The rooms are tiny but functional, can give clostophobic vibes at times. I was told the only have Murphy bed for second bed. Likely to bump self to side of Murphy bed, it hurts.... I was worried about my kids. The queens beds are smaller than average in my opinion. The biggest thing is the TV between 55 to 60inches. The hotel is safe, staff is great, they have delicious welcome cookies unless allergic to nuts, then it not for you. They have a pool and hot tub. Basic, nothing fancy, it get the job done. Towel water was a nice touch, washer and dryer available for a fee...not bad overall.

I already wrote a review on Expedia but wanted to share this here as well: The staff were amazing. Always greeted us when walking past the desk. The cleaning staff as well were great. We did have our do not disturb sign hanging from the door the entire trip but the cleaning staff made sure to accommodate us and provide any and everything we needed when asked. I stayed from July 2nd - July 6th, and my birthday was the 4th. The front desk staff helped my friends and family set up a celebration surprise for me in our hotel room, and even provided cakes and balloons. Huge shout out to staff member Marcos for making it happen. I would stay here again.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The proximity to the airport is about a 10-15 minutes drive. The hotel staff was phenomenal and polite. After signing in, we were offered fresh, baked cookies and waters, which were an added bonus after a long night of flying. When we requested more towels, they were immediately brought up to our room. The rooms were nice and chilly upon arrival, which I appreciated. There are black out blinds in the room. The cleaning staff will also tidy up your room daily. There is a 24-hour valet service and Ubers are frequenting the hotel, so you have little to no wait time. Another highlight is that the hotel will shuttle you to the beach. There will also be umbrellas, chairs, and towels provided to you by the hotel. When you are ready to leave, you call and they will be there swiftly to pick you up! There's a grocery store across the street fro the hotel for your convenience. Prices are reasonable for the items if you are coming from the mainland (United States). The hotel also has a bar and lounge areas, a mini store, and a card security feature for using the elevators. A complimentary water station is also set up in the mornings before heading out on your adventures. The downsides are there is no free breakfast, the refrigerator in our room did not get very cool, the walls are thin, the water in the shower does not get very hot and the water pressure is low, and if you look closely, you can tell a deep cleaning is needed. Would I return? Yes. The pros outweigh the cons for me.

Location is perfect! We had stayed at another hotel nearby for the first half of our stay. That hotel was great too, but I definitely wished we had stayed here the entire time. The entire staff was super friendly. Room was great and clean. They even give you free laundry detergent at the front desk and it's liquid. As someone that travels frequently thats a rarity and pretty much unheard of. Thanks for a great stay!
