We had friends visiting from the Boston, MA area and had an amazing experience seeing San Francisco via e-bike. The weather was wonderful, which helped and our guide Eli was extremely personable, knowledgeable and very safety conscious. The views of the Golden Gate bridge were unbeatable, and I'd highly recommend it for others visiting San Francisco.

We honestly had the best time on this tour! Our guide John was just the best dude. Very knowledgeable, we felt totally safe in his hands, and the ride was just the right amount of physical activity without kicking your butt thanks to the e-bikes. We'd 100% do it again. My family loved this tour. It was such a great way to see SF. I saw parts of SF that I have never seen before and the ebikes were great in handling the hills of SF. My kids really like this tour and we had a great guide. I would highly suggest this tour.
I had an awesome tour with Eli, we visited the Golden Gate and all of San Francisco's main districts. He always had some cool facts about the city, alcatraz and the architecture of the buildings. We even picked up some dounughts on the way!! Advice: bring heavy clothing for the Golden Gate.

GREAT way to see sites and experience San Francisco! We had a great tour with Eli! He guided us safely through so many parts of the city and then shared info about the rest. Although I’m scared to death of bridges, he continually provided guidance keeping us aware of pedestrians and other bikers. Eli made sure we got to see the best views of the bridge, parks, and cityscapes. He shared so much information and history about the city that the entire excursion was both exciting and interesting! Can’t recommend enough. Thanks Eli!
Eli did an absolutely incredible job with our tour! The bikes made it so easy to get from location to location while also being able to look around and enjoy the scenery. Eli was also so knowledgeable and included such local perspective on the areas we were exploring. He also had great recommendations on what to do the rest of our trip! This has been the highlight of our trip and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a good way to see a lot of different spots!

Eli’s a great tour guide, San Francisco is a great city and this is a great way to either do as much as possible in a very short time or identify what you want to deep diver in to if/when you have more time
Great e-bike tour and Eli was a great guide. We covered a large part of the city, and Eli was good at explaining history during the entire ride.
We did this tour on our first day in SF and it was the perfect way to get to know the city and check off some major sites and views. Everything about it was so fun. The small group (10 total) made it easy to get around; the speaker/mic system worked pretty well. And the special treat (a donut from Bob's on Baker) was amazing.
I had a great time on this bike tour with John. He knows so much about the city and its history, but what stood out most was how easygoing and friendly he was—it honestly felt like hanging out with an old friend. The bikes were super comfortable and handled the hills of San Francisco without any issues, which made it really enjoyable even for a first-timer like me. All in all, a really fun way to see the city!

This activity was a lot of fun and we got to see way more than if we were walking. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and truly enjoyed sharing his love of the area we visited.
Sure you can rent good e-bikes in many places but do they offer tours by Eli? Having a local, with a keen sense for interesting historical tidbits and vast knowledge to answer any question, present this amazing city makes all the difference. And if you can, stay another week after you get to explore all the other amazing landmarks, hikes, shops, and restaurants he recommends. Great tour!
First, Eli was terrific as our tour guide - so knowledgeable and passionate about San Francisco. Make sure to ask him for his fav places to eat. We were blessed with great weather so "biking" around the city was really pleasant. The Golden Gate Bridge was the highlight! Only feedback I would give is to visit Bob's Bakery sooner so we can get a sugar-rush to power through the morning.
Fun to see San Francisco up close on a bike. My first time riding an electric bike. Very easy to learn, a little challenging to manage around tight turns but very glad to have it on the San Francisco hills. Did not break a sweat the entire tour. Elijah was the best guide- so knowledgeable. His love of the city really shines.

Had a great time on the E-Bike tour. Had a small learning curve with the big hills but the main thing with e-bikes is MOMENTUM will keep you going. So if you are in a tour and you have a slow rider in front of you, pass them lol so they don’t slow you down when going up a hill when you’re trying to be polite and you can also get up the hill faster lol. Eli was a great tour guide. Calm voice, understanding and willing to help. Beautiful views, worth it.
This is a perfect way to spend 3hrs discovering San Fransisco. The bikes supplies are so powerful that you barely have to put any effort in, ideal for steep SF roads and hills. A lot of the route is on cycle paths and at no point did we feel at risk from traffic. John the tour guide was so laid back and amenable and full of facts and really helpful with some local knowledge of where to go to eat after. The donut we had from the bakery on the last stop and mind blowingly delicious. We cycled some of the Golden Gate Bridge, saw the Painted Ladies and hit the beaches of Presido.
This is probably one of my favorite bike tours I’ve done! We covered so much ground in one morning. And the hills were no prob with the electric bike. Loved all the info and tips on SF along the way with Nick’s knowledge and humor. Such a great way to kick off a weekend in SF! At the end of the tour, Nick also gave us a list of his recommendations which was such a fun bonus for the rest of my trip. 🫶🏽
Great tour, our guide was very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about the city. I loved his guidance and all the facts he shared. At the end we had donut tasting. The bike was comfortable and I loved that it's electric, so it was easy to climb the steep hills of San Francisco. I can absolutely recommend this tour!

Greeted by Cam who quickly puts you at ease if you’ve never ridden an electric bike before. All controls explained and very easy to use, along with the gps app you can download there. We had a great day using the bikes to explore the nearby park and along the Golden Gate Bridge out to Sausalito and back. Great value for money too.
An epic day!! The bike tour was an incredible way to start our trip in San Francisco! Nick was exceptional. Fabulous 1/2 day tour with our great guide Gary. Picked this tour based on Tripadvisor and google reviews and we were not disappointed. A simple booking online. Simple check in at the shop. The bikes were in great condition and simple to operate for an e-bike. We took in some amazing sights around this fabulous city. All the time guided by Gary on the headset we were issued. We’ve done loads of good bike tours across the world and this is one of the best
Honestly one of the best tours we have ever done! What a way to see the city! John, our guide, was perfect! He is so personable and knowledgeable giving us tips throughout on which power level to use & traffic navigation while providing interesting facts, history and trivia about the city. He really adds to the experience! It was easy to hear what was being said with the headpieces so you don’t miss a thing. Don’t worry if you aren’t much of a bike rider because the bikes have tons of power and you can pedal as much or as little as you want. 100% recommend 😃

If I could give this tour 10 stars, I would! My husband and I make it a point to take a bike tour in every city we visit, and this one is by far the best! The experience begins with a brief introduction to get everyone comfortable, followed by Nick sharing some fascinating background history of San Francisco. After that, you’re set up with your bike, helmet, and audio device. Once you start riding, you’ll notice how comfortable and ergonomic the bikes are! The different bike settings make climbing the city's hills effortless. The tour is filled with stunning views of the city, and having Nick as our guide made it even more special. He’s personable, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what he does and his love for San Francisco shines through. If you’re considering renting a bike, they offer that option too!
Gary, our guide, did an excellent job taking us through parts of San Fran. He had a couple of drawbacks to overcome: lots of fog (although now I know it's pretty common in San Fran) and a huge concert in Golden Gate State Park which shut down a big part of the park. He was able to change his tour which allowed us to see the Palace of Fine Arts which I was super excited about! Gary is very knowledgeable about San Fran and its history and enjoyed sharing his knowledge with us. The bikes are fantastic!!! Best ebikes we've ever rode- so easy to go up some of those steep San Fran hills! And, the most amazing part of the tour is riding on the Golden Gate Bridge.... so special!! Thank you, Gary, for sharing your love of your city with us!

We loved the tour! Our guide, John, was so friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I took our 15 year old on the tour, and even though we had already been to a few of the locations, she loved seeing it all by e-bike. I recommend that every family should do it, if you have a morning open to see great highlights of San Francisco!!!

This was without question a 100% yes experience. We are a young adult family of five and we loved every minute of the tour. Nick was entertaining and knowledgeable …. We were extra lucky as we had a sky blue day so our experience was heightened. As first timers to San Francisco we learnt so much and saw masses in the three hours. Added extra was Nick spoiling us with a donut and advice where to go and what to see once we left him. We urged him to you to book asap. Bikes very easy to use …. Even if you’re middle aged and have never used one before!
We had a great time with Gary. He knows a lot about a lot -- which made his commentary priceless. The size of the group is perfect and the bikes are easy to operate. We were able to visit some places we hadn't been on previous trips to SF. Riding to and on the GGB was a blast even with fog.
This was such an informative and fun experience. The electric bikes make it so easy to travel (I didn’t break a sweat!) and the views were great!
