We had a good drive but the driver hurried up and cleared the car for us and our belongings was taken we didn’t get a chance to check the vehicle and when we told them they said it was basically our fault but our iPad and headphones are now gone total waste . And unprofessional.
This the only shuttle service I will use. I've always had excellent service from them and the owner is very responsive to any requests. Great crew and great vehicles.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are beyond accommodating and I am speechless. I had 2 flight delays of which lasted over 48 hours. They didn’t question a thing, altered the pick up date for me, and were at the airport waiting with a smile! But beyond this - I had unfortunately left my wallet in the shuttle. With everything in it, including my cash that I had for my entire trip. Within 24 hours they drove my wallet back to me and quite literally saved my ENTIRE trip! I am so thankful for everyone in this company who helped me. From the owner of the company ( I’m not sure his name) to my driver Edgar and Erick who delivered my wallet. Awesome transportation experience and very safe. The company communicated very easily to give us all the details of the pick up times and location, and the drivers were very punctual. They were so good that we ended up booking the trip back to the airport with the same company. The vans were very clean and great shape. The drivers definitely went out of their way to be good tour guides in addition to just driving. The only issue we had was that someone crashed into our van on the way to the hotel but that was not our drivers fault. It was a small fender bender and everyone was perfectly OK. But, the company did, give us a $30 credit for the inconvenience. We would definitely use them again in the future.
Eric was our driver and guide and he made this drive spectacular with his knowledge of Costa Rica, safe driving, friendly atmosphere, communication and so accommodating….to the group…

Wonderful experience using this service to and from San Jose airport and Jaco beach. The drivers both arrived early, were incredibly friendly, and totally professional. They told us a bit about Costa Rica and pointed out areas of interest. We asked if we could stop at the crocodile bridge as we were heading to the airport and he said that we definitely could; it was awesome to see! We were a group of 4 women and felt completely safe and well taken care of. The drivers were very safe and reliable, and we will definitely be recommending them to anyone going to Costa Rica!

The service provided was Excellent since the first contact to search information about the transportation. They have excellent drivers which knows the best Costa Rica routes, avoiding possible traffic jam. It was me and more 7 family members, including children and baby, and the car was excellent as well. Extremely recommend the service!

The service brought us to a grocery store, then directly to our aribnb. Extremely clean shuttle and Raymond our driver was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
