Oldemar, our shuttle driver was absolutely amazing! He was super friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to accommodate us. He stopped a couple times to get mangoes for my daughter. Our driver, Juan Luis Valenciano went so far above and beyond that it’s hard to list all the ways. He was always helping us on and off the bus, spotting wildlife, sharing water and mangoes, and being genuinely kind to everyone in our group. On one day, I tripped over my own feet and he ran over, helped me up and then distracted me while I was trying not to cry by showing me videos and telling me stories. His English is excellent and if we did need translation, he was patient until we understood each other. I cannot overstate how much his efforts on behalf of our group made our time in CR even more magical. Juancho is a treasure ❤️

We had Carlos as our driver and everything from start to finish was great! The stop in the middle of the drive was at an amazing building that had incredibly clean bathrooms and amazing smoothies! It was also right next to the croc walk which was super cool to visit. Carlos pointed out places along the way and was amazing ! Highly recommend.

The transfer was wonderful! Claudio, our driver, was punctual. The journey was a lot of fun! He showed us the crops along the way and told us some very interesting stories! He also took us to a shop and showed us local products. It's worth it.

Comfortable nice car with AC let us stop whenever and gave us a bathroom break halfway through. He helped us find our Airbnb before leaving and gave us lost of tour recommendations.

Everything was perfect. Driver was right outside airport waiting for us to grab our bags and help us to the van. We had a 3 hour drive to our hotel and we were relaxed and comfortable the whole time. Stops and breaks were offered, but we were exhausted and just wanted to get to our hotel. We also used this service to get from our first hotel to our second hotel later in the week and had the same great experience. Picked up on time, comfortable ride on some tricky terrain and higher traffic due to it being their Independence Day. Highly recommend RideCR for anyone needing transportation in Costa Rica.

Carlos is an excellent driver. We had a late night flight in. He accommodated a stop for food and got us to our location safely. The road from the airport to La fortuna is long and windy, add rain and fog to those elements. He’s been driving this road for 20 years and it shows. I would 1000% recommend. The trip overall felt safe.

We booked a private shuttle from the airport to La Fortuna. Carlos picked us up in a very spacious, clean and comfortable car, making our journey super pleasent. He provided us with great reccomendations for restaurants and things to do in Costa Rica and even did a short stop to show us a sloth along the way!! :^) We even had WIFI in the shuttle. We felt super well cared for and would reccomend Ride CR for everyone who wishes a reliable, easy transfer to any destination in CR 🇨🇷🦥

Danilto was amazing!!! Brought us to a phenomenal restaurant for lunch and was so helpful when our daughter had an awful bloody nose. He was kind, patient, and calm! A pleasure!

We used ride cr for our transport from sjo to lafortuna. Pablo was our driver and we did an amazing job. He was polite and courteous and even helped us see some sloths and iguanas on the way to our destination. The van was clean and comfortable. Thanks Pablo! We would definitely use this company again.

We had a super nice experience. Our driver Charlie stopt to showing us tucans because he saw them from the bus. After that he showed us quick his favorite places to take foot or go to some activities like hotsprings.

We had as driver Deiner Boza. The ride was really good. Deiner was super attentive, did provide info about the ride and careful with the driving. The shuttle was spotless and comfortable.

It was a super smooth transfer, very friendly! We even got the opportunity to stop for coffee / breakfast as it was an early start and the drive was super nice, stopping for us to see some animals along the way. Highly recommend

The views were so beautiful and our driver gave us so much historical information, stopped for us to see the sights and took our photos. He truly made this experience.

Mario Rivera provided very nice ride accommodations and got us from the airport to La fortuna with some nature sitings on the way. He had his Mercedes bus fully equipped with bottles of water (greatly appreciated by the fam) and beer (a beverage enjoyed by my hubs when we stopped for snacks). He provided us the option of a snack shack or restaurant stop. We chose the snack stop and were taken to a lovely market providing cheese and strawberry tastings as well as a variety of rums and sweet wine. Everyone found something to meet their taste and we got back on the winding road seeing some beautiful vistas and waterfalls. Definitely pack your Dramamine and motion wristbands and the airplane bag if you are sensitive, it is winding!!! Mario was excellent at spotting wildlife. We lucked out with a mama and baby sloth and toucans among some other creatures. We felt pretty lucky about those big ones on travel day one. I should also say our flight was delayed but the company was well organized to know of the delay and they were waiting at the pickup with our name on a sign. Very easy to organize and find and helpful with the luggage at pickup.

Maurice, our driver was fabulous and he even call ahead to a restaurant so they would stay open for our late night drive!!

My Girlfriend and I rode with Carlos who transported us to San Jose airport from La Fortuna. The ride was very smooth and comfortable due to how clean and comfortable the interior of the vehicle was. We also made a stop at a local shop where we had some great Cheese empanadas and coffee midway through our trip. I would high recommend them for your transportation needs to get around Costa Rica. Very professional and great service overall

The shuttle was running a bit late and I was a bit unsure where to meet it. However, once the driver Daniel Quiros arrived he was very friendly. He introduced himself, asked a bit about me and double checked my drop off location. He made sure my luggage was in the van and made sure I could connect to the WiFi. Throughout the trip he gave us regular updates on our progress and checked in to see if anyone was car sick. We also made a stop so we could get snacks and use the restroom. Thank you Daniel for the smooth trip to La Fortuna!

The transfer from Juan Santamaria Airport to the Arena Manoa Resort just outside of La Fortuna exceeded our expectations. Our driver, Juan Carlos, greeted our group of eight with courtesy, professionalism, and a smile. Our vehicle appeared new (or maybe less than 2 years old) and was larger than we expected. It was perfect for storing our luggage and providing us with space to stretch out and catch a bit of sleep (if they chose), which was absolutely great because we arrived at night and had a three hour drive to get to our resort. I was one of the ones that did not sleep - totally by choice because I was enjoying the experience of seeing the countryside at night (more interesting than you might imagine!). I'd highly recommend RideCR for your private transfers.

Throughout our 2.5-hour journey, he shared numerous valuable tips, provided insights on the country's culture, vegetation, climate, and even took us to a restaurant for a meal. Thanks to him, we gained a profound understanding of the country and its rich culture.

Daniel Quiros was extremely professional and polite. I was picked up from my hotel in San Jose on time and the journey was smooth. He even stopped at a tree where we could see sloths plus he also stopped at La Paz waterfall so we could see it. He took a different route so that we could see more viewpoints which was greatly appreciated. Excellent service, would definitely recommend and book again.

I thoughts it’s only transportation, actually it’s more like a tour with all the explanations about different places we passed by, a lot of information about plants and farms.

Very patient as our flight was late of course… we flew Spirit which I do not recommend but our driver waited with a smile!

Danielo was absolutely amazing! He stopped for a restroom break but did so much more. He stopped for us to see a beautiful waterfall that was on the way. He also stopped so we could see Sloths, iguanas and monkeys!! We have never been to Costa Rica before and so this meant a lot to us. I even mentioned I was hungry so he took us to a family restaurant and had amazing food!! He was truly the best driver and guide one could ask for, he’s so friendly and funny!!
