The driver did not stop talking!! It ruined my whole experience, I appreciate pointing out landmarks. But he literally talked the entire time we were in the car. Talked about Kamala Harris, the cows, grocery shopping with grandson! The whole bus complained to each other about it! He was talking to himself!' Awful experience!!
The guided walking tour of Chinatown on 4/26 was entertaining and informative. The leader was knowledgeable and kept some serious subjects interesting for this tourist from Cape Cod.
Fab wine tour trip! Marco was a fab bus driver and made sure that we got to both vineyards in time for our tour. The tours were fab and lots of tasting involved! Very enjoyable!
The views were amazing and so was the wine. Marco was an amazing tour guide - I am booking another tour (to Muir woods/Sausalito) just to have him as my guide! I had an excellent time and as a solo traveller met many new friends.

The confusion of the redemption process and having to activate the bus, hop on, hop off was irritating. We finally outlasted the large numbers of people to get a seat on the upper deck. Only to be told we had to get off half way through our circuit and queue again. Lots of wasted time and we were never able to take advantage of the second day. Very disappointed.
My husband and I visited San Francisco and I was so happy to see that there was a Big Bus in the area! We did the 2 day Hop On Hop Off with a guided walking tour of Chinatown. We thoroughly enjoyed the bus tour both days as we learned so much about the city that we didn’t know. Our favorite part was the guided walking tour through Chinatown!, Our guide for the walking tour was a sweet man named Joseph. Joseph is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the pride he has for Chinatown shows! He’s very well loved by the local shop owners as many called out to him to say hello and one in particular gave him goodies to take home. He shared those goodies with all of us, pointed out his favorite restaurants all the while keeping an eye out for everyone in our group. If you have a chance to do any tours with Big Bus while in San Francisco, I highly recommend this tour company. And if it’s in your plans, the walking tour of Chinatown with Joseph is a must!,
The guide was super sweet but they only take you to 3 wineries. Traffic was terrible and the wines weren’t that good. Probably better off hiring a car.
Marco was an amazing guide! We had a great experience visiting Napa Valley. Well worth the money and time to do this trip.
Great tour. Driver (Marco) was funny and kept things interesting with fact about the country side we were driving through. The two wineries were excellent. Wonderful tour guides who were very knowledgeable about wine and the histories of their wineries. I definitely book another tour with big bus to Nappa Valley again.
Very friendly driver with lots of space and very knowledgeable of the history of the area was very entertaining on the way. He gave plenty of time for us to use facilities and to tour the wineries.

The tour was perfect. We visted three wineries. The hosts at each winery were very friendly and knowledgeable. We stopped at Sonoma for lunch. Marco was an amazing tour guide. Excellent narrator, very fun and friendly. Exceñlent music selection. I will be back!!!
The bus driver was very professional, he gave us a lot of explanations while going to the wineries. The tasting was delicious. You must go to the Napa Valley if you are nearby.

The tour is a real scam. They promise tours of the vineyards and visits to the wineries and when you arrive nothing of the sort. They only give you four drinks of wine to try in a room and in a garden. No vineyard tours nor did we see any wineries. More than 5 hours of travel for nothing. Disappointing.
