Armando was absolutely wonderful. He was warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely made us feel taken care of throughout the entire experience. He anticipated what we needed without ever being intrusive, and everything felt effortless because of him. Excellent service from beginning to end — Armand is a real asset to the team, and we would be very happy to be looked after by him again.
Our stay at Olv Hotel Boutique was amazing, and I especially wanted to recognize Kritzy at the front desk for her outstanding service. She was truly one of the most helpful and sweetest people we met during our stay. From helping us book excursions to making sure all of our needs were accommodated, she went above and beyond to make our trip stress-free and enjoyable. Her kindness, professionalism, and welcoming attitude made such a difference in our experience
Had an amazing stay at O:LV Fifty Five. The hotel is beautiful, incredibly clean, and the rooms are just stunning. But what really made the experience special was the hospitality. Armando at the front desk went above and beyond and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. Every employee we interacted with was warm, attentive, and professional. Housekeeping also did an amazing job throughout our stay. Everything was spotless, organized, and always felt refreshed the moment we walked back into the room. You can really feel the attention to detail here. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Puerto Rico.
Had an amazing stay at OLV Fifty Five—easily a 5-star experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and perfectly located, but what truly made the trip special was the staff. Paola, Polly, Aranza, Keyla, Nethalia, and Armando all went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Every interaction felt genuine and welcoming—they made us feel like VIPs the entire time. Whether it was helping with recommendations, accommodating requests, or just bringing great energy, they all played a huge role in making this stay unforgettable. Service like this is rare, and it really sets this hotel apart. If you’re staying in Condado, this is the place. Already looking forward to coming back.
From our very first day, to the very last MINUTE of our stay, Armando and staff goes above and beyond. The hospitality here is amazing. They go the extra mile, truly! Not only is the hotel aesthetically pleasing, the rooftop pool had beautiful views. Josue from the valet team was so personable and had a great sense of humor. I would definitely stay here again! The rooms are spacious, the staff always offers water to make sure you’re hydrated. Definitely recommend, 10/10!!
