Driver Juan was very accommodating and courteous working with our group of 10. He was also knowledgeable about the area and provided information on spots to try.

Driver met us at airport…great! He showed us where to go once we retrieved our bags. He called me and we hadn’t gotten bags yet. Finally got bags and went out door…no driver. He called and told us what to look for…no such thing. Finally a lady came and got us and took us to OPPOSITE end of airport to get in a van. She did a great job getting us to our ship.

I have used this service 2 times in December 2024 and March 2025 for my family to pick us up from the airport and the cruise terminal. I have nothing but positive comments to add about the privately owned transfer service. Communication is thorough, timely pick up and a spacious vehicle for a family of 5 with 5 pieces of luggage. it was a no stress experience.

Communication was wonderful! Did run late even after he told us his initial expected meeting time ( we were ready before him) BUT he kept updating us and instructions were clear. Once he arrived everything was smooth sailing. I would recommend ...tardiness happens sometimes!

So lucky to have booked Jesus for our airport transfer. Communicated with us, showed up five minutes before pick up time. We had 2xl suitcases plus 3 carry on and 2xl backpacks. Jesus fit it all into the back of his van and we were on our way. The van was very comfortable with the air-conditioning running. We absolutely recommend his service.
