This place is a scam, the whole experience was extremely strict. You are better off riding a bicycle! We paid for two hours and only did one hour, and was kicked off due to switching wrist bands. Me and my husband are both over 21. With valid identification. It should not matter who drives or not. Pick another place

it was amazing!! easy booking, plenty of information before hand and during! it wasn't supposed to rain during our experience, but just as we got on it poured on us from start to finish.. but it made the experience an absolute 12/10 for us. our guide and group were incredible as well. would absolutely do it again in a heartbeat!

Jose was out tour guide very fun and had a blast. This venue had single and double ATVs. So def book lasted 2 hours the dirter the better will recommend shoe covers

It was such a great experience great views! And saw so many cute animals. Our instructor was patient and clear with the instructions. And would honestly recommend this to anyone who’s into atvs and doesn’t mind getting dust/mud on them haha which is honestly part of the experience. 10/10 & you can grab food and drinks after a nice long ride on the atv. They also have showers as well for you to rinse of if needed. I would def bring an extra set of clothes in case if you’re ubering from the hotel to this place. Shoutout to Jezed for the great tour !

We had an amazing time. Def bring your own face scarf and goggles it will save you money( your welcome)wear dark clothing you will get dirty and wear long sleeves and pants if you don’t want to burn. Other than that you will have an amazing time. Our tour guide Daniela was amazing!!! Her English was on point. A must do!

Ui Ui was our tour guide. She did a great job at making sure everyone stayed together and was safe. She made the ride fun and took pictures for us. 2 hours is more than enough time. The paths through the ground are great for riding. You will get dirty if you like to ride hard like us. Water shoes suggested for easy rinse afterwards. Also bring a gaitor and shades. They provide all these things at additional cost but not cheap, shoe covers for $11.

Personally, as an avid dirt bike as well as quad rider, I loved the terrain! Beautiful sights, with some muddy puddle to make the excursion even more enjoyable, my favorite part was going up the mountains!
It’s fun and exciting but the next day your body will hurt. The address was a little hard to find. Check in was simple. The process was quick, not too much waiting around. The ride is rough, wet, and muddy. Overall fun experience.

Today’s experience was really great . I enjoyed myself riding the ATVs!!! …I didn’t really like the dust in my eye due to a hot day …however!🙂 we did hit a couple of muddy spots and it was worth the experience. Definitely will be back!!!
Had a blast on this tour. Our guide Noel was amazing! Would definitely recommend him for your guide he is so much fun! Don’t forget sunglasses or eye protection, it gets very dusty very quick. I think they have rental options if you forget.

I traveled to Puerto Rico for my birthday, and every experience I had was exceptional—except this ATV tour, which was supposed to be the highlight of my trip. Since February 2026, I had been in communication with the owner to organize my booking. My original reservation (made through a third party) was canceled the day I arrived. I reached out again, and the owner sent me a link to rebook directly, which I did. On the day of my booking (Sunday the 12th at 3 PM), I followed the directions provided, but they led me to the wrong location. I called the business around 2:40 PM, and instead of assisting me, the woman who answered said, “Well, you should have followed Google Maps,” and then hung up on me. As a paying customer, I was shocked by how rude and dismissive that response was. I called back, hoping to resolve the issue, and instead of helping me get to the correct location, she told me she would reschedule me for the next day at 9 AM. I explained that I had a flight the next day, and she hung up on me again. On my third call, I requested the correct location, which she finally sent via text—after my scheduled time had already passed. When I arrived, her attitude in person was just as unprofessional. I do want to acknowledge the manager, Angerly, who did attempt to help and rectify the situation. However, the damage was already done. What’s even more disappointing is that when I reached out to the owner afterward to share my experience, there was no apology and no accountability. That response made it clear why the customer service from staff is so poor—it reflects leadership. This experience was disorganized, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. I will never book with this company again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.
Our guide was Noel and rumor has it he’s “the best tour guide ever”! First half of the tour is a little slower with 10/10 views and the second part is where the thrill is at. Added a picture of the food we had - go get that with a mango pina colada 🔥
This was an amazing tour! Naomi was the BEST guide and made it so fun!!! We got to see some local wildlife in the trail and have a fun muddy ride. Would definitely do it again!
Everything you need is there! Parking is available, workers are helpful and nice. Face/eye protection as well as bug spray and sun screen is available to purchase. All in all it was a great experience, especially if you bring friends to enjoy with.

It was a rainy wet day but we would do this all over again! It was well worth the money. I fell face down in the mud on the first 20 min break and I wasn't even mad. My group helped me up and we continued to take pictures
Sooooo soooo fun, dress appropriately cause you’re gonna get so dirty, bring googles and a ski mask or buy them from there cause your face will be covered in dirt. our tour guide kevin was amazing, we loved him. 10/10.

Bring proper clothes, have an attitude that you’re going to get dirty. Going to get muddy but totally worth it. If you’re not getting dirty are you having fun?
This is definitely the highlight of our trip in Puerto Rico!! I really enjoyed the exhilarating ride and glad we get to switch driver at the halfway point (we did the double rider option). Our guide Oui Oui is so friendly and helpful especially when we got stuck in the mud. Would be a good idea to bring sunglasses, balaclavas, waterproof jacket and water shoes so you could get the mud off easily after the ride. Get ready to get dirty and have fun!
Our ATV ride was amazing. The staff Lisette and Sebastian were friendly and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable before hitting the trails. The ride was fun, and perfect for beginners. We’ll definitely be back again.

We had a great tour guide to make sure our family of 8 had the best time and stayed safe We all had fun and only two of had driven one before so it is easy to do. We lived seeing the animals on the tour. Highly recommend getting the chicken kabobs. Delicious!!!!

We had a great time. Everything you want from an off road experience - bumpy, muddy, dirty, and just plain fun. Our guide Hector was fantastic, joking with us and making sure the tour was the way we wanted to experience it.
