Costa Rica Marriott Hotel Hacienda Belen

Wonderful 8 night stay at the Marriott Costa Rica in Room 450. All the staff were very polite, friendly, and welcoming. A special thank you to Mr. Enterio at the Executive Lounge. He was humorous, helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring. His warm personality and excellent service made us feel truly welcomed and made our stay extra special. He is definitely an asset to the Marriott team! We had a fantastic stay and would happily return!

We stayed for 1 night and even for that short amount of time we realized how great the hotel was. It was very clean, kid-friendly, and great for the price! The beds were very comfortable and a good size for 2 to 4 people. The view was also stunning from the rooms and when you were not in your room. From the pool, the restaurant was very stunning.If we came back I would definitely choose this 5 star hotel without even thinking twice.

Our stay in Costa Rica was absolutely wonderful! The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and featured gorgeous pools and a relaxing hot tub. Its convenient location close to the airport made traveling easy. The restaurants were outstanding, offering delicious food and great variety. What truly made our experience exceptional was the friendly staff and their outstanding customer service. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We can’t wait to return!

We had a brief but enjoyable stay at this lovely hotel which is pretty close to the airport. Our flight arrived early and we were very grateful that the super helpful staff gave us an early checkin (like 9:30) The pool view room was great, clean and modern. The grounds are nice to walk around with many statues of local animals and signs. There are also some coffee history bits around. We also found the food uniformly good at the cafe and restaurant. I’d recommend getting the executive lounge access, including breakfast.
