Beautiful Hotel loved the pool and the daily activities !! We stayed there for 3 nights from sept. 2 the 4, the staff in general was very nice and welcoming with the exception of one of front desk staff her name is Camille I went to inquiry about a possibly late check out even though she gave the information that I needed she a horrible personality for being a a front desk staff member, never smiled she was very blunt wth her answers and quite honestly she make me feel uncomfortable . Everybody else was very nice and welcoming.. The hotel itself is really nice with good food and a nice casino .
The hotel was stunning, spotless, and super comfy, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming.
The servers and staff we met were all fantastic and provided excellent service, but I have to say, Javier, the bartender at the casino, really shone! He was incredibly professional, friendly, attentive, and made us feel so at home. His wonderful personality and service truly made our stay unforgettable.

Hotel its self is dated but nice. Good location, casino for entertainment, cafe for breakfast is nice. The Ocean restaurant is an absolute joke! Wife and I sat down for dinner n drinks, 3 customers at the bar and 3 other tables occupied. One bartender and 2 servers! We waited over 15min with no one coming over to our table! We were in the front of everyone n everything! Horrible customer service, made for a bad dining and even hotel experience! Most likely will never rebook because of this!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and also hosted our son and daughter in law's Welcome Party.

The event staff are top notch. Our coordination, Steven Marrerro, along with his team, was the absolute best providing excellent service. Helpful for us parents coordinating a party from so far away.
Constantly communicating with us, making suggestions and always promptly answering any questions
Steven also coordinated reserving rooms for us last minute (2 days B4 our scheduled arrival)when San Juan area suffered a major water main break, affecting the location we were supposed to stay at.
The party was everything we hoped for with excellent food and an amazing staff.

Room was spacious and hotel is in a great area to just walk around, or just stay in, they offer different activities and classes to choose from. The restaurants in the facility and across the street are excellent and casino has live music. Had a short stay so didnt get to do any activities or use the pool but will definitely be back.
