand when needed. I would say you should have some level of physical fitness in order to do this tour as there's a small walk through a creek bed (highest water level about knee high) and mild rock scrambling. The cold spring was beautiful and we had the place to ourselves as this is a local spot. You could climb to the top of the waterfall and jump into the water below if you are daring enough, but we stuck to swimming. Narayan was full of really interesting facts and taught us about Puerto Rican history, music, and culture as we drove through the windy mountain passes. We were able to make lots of stops and take pictures along the way. The lunch at the Guavete was amazing, there are tons of options if you don't want pork as well. The hot spring was really relaxing and only a few people were there, all locals. The tour ended with some of the tastiest ice cream I've ever had in the city center of Caguas. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking to do something a little more off the beaten path

My favorite part of this trip was the Hot Springs and three gorgeous views. Amazing. The tour guide and his daughter were friendly and made sure that we all had a special time.

The day is very action-packed, we drive all around Puerto Rico, eat at a local restaurant in the mountains, do a short river hike where you get the chance to jump into an awesome spring, visit a natural hotspring, and finally end the day with the best / healthiest fruit ice cream I have ever tasted in the city of Caguas, which is Narayan's hometown. Throughout the whole trip, Narayan will tell you about the history and interesting information about all the places you visit. 10/10 loved the experience and would do it again!

I’m a 13 year young dude and this was my first time in PR with my mom. I loved this tour. My first hiking experience was awesome!!! My favorite part of the trip was everything, the sightseeing, the culture, our tour guy who is super smart!! And the FOOD!!!!!!!! You have to try this.

The trip starts it off, with the usual pick up at the hotel. But then we got to the first location with the Cold spring. Climbing through a hidden path over rocks and streams, was so awesome It felt like you was Indiana Jones going into some lost paradise. Once we arrived it was clear cool waters that we just all frolicked and played in. Along the way our guide Naryan, was amazing and giving us perspective of where we are how you found the place the history of Puerto Rico and certain sites along the way. We stopped at a lookout point and saw the most amazing view. And then to finish it off we went to the hot springs pools of naturally warm water where we relaxed. And simply distressed. Afterwards he took us all for ice cream and Cagues. It was the longest excursion but it was most worth it.

The husband and wife guides were the best. So friendly and outgoing and very knowledgeable. A joy to be with them. A very full day and great way to see the countryside and enjoy off the beaten path sights and treats. 5 stars for this great tour lead by expert guides. Great value for the money. Highly recommend this experience.

Mom is native to PR we have never taken a professional tour. I am delighted that our first was with Seeing Puerto Rico with Lismar & Narayan. They are such a delightful couple who truly love what they do. Their knowledge of the island can stand up to Wikipedia. Mom walked away leaning a few new things of her beloved island. Even with the unplanned rain , lol. They were not shaken ,quickly came up with an alternate stop which was just as great. Always keeping the safety of group in mind as we were all of different ages. They take covid safety precautions very serious . Clean air conditioned van they also provide you with cold bottles of water and remind to keep hydrated We were taken to local spots only. We felt like we were visiting the island and went on a day trip with family. It was fun , hassle free , educational. Best of all I love that they don’t rush you from place. You are truly on island time 🙏🏼🏝

Lismar and her husband runs a wonderful tour company and have a lot to offer. The cold springs was an experience I would have never been able to experience if it wasn’t for this amazing tour. The tour guides did a wonderful job at taking photos for us and made sure to send them to us before existing the tour . It was a full day tour workout any dull moments.
