Guide Hairo was very punctual for all pickups, very knowledgeable of every excursion booked and patient with the questions asked by the group, no matter how weird. He is one I would personally ask for the next go round!

Upon arrival in Costa Rica, our guide will be waiting for you at the airport exit, ready to receive you. It will assist you with your luggage and accompany you on a comfortable and safe transfer to your hotel in San José, ensuring your experience starts without worries.
Day 2
2
We start the morning with a delicious Costa Rican coffee, renowned worldwide for its quality and flavor, accompanied by a typical breakfast. This energetic start prepares us for a unique experience on a coffee tour of the most important coffee area in the country. During the tour, we will explore each stage of the coffee process, from manually harvesting the beans to drying, roasting and grinding. We will learn about the climatic and geographical conditions that make Costa Rican coffee one of the best in the world and we will know the hard work of local coffee farmers. In addition, we will have the opportunity to taste different varieties and aromas, understanding the art behind each cup of coffee. An unmissable experience for lovers of this iconic drink.
After the coffee tour, we will travel 20 kilometers through the Poás coffee area until we reach the Poás Volcano National Park, home to one of the most impressive and active volcanoes in Costa Rica. This colossus, with an altitude of 2,708 meters, houses the second largest crater in the world, with a diameter of 1.5 kilometers. From the viewpoint, if conditions permit, we can admire its impressive turquoise lagoon, formed by acidic waters, and observe the fumaroles emerging from its boiler. Our guide will tell us about the volcanic activity of the Poás, its recent eruptions and its impact on the ecosystem. Surrounded by a unique cloud forest, this experience will allow us to feel the strength of nature at its best.
To finish our tour in spectacular fashion, we will head to the La Paz Falls Gardens, a natural paradise that houses five stunning waterfalls surrounded by the lush rainforest. Along the trails, we will witness the beauty of the local flora, with species such as orchids and bromeliads, as the sound of falling waters accompanies us. In addition, we will explore an animal sanctuary that houses more than 110 species, including toucans, butterflies and the iconic sloth bear. This experience will be complemented by a tasting of cheese and fresh dairy products, prepared at the moment, which will give us a taste of the authentic flavors of the region. A perfect closure for an adventure full of nature and culture.
Day 3

Our day begins very early, at 05:30 a.m., with pickup from your hotel to start an exciting journey to the Central Pacific area. Along the way, we will have the opportunity to observe crocodiles in their natural habitat, and in the strategically located viewpoints, we will enjoy panoramic views of the Pacific coast. Upon arrival in Quepos, we will embark on a catamaran tour, where drinks are unlimited, except beers. This tour is focused on whale watching (depending on the season), dolphins and sea turtles. In addition, we will include a snorkeling tour to explore nearby marine life, and a delicious lunch on board while enjoying the coastal scenery. A unique experience full of nature, adventure and relaxation.
After our catamaran tour, we will head to Manuel Antonio National Park, where we will start a guided tour of its nature trails. During our 3.5 hour hike, we will have the opportunity to spot an impressive array of wild animals in their natural habitat, such as howler monkeys, sloth bears, raccoons, deer, guatusas and many other species. In addition, on the tour, we can enjoy four spectacular viewpoints, perfect for nature lovers who want to capture panoramic views of the park and the ocean. We will pause to enjoy a refreshing swim in Manuel Antonio beach, considered one of the 10 best beaches in the world, completing this unique experience in an incomparable natural environment.

Hyro, our guide, was attentive, knowledgeable, well spoken and a pleasure to know. In general, Costa Ricans are the hardest workers with the best attitudes. Everyone was friendly and wanted to ensure we enjoyed ourselves. We had an outstanding experience.
Great tours. Special thanks to Hayro for being a great tour guide. Loved our time in Costa Rica. Pura Vida!
All activities were amazing, well organized, and the tour guides did an excellent job.
I work in the tourism industry myself, so I naturally have very high expectations when it comes to tours and customer experience — which is exactly why I was so impressed by Summer Travel Costa Rica. I recently had the opportunity to do several tours with them, and every single experience exceeded my expectations. What truly stands out about this company is how well organized everything is from start to finish. Communication before the tours was always clear, detailed, and professional, which made planning completely stress-free. During the tours, the logistics were seamless — pickups were on time, schedules were perfectly coordinated, and every detail felt carefully managed. The tour guides were fantastic: knowledgeable, friendly, passionate about Costa Rica, and genuinely committed to making each experience special. The drivers were also excellent and made every journey feel safe. Their mini buses were clean and very comfortable, especially for longer day trips. What I appreciated most was that every tour felt unique and thoughtfully designed rather than rushed or overly touristy. You can really tell that this company cares about quality, customer experience, and showcasing the best of Costa Rica in an authentic way. After multiple tours with them, I can confidently say that Summer Travel Costa Rica is one of the most professional and reliable tour operators I’ve experienced. I highly recommend them to anyone visiting Costa Rica and looking for memorable, well-organized, and enjoyable adventures.
Our Costa Rica trip was largely positive but had issues. While most guides were friendly and knowledgeable, one was famously unfriendly, though he was a good driver. Hotel service and staff were excellent, and transportation was consistently prompt and clean. Due to road construction, a Manuel Antonio day and Sunset tour were exchanged for a disappointing dinner and a show. The replacement lacked à la carte options, staff-served buffet plates, and required us to pay for bottled water, which we felt was not comparable in value to the original tours. We reached out to the company owner but haven’t received a direct response. Diago, our helpful contact, informed us his boss is reviewing our concerns. Overall, these unfortunate incidents were minor compared to the country’s beauty and the great experience provided by Explorer Tours, Memo, Luis, Isla Tortuga, Bay Island Cruises, Radisson Hotel, Summer Travel Costa Rica, and other personnel who made the 8-day trip magical.
We had a fabulous set of 5* tours with Abraham and Hayro. These guys work hard and long hours to give detailed, entertaining and informative tours over 7 days.
Be warned. There’s a lot of driving involved. You leave in the early morning and come back in the late afternoon. Sometimes even later. If you can handle that, it’s a great way to see CR. Hayro was my driver for the majority of my day trips. He’s the best. He definitely made my day trips more memorable. I would definitely recommend this package to anyone who doesn’t mind a lot of driving.
Amazing experience, Hayro was a fantastic guide!
Had an excellent week making day trips every day with Summer Travel CR. Usually rent a car, but this time was happy the tour could be arranged on very short notice, as had a good time with the other participants (3-20 persons per day), did not need to worry about lost internet connection in the mountains nor mudslides/traffic jams and all guides were really fluent in English (4/4 uber drivers spoke only Spanish). Most of all though lerned so much more from the guides, especially felt lucky as two days had Hayro, who knows so much about animals, the rainforest and clearly enjoys telling about his country. I really enjoyed especially the Arenal hanging bridges, Manuel Antonio day, the La Paz Waterfall garden and the rafting day. The communication with the company was swift and my wishes regarding changes were well taken into consideration to give me a really great week.
We hope you’re lucky enough to have Hayro as one of your guides. We lucked out having him three days on our trip. He is incredibly knowledgeable about each of the areas he took us to, found animals, insects and birds would never have seen without him. He clearly knows the area well, knows staff at the parks and shares tidbits about the country’s history and culture with you throughout the day. He ends the day telling you what to expect for your next day which is very helpful. The excursions all come out of San Jose so be prepared to spend some time on the road. CR traffic is bad and unpredictable which can make some days end late. Dinner is on your own each day which implies to me we’d be back by dinner - assumably 7 pm but two nights we were back later - 8-9pm so bring some snacks. Each day is well thought out and organized. Excursions in each direction from SJ which gives you a good amount of windshield time to see broader parts of the country. The lunches provided are great. We really enjoyed getting to know the other travelers in the group, it mixes up most days as some begin their 8 days and others peel off completing theirs. We spent a couple days with some we really enjoyed. Pack a variety of clothes as the excursions take you to beaches, rain forest and volcanos so having a thin jacket as a windbreaker/raincoat is ideal. You go from sea level to over 10,000 ft (not same day) so pack some items for a little cooler/breezy conditions. Overall had a really good time.
Be prepared to spend some time in the provided transportation, but worth it! Everyday is either physical, educational, scenic, fun and the guides are fantastic
Overall, this was a good experience but there were some drawbacks to the 7 Night 8 Day All Inclusive Deluxe Package. First, the Best .... Trip Advisor and Summer Travel did a great job of communicating with us, coordinating our hotel, and coordinating the tours. This was our first trip to Costa Rica and we were pleased with those aspects of the trip. The staff at the hotel and all of the tour guides were great as well ... polite, informative, and helpful in all aspects. I believe the price for the package was good value as well. Now for the not so good ..... The Delta Hotel by Marriott in San Jose is definitely not a 4-star hotel. I would rank it as a marginal 3-star at best. The lobby appeared nice and there was also a small but pleasant bar/lounge area, but there were a lot of negatives to the hotel. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, there was a safe in the room, and there was an iron in the room. But there was no ironing board (important for my wife), the carpet and furniture were worn and stained, the free-standing floor lamp was broken, there was no mini-fridge, tiles in the bathroom were cracked, and fixtures in the bathroom were worn/corroded. In addition, the hotel web site advertised a 2nd upscale restaurant on a higher floor, but it was closed for renovation. The menu in the restaurant off the lobby was also limited, and prices exceeded what I normally pay in comparable restaurants in the United States. My wife and I enjoyed the activities we booked, but the drives were long because of the heavy traffic in all of Costa Rica. That resulted in very long days, most of which were spent in cramped mini-buses. Finally, if you are "seasoned citizens" or even out of shape youngsters, realize that the very long days and tours scheduled for every day of the trip can be exhausting. I am a very active "seasoned citizen", former fighter pilot, and former paratrooper, but it was just a little too much at my age (71) to get up at 5 or 6:00 AM every day and spend 10-12 hours on the road, hiking through the rain forest, or zip-lining through the jungle. If I do it again, I will book a less ambition tour schedule. Finally, on a good note, the catamaran tour included lunch. While we were sailing, the cook/chef prepared an awesome red snapper along with the obligatory beans and rice. Best meal we had on the trip, but stay away from the "spicy/hot" sauce. I like spicy / hot food but that sauce really "lit my fire." Habanero, ghost pepper or something similar must have been the base for the sauce.
Excellent experience if you are up for adventure! All the drivers and guides were great, informative, and helpful. Hotel staff was great. Would definitely encourage anyone to go. Know that you need to be able to walk a lot and often up and down steep hills. You need to be flexible as weather and traffic can change things. You will be doing a lot of traveling and often through steep curvy roads. Great Experience
This was a very organized and adventurous vacation allowing one to experience the flavor of beautiful Costa Rica.
Well coordinated day tours from San Jose. Enough time to experience the attractions and friendly guides. The white water rafting and rainforest experiences were a highlight
This is a jam packed vacation for those who like to maximize their vacation time. This tour takes care of all of the planning and coordination out of seeing many of the top places to visit in Costa Rica. The tours did not disappoint! The tour included transfers to/from the airport which is very nice. Our hotel was Delta/Marriott Aurola which is located near a park and within walking distance of other attractions although we were cautioned against walking around after dark. For four days, we were with the same group of 9 people with the same guide. The guide was attentive and knowledgeable. For the other days of rafting and ziplining we were separated. While we knew the tour was to/from the hotel everyday and we did expect to spend time in the van, the pick up times were very early (between 6-6:30 am) and the return was often after 7pm. Most trips included one bathroom break per direction where you could also purchase snacks. This did not leave time in the evenings for anything but a quick supper. I would recommend this tour if this is the first time to Costa Rica and you are able bodied (fair amount of walking and stairs). The reason for the 4 star is simply for the length of time spent driving (usually at least 3 hours per direction) but the tours and guides themselves were 5 star.
Firstly we enjoyed the program a lot. Each day’s activity is well arranged and organised. Hotel is good. Bear in mind as it is based in San Jose, thus some day it needs long hour travelling to the destination. Secondly, there are some days activities we really enjoyed such as poas volcano, rafting, zap line, etc. highly recommended. Thirdly although we had a small issue on last day transportation, but the agent was very helpful and sorted out efficiently.
This was our first trip to Costa Rica and rather than spending a week at a resort, we wanted to see as much of Costa Rica as possible - this package seemed to offer that and at a reasonable price. I contacted Summer Travel directly for more details and felt comfortable enough to go ahead and purchase the trip. PRO: We got to see and experience a wide and diverse sample of what the country has to offer, and in a safe and competent manner. We enjoyed every experience - there was not a single activity that was a disappointment. CON: you pay a price of very long rides in vans that did not always offer much in the way of comfort. We had read previous Trip Advisor and Viator reviews and were prepared for this, as it was the cost of seeing as much of possible of Costa Rica, but the often 2-3 hour rides both going to the activity and the same returning to our hotel in San Jose were at times grueling! SUMMARY: All in all, from both all the great activities and experiences the different tours allowed us, and the wonderful traveling partners we met from all over the globe on each tour, my wife and I both feel it was worth it and highly recommend it as long as you understand the travel time involved each day. With many of the roads very narrow and in less than perfect condition and often very crowded and crazy, we were so glad we were not driving ourselves! Big shoutouts to Lenny and Jean who were our guides on several of the tours - both very professional, a wealth of facts, and lots of fun!!! Thanks also to Thiago for all of his assistance.
We went on the tour with Caravan due to the recommendations from others. We have no complaints. We learned so much and saw so many beautiful places. The price was incredible given the accommodations, travel, food and tours. The sound of Howler monkeys waking us up was thrilling (at the all inclusive resort). We had excellent guides in the Sloth Forest (with keen eyes) that were expert in locating the sloths (using powerful scopes) that allowed us very close up views. Hanging bridges, the volcano… we loved it all. We had ample food and didn’t worry about getting sick. Our driver - phenomenal as he got us through nail biting traffic, tight curves and through deep water and mud after some landslides (they were in the middle of cleaning up). Wouldn’t have wanted to drive it alone!
This is the perfect way to experience many areas and most famous attractions including the history of Costa Rica. The guides were knowledgeable and very friendly. We were lucky to have Lenny as our driver/guide 4 times. She knew many extra stops to make the overall experience the best it could be. Her sense of humor made the long bus rides fun. Her driving skills are amazing on the winding roads. Some of the highlights were Manuel Antonio park with Lenny and the hanging bridges with our guide Hayro- who was superb at seeing all the signs of "critters" in the jungle. The Zipline in Monteverde and the Whitewater rafting trip were an adrenaline junkie's dream. I cannot start to describe the beautiful views everywhere you go. The hotel that was assigned to us was top notch. Every member of the staff is a true professional who took their job very seriously. We found getting around Costa Rica to be quite easy as there are many English-speaking locals and the US dollar is accepted almost everywhere.
Such an amazing trip! Every tour was unique and so much fun!! We were lucky to have Lenny as our tour guide each day except rafting. She is wonderful!’ She is knowledgable, friendly, witty, and patient! She made us feel comfortable. It was so nice to let Lenny and the others at Symmer Tours take over and just enjoy our trip!
This review will be a little bit different, as I had a fall on our very first day and ended up with a broken shoulder. The response from Summer Travel was spectacular- they sent someone out to help, made arrangements for the ER visit and stayed with me throughout the whole process. We were debating whether to stay or go home, and they fully supported us either way. We will definitely use Summer Travel when we come back to this beautiful country.
One of the friendliest countries in Central America. Clean as well. The native people take good care of their country. No very expense from what I remember. This is going back to the late 90's.
The Whitewater rafting trip was amazing! La Paz Waterfall Gardens were spectacular! The Monteverde area was also spectacular! Manuel Antonio National and our Sunset Cruise was also fabulous! All our guides were so knowledgeable and accommodating and especially Hayro Hernandez. He was an excellent driver as well as an extremely knowledgeable and passionate guide! They all showed extreme love for Costa Rica!
I like the treatment we received, we are a large family visiting Costa Rica on vacation in January, since we started our reservation we always received clear information and on time, a day before our trip they sent us the itinerary and this was fulfilled as if they were a clock, very punctual. The attractions every day are simply wonderful, you really can't miss any of them, each attraction makes you feel different things, adrenaline, comfort, relaxation, inspiration, however it is something you really have to experience on your own. The team of guides is highly professional, with an impressive level of English and knowledge of their country, flora and fauna, places, foods, etc. The recommendations that the guides give you are always very accurate, the cars are always clean, the hotel is impeccable, 5 star certified, excellent staff. The food is simply delicious, very varied with fresh vegetables and juices that I never imagined existed. Costa Rica captivates you in all its aspects, I hope to return on the next vacation, see you soon and I really congratulate my family is super happy with this vacation.
I am very pleased with the treatment they gave me, I congratulate the entire team, especially Hayro who treated us very well, he showed us Costa Rica as a country full of beautiful customs, always very timely with his contributions, he has a very special treatment with He took care of all the tourists and all of us very well, I really liked the package because it has all the best of Costa Rica, the rafting adventure was one of my favorites, a highly recommended experience. I am more of a beach person and I thought the tour to Manuel Antonio was very beautiful, beautiful beach with many animals, and you are there in front of them. We give 10 out of 10 to this beautiful country and 5 stars to the company, everything turned out excellent.
We enjoyed our time in Costa Rica, appreciating the beauty of the country and its people. However, it's important to note that the tour, contrary to the displayed map indicating a loop, departs and returns to the same hotel daily. This resulted in an average of 5 hours or more spent in the car each day. It's worth considering that this may not be suitable for individuals with small children or seniors.
The most memorable parts were the several hikes with Hayro as our guide, the whitewater rafting, and the zip line. Hairo was truly outstanding. He is passionate and deeply experienced in all aspects - he knows how to find the interesting things and handles all the inevitable complex situations well. The schedule was intense but so worth it. We experienced an amazing sampling of what Costa Rica offers.
In my vacation days in Costa Rica I visited beautiful places, the people are very friendly, the food is spectacular, the aminals you can see are incredible. One of the trips that I liked the most was the Irazu Volcano, it is incredible to see the crater and be so close to it, it is a little cold, but the history that surrounds it is wonderful and thanks to our guide we were able to know it. I highly recommend the tour as you really get to see the best places in Costa Rica.
I'm an 82 year old grandmother who went on this trip with my 18 grandson as a graduation trip. We had the best time enjoying all the activities provided on this tour. Our tour guide Hayro was the BEST. Extremely knowledgeable about every location he took us to. And each restaurant he took us to for our lunches was unique and the food was tasty. The days were long but packed full of adventure and fun. One of our best days was zip lining. My grandson and I even got to tandem on two of the tower lines. Our river rafting day was my first time and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our 4 hour trip. Each and everyone guide was professional, helpful and yet fun and entertaining. Our accommodations at the Radisson were outstanding. Very clean, nice size room with two queen beds. Cleaned on a daily bases. Hotel staff very helpful and courteous at all times. And we really took advantage of dining at the bar cafe. Excellent food at very reasonable prices. There wasn't a day that we didn't experience something new. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone but especially to someone who has never traveled to Costa Rica. This cover so much about the country and provided us with so very memorable experiences. Thank you to Summer Travel and especially to our guide Hayro.
This was our first rafting trip. We loved it. The rapids are what the pictures show. We went in February 2023 after a big rain, so the river was a challenge. But we enjoyed the trip and have good memories.
Definitely this is a country with beautiful things to discover, the tour is very good 100% recommendable, the company is serious, punctual and very professional. The people of the country are very friendly and the typical food is very good. It is a country that is hot, but with water you hydrate well.
When we decided to go to Costa Rica, we looked for the best option and we found it, punctuality, seriousness, quality, all in one place. I am very grateful because my family spent 7 unforgettable days, we met animals and magical places that you only see on TV. I have nothing more to say ..... if you want to have a good time do not hesitate this is the best option.
This was a bucket list trip for us and honestly it was the best trip we ever booked! If you book with them ask for the guide named HAYRO. He is seriously the best! He is so knowledgeable about the area and the ecosystems. He more than just a guide! Hayro will offer insight into gems of the country i.e. restaurant recommendations and little know facts about the history of the country. Honestly, he did such an amazing job that we have considered moving there. I highly recommend white water rafting and the waterfall gardens. Bring some raingear, because it a rainforest, it rains in June but it doesn't pour. Also VIVE CARTAGO! PURA VIDA!
A very nice trip in which we could appreciate and enjoy nature, our guides very nice and attentive only Jairo was rude, in the Radisson hotel all excellent, the only drawback was the cancellation of the tour to Manuel Antonio for traffic reasons in exchange for that tour we were offered a dinner which was a complete disappointment neither the place, nor the shirt, nor the attention. We let the agency know as the cost of the tour is much higher than dinner, we are waiting for the answer, Thiago let us know that from the beginning he has been very attentive answering our doubts and being on the lookout before and during our trip
Dear Tripadvisor Team, Shame on you for marketing this trip as a “deluxe” trip! It is more than puzzling what was supposed to be “deluxe” about it all!!! Right in advance, the hotel is fine. Great room, comfortable beds. The individual activities themselves are almost all very good. Talk about the actual activities such as rafting, volcanoes, etc. Only the catamaran trip was carried out by probably the cheapest provider. That this catamaran is still seaworthy is a miracle. The tour started at 05:00 in the morning and ended at 22:00 in the evening! Group size 50 people from at least four different hotels. The whole trip is catastrophically planned. On the one hand, it is not a round trip as you might assume, if you look at the individual destinations on the map and also the description would suggest it. The attractions are served by the same hotel every day, so of course the same way back is imminent. You spend at least 6-9 hours on the buses for a few hours at the destinations. Traffic jams everywhere because of construction sites that certainly didn't start overnight and should be known. There is also no water on the go. Our guide was also very special. Always a pointed remark ready when you have asked a question in a non-perfect English. He did not politely ask if the question could be repeated, but said he understood nothing and what the question was at all. He felt he thought we were all idiots and treated us accordingly. But he said a lot about Costa Rica. He is also an excellent driver. In the end, we also got along a little better. The travel agency itself is not particularly customer-oriented. Our first tour was cancelled due to the traffic situation, which is commendable in itself. We were offered three alternatives. Under the last alternative they added the description of the cancelled tour so that when I flew over the message on my arrival day from Germany (over 20 hours), I stopped for the description of the third alternative tour and was dressed for a beach day. The guide asked immediately after the start if we had hiking boots with us. We said there must be a misunderstanding, he meant that I have to clarify with the agency, but we are going up into the mountains and making the planned program. He didn't think to turn around for a second so we could at least change shoes. When I confronted the agency about this, they said it was my fault. The tone has become harsh. To avoid further conflicts, I said that it was probably my mistake after all. Which is only partly true. It doesn’t make any sense to describe the cancelled tour directly below the newly offered one, to point out that it would have been a similar tour to the one we still have ahead of us and that we will still be on the beach at least once. Furthermore, we were asked about allergies and similar in advance. Unfortunately, I have some intolerances that are annoying, but are there. I have also communicated these. But it was also successfully ignored. On one of the tours I had only a bit of salad for lunch and that after a three-hour rafting tour and before a five-hour drive back to San José. I am seriously considering taking legal action against it and suing for compensation. I can only recommend everyone to plan a route for themselves, take a rental car and drive to the destinations themselves and stay there if necessary. Or looking for a provider that offers such a round trip. You will certainly save a lot of driving time and could therefore combine many of the activities, so that the 7-day trip is not necessary.
We did this tour without knowing what we expected. It was a fabulous experience from start to finish. The places we went were very diverse and beautiful; Hayro, our guide, was extraordinary! He had a lot of knowledge of the places, the plants and animals, the history of the place, and he was always extremely punctual. We did things we never imagined, like canopy, rafting, suspension bridge walks... it was amazing and exciting! The tour is VERY well organized, nothing failed, everything was as offered (except a change because a road was cut off, but we were exchanged for a similar tour). The meals were delicious, we always had clean bathrooms maximum every two hours, the explanations of what clothes or objects we should take for each tour was always right. No extra payment was required except tips, both to the guide-driver and to the guides of the rafting or the canopy (we will have spent about 160 usd of tips). Canopy and rafting photos were also not included, which cost 15 and 20 dollars respectively, but I advise buying them since you will not have the opportunity to take them yourself, and well... it is not an activity that one does every day! I advise having a good breakfast before leaving, because the commute is long every day, as you always leave from San Jose and return to the same hotel, so the days are sometimes quite long. Anyway, I highly recommend this tour and this company, we feel taken care of and taken care of at all times, we enjoy it very much!
Efficient and responsible from the first contacts with Thiago Campos planning the trip to the check-out at the airport. Our guide Hayro attentive, helpful and deeply knowledgeable of the places visited, with their characteristics and stories. Experiences and food in the most pleasant places of each visited locality. I just suggest that the descriptions of the tours be less general and more detailed with respect to the duration and step by step of each activity.
On my trip to Costa Rica I went with a company that on recommendation I decided to meet her. Caravan.and my trip filled all my expectations of what I wanted to see and enjoy that wonderful landscape. Their hotels , food places visited and service very good.More than I expected for what I paid the guide Jose and driver Rolo very attentive. I have no complaint.
It is an excellent tour and an excellent country! 100% worth it, we got a great experience. The agency is super attentive, exceeded all our expectations. We recommend it 10000%
Excellent Service. Professional, friendly and very attentive at all times. We booked the 8-day package and we were always accompanied by the excellent Hayro guide. Very professional, friendly and has a lot of knowledge of Costa Rica. Fully recommended. We had amazing days. It is a very good tour to know Costa Rica in a few days.
Hiring them was an excellent decision, the care and quality of their Service is magnificent. The package we were offered with private guide was one of the best decisions we could make, Jean (our guide) from the moment we arrived in Costa Rica and until he left us at the airport was an excellent guide, his advice on what to do in the city and knowledge of his country made our visit a very pleasant experience. Surely the next time we return I will call them and those who go for the first time my advice is that they should hire them.
