I actually didn’t get to go because there was a landslide in the road and we got stuck in traffic on the way. The tour operators were very helpful over whatsapp and refunded the tour in full. Great customer service!!
Amazing experience. Great way to see the beautiful rainforest, many zip lines that vary in levels. Super safe, great work out and the staff were so kind! Bring bug spray, sneakers, and a rain coat as well!

This was an amazing excursion led by an engaging and really fun team! Even the administrative staff was warm and welcoming. There were several members of the team that worked together seamlessly to ensure we had a great experience so I can't name them all but based on my experience you'll be in good hands no matter what. They were very patient and encouraging and very good with children. This excursion was certainly a highlight of our vacation and so I highly recommend it!!
The guides where excellent and safety was there first priority. The were very knowledgeable about the local fauna and floral. The views were great. The longest line was 700 meters and you were 20 stories above the canopy. We saw local animals hiking from platform to platform.
Rigo and Marcus were excellent, knowledgeable guides. They made the adventure fun and made us feel safe.
The ziplines through the jungle were amazing, as were the exhibits containing snakes, frogs, sloths, and butterflies. We also saw an anteater and a tapir wandering about. Staff were helpful and friendly. I wish they had been clear with us in advance that we needed not just "a raincoat," but rain gear that can fit under a harness as the odds are super high that it will be raining HARD while you do the ziplines and you can't take anything that doesn't fit under your harness. A change of clothes is a MUST if you don't want to shiver in clothes that NEVER dry all day in this climate. Also, signing up for the half-day experience means you will wait around for the others to be done with the full-day experience. They don't take you back to San Jose when you are done, and they do NOT inform you about this before you are on the bus. Fortunately, you can look at cool animals while you wait, but don't plan anything in the afternoon or evening, thinking this is a half-day excursion. Between waiting for the others and the always horrendous traffic, this excursion will get you back to San Jose after dark.
Fun way to spend a few hours in the cloud forest. The Zipline experience was safe, fun and you get to see animals too!
Safety is first. Careful explanation on procedures. Friendly bi-ligual guides. Bathrooms and lockers (no charge) to store your belongings. Nice open air restaurant. Good food and reasonable prices. Note: if you're only doing the zip line and not the tram tour, you'll have to wait for everyone to finish before leaving. We ate lunch and waited in the restaurant. Bring a raincoat!
The zip line guides ensured we all understood how safe the arrangement is and we could see how much fun it is!
This was an amazing experience! Our guide Oxana (i know i spelled it wrong) she was amazing and very knowledgeable on the animals we came across in the park. The zip lining guys were amazing i don't remember all their names but Marco is great! Even the other staff there were amazing. I hate spiders but they got right up on them and took some amazingly detailed pictures. Lunch was great you should definitely get the chicken and rice. I was also pleasantly surprised they allowed me to book as a solo traveler because it is becoming hard to book activities for one person. I also loved that they picked us up from the hotel. I don't think I could have asked for a better adventure.
Really cool experience with some amazing views. The team were amazing and felt so safe and secure the whole time. What I would say tho is MAKE SURE you book with the transfer. It’s so hard to get taxis back and the park will help you on the day but you’ll be ripped off.
Well the zip line is really really cool. But the way the agency organised and planned this is not great. 1st lunch is not included and there is only one option available. 2nd the tour was only the zip line so if there is other members with all activities included you will ended up "killing time" for 3 hours. Think twice you book this tour. Between 1 and 4pm we were on our own because one couple had booked the whole thing and nobody gaves us that option unless you pay it of course lol. So half day actually becomes full day

Definitely book this tour! Everything went exactly as planned and zip lining was so much fun! Only just make sure that if you choose the zip line and hotel transfer that the “included lunch” may not show up on your reservation at the park. But lunch is only about $11 dollars a person which is not bad for how much food you get. Me and my husband truly enjoyed this as part of our honeymoon! Marco and Roberto are great and made me feel really safe and assured.
Our guides were wonderful!! they were patient and kind!! best tour of our trip!! I was conquering my fear of heights and the were most gracious and gentle helping me !
This was one of the most professional and enjoyable activities I've ever done. The network of lines themselves progressed from easy to hard and were designed to give great views. But the staff themselves were amazing: completely dedicated to safety and enjoyment, they were reassuring the whole way round. It was fantastic!

This trip is under marketed!! There are 10 ziplines, each amazing by themselves. The guides are great. We loved Moses!!
Trip not as advertised - was meant to be 6 hours and I had booked zipline only (as is in the description) but was put with a group that were doing an all day trip/multiple activities. Not told this until half way to the location. The guide was awful, she had absolutely no interest in trying to help and to be honest she didn't even seem like she wanted to be there. Was basically left at the park waiting for others to finish. Had plans for the evening and lost money due to the false advertisement. The zipline was ok, felt safe but our small group of 4 was put with a group of 10 and there was ALOT of waiting in between zip stations. The place is hugely overpriced and not much there at all, also absolute nightmare with traffic getting there and back (3 hours to get back and the guide abandoned the group with a non English speaking driver) Personally wouldn't do again and feel it's important people know - there is no way of getting back on your own either unless they happen to be able to find a taxi which will cost you $80 (very sparse). The staff didn't care, just blamed Viator, no one wanted to take responsibility at all. I travel alot and this is one of the worst I've encountered. Park is also pretty run down, it was pretty empty and I can see why! I would go to La Paz or multiple other options, definitely wouldn't waste your money and precious holiday time.

The guides on the zip line at Braulio Carrillo are fantastic. This was a great experience. Do not plan on it being 1/2 day. We were picked up at 8:00 and dropped off at 5:00. It was still well worth it.
I booked this activity just 2 days before and it surprised me so much! Our guides were entertaining but also took care of security very much. It was super fun. Wonderful views and the last line is just amazing. So if you can’t go too far from San Jose this Park is definitely a Good choice :-)

Zipline company and experience was amazing!! The workers were great and we had an awesome experience! I only gave 4 stars because our drive back to San Jose was scary borderline dangerous. Our ride there was fine… not sure what happened.
The experience is a must do when visiting Costa Rica! The 700 meter zip line will leave your heart pounding and mind in awe with the beautiful view of the forest! We did about 8 different lengths of zip lines and each one was a thrill.
Really nice zip line instructors! It was very safe and the first 4 lines were slower and shorter. The guides made sure you were comfortable with the equipment and procedures . The last 6 lines were longer and a lot of fun! Not scary at all. Beautiful views. We saw two toucans on the walking trails. The traffic in San Jose is terrible so we got back later than the six hours it said in the brochure.
I got to see a sloth and fly through the trees! Amazing experience! The guides made me feel safe and were very personable. The rainforest is beautiful and the zip lining was so fun!

i spent 5 weeks in costa rica, me and some friends really wanted to go ziplining and we didn’t want to spend hundreds to do it! this was the perfect price and there was lots of zip lines the guides were so helpful and they did a great job of paying attention! it was the perfect experience, we saw some wild life too! we saw wild sloths!! and some toucans! aswell as what the park has, there was a bit of hiking to a couple zip lines but nothing that any normal person couldn’t do! also the guides spoke very good english! i loved this would recommend!
We had an amazing time. I would love to give it five stars but unfortunately I can due to my daughter having a reaction to the straps. I would definitely recommend washing the straps and harness after each use to avoid bacteria transfer and germs. Other than that, it was an overall great experience

This was our 1st day in Costa Rica and an amazing way to start our trip! Everyone was so helpful and accommodating and the views were amazing. Would definitely recommend!!!
The Adrena-Line was extremely breathtaking. Being up in the air and seeing the amazing view made appreciate my vacay in Costa Rica even more!
Super communication and a quick booking. Only in the evening before decided and it worked so well. Our transporter Marco was super nice and the Van is air-conditioned and very very clean. Ziplining is in a park, the guides were super and the view fantastic. After that, you could take a small Walk there through the rainforest and also in a small butterfly room. Very pretty. Lunch was okay.
the staff was so nice! because of covid, there weren’t many people so we got to do the zip line tour all by ourselves. the guides were super friendly and the zip lining was amazing. it was the perfect amount of time and the views were absolutely beautiful. after our zip lining we did a small walk through the forest and then went to a butterfly garden. after that we ate at the restaurant and it was the best food we have had the whole trip!! you need to eat there!! while we were eating, a staff member found a sloth right outside! so we got to eat and watch a sloth climb the tree!
Pickup on time, and slightly early in a clean van. About an hour drive out to the entrance, where there are restrooms at checkin. It’s a little little bit of uphill hiking thru the rain forest, to get to some of the platforms. Everything was safe and first class during the trip. Lunch was good. Recommend.
My husband and I did this zipline tour and it was an absolute blast. They had amazing customer service, they always responded back quickly, and the tourist guides were engaging, nice and fun! They kept us laughing and smiling the whole day. The ziplines were all very safe and I never felt scared or unsafe. The views are amazing and we even got to see a sloth while we were there! We did the package that included transportation and lunch which was awesome. The transportation was right on time. We were a little worried about getting back since we had some place else to be that evening, but they got us back right at the time we were told which helped us a ton. I would HIGHLY recommend booking with them. I would do it again if we ever went back!
It is a great place to visit to get your heart pumping. The prices for the zip line and the hanging bridges are very reasonable. The bonus of Tarzan jump and ability to do Superman are perfect ending.
This was my son and I first ever Zip-Line experience and it was wonderful. The drive up and back was excellent. We had great conversation and he ever purchased us a bag of chips as we were stuck in traffic in route. He even offered a pit stop for coffee. The butterfly sanctuary was very nice. The Zip-Line was very cool and we have a great time with our guides. We went a practice Zip-line to get the skills down pat which was very easy to grasp. Highly recommend. Wasn't overly impressed with the photos taken. We passed on that and used our phone which was around our nice to take some excellent shots and videos.
Fantastic trip to the rain forest Loads of zip wire rides. The last one being 77 meters long.Well worth the money.Special mention to the staff who were excellent and treated us like royalty A definite must if coming to Costa Rica

<p>Unfortunately it was pouring down rain when we got there however we ate lunch before we zipped and it did stop for a while. Personally, I would have rather eaten lunch afterwards as we all know you get the stomach bubbles when doing anything challenging. I was lucky that I held it down though. LOL Lunch was very tasty and the atmosphere was very nice. There was enough guides to help us however, twice when I was coming to the next platform, the guy wasn't paying attention to stop me. I was yelling and it was a close call as they do brake you unlike other zip lines where you have to break yourself. Having them do this, we they did, was a relief and added to my enjoyment not having to worry about doing it. I was also nice that we didn't have to do a long walk to the higher and longer platforms, we took the bus. This day was my birthday and I had this on my bucket list to zip line the highest or the longest one. Well it surely met my expectations on the longest, half a mile for the last one. I loved every minute of that one and turned 64, it was the icing on the cake!!! I would highly recommend this tour for any thrill seekers, you won't be disappointed and was well work the cost!</p>
