Good cruise. The one deckhand attempted to give additional facts about the points of interest but was cut out by the outdated prerecorded audio
Great cruise around the San Francisco Bay. I had no idea we would get to go under the Golden Gate Bridge, which was awesome. Highly recommend showing up early so you can get a good seat, as our cruise was pretty full.
What a beautiful sight to see the bright sun setting as you face the Golden Gate Bridge! If it's a foggy night it may not be the same But the City lights were also gorgeous
Be prepared for a 60 and not 90 minutes historic narration and don’t be fooled with the accompanying picture with 2 glasses of wine thinking it’s a romantic cruise. Not! No music! Did us a favor by cutting us short the 30 minutes.
An amazing cruise with great views. Plenty of canned beverages and snacks for purchase. The BEST view of the Golden Gate, and San Francisco, you can get.
We are Bay Area locals who took some visiting family out for this cruise. To be honest at first, I was very disappointed with the boat. Obviously an old fairy boat. After paying just a few bucks to take the ferry from Alameda to San Francisco it seemed kind of silly to pay 40 bucks to get on an older one. But the cruise itself was absolutely wonderful. We went on the 6:30 PM hour-long cruise in late August and the sun was low in the sky and the weather was beautiful. The view was absolutely gorgeous of the city, the Golden Gate Bridge, and all of the hills around the Bay. Highly recommend!
Be on time ! We just made it racing to the gate and the staff held the door for us wonderful people! Great experience and great views on the ship!!
The experience was nice and the view was beautiful. We really enjoyed ourselves. Let’s talk about the staff, the staff was amazing.
You deserve good customer service, please read there reviews before you head over. I travelled all the way from Sacramento to be treated like junk. They don't value their customer or listen to what they have to say. As long as your money is in their possession that's what matters. As a business owner I wasn't expecting a corporation like this to show such bad employee conduct. I had tried speaking with the "Head Guy" Joseph but he didn't want to hear it. Not until one lady employee who had been helping me for almost over an hour spoke up for me and let Joseph know we had been working on two tickets. And vouched that we had been waiting for help. Joseph at the beginning you seemed helpful, as time went by you showed your true colors. I hope you guys use this as a learning experience talking to and cameras on the booth that sells the tickets. So you can actually know what's going on. Not go off of he said she said. According to your staff you had 30+ no shows at $150 a pop, thats non refundable. Then sold another 30 for $150 each. that's $9,000 off of just those customers, invest in cameras at the booth, or some better staff.
It was beautiful! If going in the fall, a light jacket would be good. The process was pretty quick and easy.
Amazing trip. We saw Alcatraz, the Golden gate Bridge, and the city lights. Moon was full. Beautiful sunset.
Just a boat ride, no narrative. Can get a bit chilly if, like us, you're from Florida. We bundled up and were very comfortable. Back ground music sucked and was a bit loud.
Didnt get the full experience, didnt go around alcatraz an also we didnt go to golden gate bridge. .
A really disappointing experience. The worst part was the awful, loud music blaring out throughout. Not having a commentary of the sights on offer and history of the area was a cop out. We had not been here before, so that would have been useful. The weather was cold so we were inside which meant we had to try and see the view through scratched, dirty windows - not great. Also, we didnt see the Golden Gate bridge. 90 mins was much too long, especially with the awful music. Overall, I would avoid this expensive, disappointing experience.
My family went on the sunset cruise but it was so foggy we were unable to see the setting Sun. However the captain of the boat took us over to oracle stadium and it just so happened a Jelly Roll concert was happening my son, nephew and niece got to enjoy a bit of the concert from a very cool perspective! It was a highlight for them. So I was incredibly thankful to the captain who turned a very foggy sunset cruise into a spectacular experience.
I had digital ticket with bar code but still the ticket checker asked me to get the physical paper ticket. Music was loud.
Great for date night. The staff was nice and helpful. The time was perfect 90 mins was just right. Will recommend everything.
Cruise was fun. Enjoyed it with my hubby! It would be nicer to dim the inside cabin lights a bit for people staying inside to see the out side to take pictures and not have the reflection of the lights on the glass for pictures. 🤷♀️🤷♀️
are tour started at 7:30 we arrived and were directed to the wrong doc at 7:25 we then realized where the correct doc was we arrived at the corrects doc at 7:33 and the boat took off if like a full refund
The experience would have been a lot more enjoyable with the ships windows having been cleared of dirt and salt water residue. And some commentary on what we were seeing.
Nice cruise to take breathtaking pictures during sunset. Interesting arcustic info. Memorable experience.
The views of the city and the Golden Gate Bridge were amazing. The ride was super bumpy which was fine for us but could be a deal breaker for someone who gets sick or little children. The music was way too loud also. Boat was old and needed to be updated.
had a great time i enjoyed the sunset with my wife we took great pictures of the bridge and the city
Started too early. Should have started at 5:30 itt was totally dark at 7:00 30 minutes into the tour. Windows were scratched and filthy could not see out for pictures. Bathrooms were dirtier than your average porta John’s
Even though there was no sunset, there was no fog either. So the sky was clear. When we went under the Golden Gate bridge, which was a huge highlight, the sky lit up pink and yellow, and it was just simply stunning. I would’ve given this five stars, but they had on obnoxious music. The music was so loud. I asked them to turn it down which they did but then later they cranked it up again. I don’t see why there’s a reason to have any music when you’re looking at these sites.
