Had a great time doing the Zipline and ATV along with the beautiful views. Our driver Diego was very knowledgeable and made the best out of the long trip, and I highly recommend asking Diego for some Costa Rican Ice cream.
Our driver Deigo was amazing and made sure to provide us knowledge on the ride to the park even stopping at local places so we could get the full experience. The park was everything I imagined and the lunch provided was great.
The atv portion was great. I think I was fortunate in only having 4 people in the group. I saw a group of over 10 and it looked like a miserable conga line. The halfway point being a waterfall was a nice surprise. The zip lining experience was also amazing. Even with it being my first time, the safety instructors gave me the confidence as if it was my hundredth time. 10/10 bonus points for it being a rainstorm prior to speed the wires up!
My friend and I did ATV and Zipline. The ATV tour was great. It was fun to ride through the jungle, splash through the mud, and even have a little time to enjoy swimming in the waterfalls. Chris did a great job of making everyone feel comfortable and safe. I think our group had a great time. Lunch was tasty and a buffet style, however I guess we were late because the staff were starting to clean up by the middle of our lunch and we couldn't really get any more if we wanted. The Zipline tour felt a really rushed. There was probably 10-15 of us heading down at the same time with 4 instructors and while the instructors were nice and made sure we were all safe, it all felt really rushed. I think if there were less people at a time, it would be a bit more of a better experience, but I could see how the company would want to maximize its profits by sending a large group up. I wouldn't recommend the ziplining. In any case, the views were great at the top.
Being able to have an amazing safe time with my group of friends was the most memorable part of this experience

Pickup on time is a clean van. Arrived at a outdoor facility that was so nice. It had clean restrooms, good food, showers, lockers, and great staff. Everything was first class. Our guide and driver were great. Recommend
Pickup on time, in a clean ban. Driver and guide very professional. The nicest outdoor facility in Costa Rica. Easy checkin, clean restrooms, lockers, showers, food great, and staff excellent. Need closed toe shoes for activities. I wore an old throwaway pair of tennis shoes, bathing suit, and an old t-shirt, as you’ll get muddy and dirty doing the ATV’s. Bring a change of clothes/shoes and towel and put them in your locker, as you’ll be able to quickly shower afterwards. This place has first class equipment and staff. Recommend.
Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I chose the Chocolate tour and Horse Back Riding. Both tour guides were very knowledgeable and spoke GREAT English!! I’m sorry that I forgot their names.🙂↕️ My horse name was Coyote! I only said it 100 times during my tour! Making sure we were on the same page was my goal!😊. I also made a little friend who posed for a picture!😻

My driver/tour guide Ron made all the difference. He added the experience for this adventure. As for the activities it was my 1st doing zip line and ATV it was AMAZING! Definitely will come back and with the same driver ✔️

The staff were really incredible for both the ATV and zipline. We saw macaws and a toucan - added bonuses. We have been traveling for five weeks and this was definitely a trip highlight. I was skeptical about “free lunch” but it was one of the best meals we have had in costa rica - so fresh and vegan, veg, and meat-eater friendly. I cannot recommend this tour more highly; if you are hesitant JUST DO IT!
Amazing tour! We did the zipline and ATV with lunch included! Our guides were very knowledgable and ensured we had a safe trip! We were picked up in a nice van in San Jose and had a great ride to the tour site! We even stopped to grab a smoothie and see the crocodiles in Tarcoles! The food was delicious, some of the best that we had while in Costa Rica! Picture packages were reasonable and looked amazing! Lockers are available for a $10 (refundable) deposit! I wish I had more time to try EVERYTHING!
Driving terrible ATV AND ZIPLINES were great When we booked the tour we booked the tour for a English speaking tour Guide. The person that picked us up spoke ZERO English and was 40mins late picking us up. Additional After the activity was over we didn’t know where our diver was and had to wait 40min again. The driving was rough and made me sick. Never asked our names or who we were
Just 4stars, because I booked English tourguide. The driver did not speak a word of english. I also did not feel save when in the car. The driver was always looking on his mobile when driving, the car was sometimes on the lane on the other side, he had to brake hard often.
It was a great time. We visited Costa Rica to celebrate a friends bachelor trip. We booked our tour in advanced and luckily we were paired with the perfect guides. Everyone was super professional and encouraging. We participated in zip lining and ATV tours. I suggest for ATVs, you request your private group tours with our amigo Fernando. He created an experience for us. Great customer service and friendly. Be sure to tip him well after, you won’t regret it.
This company never came and picked us up for our excursion. We sat at the meeting location for over 15 minutes and still no one arrived. We asked the valet people as well as the front desk if they have seen anyone come to pick us up. No one knew what we were talking about and confirmed that no one had arrived with a tour bus. We kept calling the company over and over!! We messaged them on tripadvisor as well. No answers ever. STILL NO ANSWER even today!! When i put in for a refund request, they had the nerve to DENY it! We ended up finding another company to do an excursion with called Carara Adventure Park. That is who i suggest booking with!! Do NOT book with this company! Such a RIP OFF!!
My friend and I got to Costa Rica on the 25th of September and decided to book all of our activities that day. We booked this package (ATV and Zipline) for the 27th. Once we booked it and my credit card was charged, I decided to call them (on the number listed) and since no one picked up I left a voice message. The next day I called them several times and still no answer. I left at least three voice messages. Then I emailed them to the email listed on the boucher. It came back saying that the email i was trying to send it to did not exist. So then on the 27th at 6am (the time and day we were supposed to be picked up) I received a message from them through trip advisor saying that they were not able to pick us up because they were full, also stated that they couldn’t pick us up at the location we had provided. I had to call my credit card company and report them since they wont answer my messages nor give us a refund ($286 for two people!!). My advice: try to book with companies that have a lot of reviews and do a little bit of research before you book it. Also, try renting a car and drive yourself to the different activity cites, it will save you money. It will also be a good backup plan in case any of the activities you plan fall through like it happened to my friend and I. We ended up spending all day in the city walking around and did a food tour because it was too last minute to book anything else.
Wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend. The entire staff was wonderful and friendly!!! All the staff members spoke English.

If you are in Costa Rica it is essential to see the wonders of nature from the air.The zip line is very safe, the guides take care of you and give you recommendations all the time, the equipment is very safe and the view from above is wonderful. You have the option of paying to wear a gopro camera on your helmet to record your entire adventure, as well as there are dedicated staff to take pictures that you can buy at the end of your adventure.
