Such a wonderful tour, appreciated the guides knowledge and enjoyed seeing the city without driving. Would definitely do it again!
We started out at Fishermans wharf, Jake was our guide for the day. The bus was smaller and we had about 12 people in our group, we started at the wharf and proceeded through many parts of the city, Jake was very knowledgeable and pleasant, explaining many different facts and anecdotes along the way, in addition to answering our questions. We stopped several times to take pictures, then we crossed the Golden Gate Bridge for lunch in Sausalito, don’t miss Sausalito… it’s gorgeous! After lunch we went to Muir Woods to see the giant redwoods. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, many thanks to Jake, who also has a wicked playlist of San Francisco songs timed just right, we highly recommend Dylan’s. John and Sue Marentette
Dylans Tours was GREAT! We really enjoyed our tour guide/ chauffer Rock n Roll Patrick. It was like a tour led by DJ Kasey Kasem. He was a lot of fun and very knowledgeable about San Fran. Plus he gave us chocolate candy!
This was a good tour with very bad transportation. The "tour bus was an airport shuttle bus.So, every time the guide spoke about something to see in front of you, you could not see it as there were no front windows to see out of, the only one who could see out front was the nus driver. This was terrible and unacceptable. I am asking for half of my money back as I only saw out of the side window. I would not recommend Dylan Tours San Francisco.
Great tour of SF and Muir Woods. Jeffery was friendly, engaging, and informative. Would highly recommend. +++
Jake was excellent. Kept things moving and is very knowledgeable. Good overview tour. Muir not to be missed.
We did the full day tour as a family. It was very well orchestrated, perfectly paced and we saw so many highlights of the area. Our guide - Aaron - was amazing and very knowledgeable. We’ve done tours across the world and this one was very very well done. Thank you Dylan’s tours!
Knowledgeable tour guide and comfortable bus ride. This is a much better way to see the Bay area. We loved the experience.
It was such a fantastic and rich experience. Above expectations! I appreciated in particular the walk in Muir Woods and the funny guide:-)
We went on the full-day Muir Woods tour, and our guide, Dylan, was amazing! We had the best time listening to his stories and learning about the history of San Francisco as we drove around the city. Despite it being Fleet Week, traffic wasn’t terrible, and Dylan did a fantastic job keeping us on schedule while making sure we enjoyed every stop. Our time in Sausalito was wonderful! We had delicious burgers at Napa Valley Burger Company and still had time to walk around and explore the town. Muir Woods was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and even better than we expected. We can’t say enough good things about this tour, and especially Dylan! He was knowledgeable, entertaining, and made the entire experience so enjoyable. If you’re visiting San Francisco, I highly recommend booking a tour with Dylan’s Tours! Thank you, Dylan, for such a memorable day!
Trevor was a great guide. He is very knowledgeable about everything San Francisco. The Muir woods was the best part. Very beautiful and tranquil location.
I would 100% recommend booking a tour with this company, booking was easy, their communication was great, especially as they asked us to change our times which actually worked out better for us anyway. Finding the pick up point was also really easy and our tour guide Roger was just the best, his knowledge of San Francisco was just amazing and he showed us some truly amazing things, he had a wealth of knowledge about other things we could do here that were really budget friendly and we actually did do some of the things he suggested. Our visit to Muir woods was stunning, so beautiful and peaceful, my only complaint was that we could have stayed there much longer, but even with the 90 minutes we still were able to have a good walk around. Again if you looking for tours in San Francisco then Dylan’s tours are what you’re looking for. Thank you for a truly amazing time.
It was a great tour to get an insight into SF, interesting stop off points and the right amount of time in muir woods to do the longest loop, then drop off at saususito to explore and get ferry back. Dylan the guide was great in being welcoming, informative and keeping us on track. Would highly recommend.
I took the San Francisco City Tour in early September. The weather was perfect because we could see the Golden Gate Bridge and we all got great pictures. One of my main reasons I know, I will book (and recommend) Dylan’s Tours is because during our stop at Sausalito; I misheard the return time. And when I was back, I was wondering why I wasn’t seeing anyone in my group. I called the company, and Mary was able to order a Lyft for me as well as letting my tour guide know what was happening. And I was able to catch up with my group at Muir Woods. I want to give a shout out to my tour guide, Jules he was so knowledgeable and funny; we all had a great time. So, if you want to book a tour where you are assured that they will have your back and come to your rescue, please pick Dylan‘s Tours.
My husband and I did the full day tour with Muir Woods and had a great time! Our tour guide Aaron was THE BEST!! He kept us all entertained while sharing interesting stories and facts about both historical and present day San Francisco along the many stops throughout the day. Aaron was knowledgeable, friendly and so much fun!! I highly recommend Dylan tours!
Trevor was amazing!! This tour was fantastic!!! Not a bad thing to say We enjoyed every second Trevor was the absolute best tour Guide !!!
Top notch tour guide on a top notch tour. Aaron was knowledgeable, entertaining and pleasant throughout our all day tour of San Francisco plus Muir Woods. We highly recommend this tour company.
The Tour and Tour conductor, Aaron, were great. The information that was given for a meeting point for this Tour starting point by Viator was incorrect on several event reminders. A call to Dillon Tours, the local operator, clarified the location for starting the tour.
I took the all day trip through the neighborhoods of San Francisco Sausalito and Muir Woods, 7 hours. Definitely worth the money for the amount of time and the insights of the local guide.
This full day tour took us all around SF to Muir Woods and Saulsalito. Trevor, a lifelong resident of SF, shared good knowledge about the history of the city with some fun personal experiences. He engaged all of the passengers in conversation and was truly interested in providing us the best experience possible. The time spent at each location was enough for me and he planned the route to save the best for last!
A very unforgettable ! The tour guide was very professional and attentive.
The tour was absolutely amazing, and our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable! He shared so much fascinating history about the city, and you could really tell how passionate he was about bringing the stories to life. We learned so much and had such a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city!
Fabulous tour. We'll worth the money. Jake was an EXCELLENT tour guide. He was helpful, knowledgeable and kept is on schedule. Would not hesitate to recommend this tour!
The tour was fantastic! Our guide, Patrick, did a wonderful job sharing stories and information about the area in an intertaining/amuzing way. We also appreciated him making accommodations so our group of 7 could all be together. I highly recommend this tour!
We are extremely happy with our experience riding on Dylan's tour. Our guide Jules is the man. He kept the trip at an enjoyable pace and gave interesting and historical facts that really opens up the Bay for us. He was patient and funny and a joy to have as our guide. I will def recommend this tour to friends and family. Thank you Dylan's Tour and major shoutout to Jules.
Dylan's Tours was the highlight of our two day stay in San Francisco! We were lucky enough to get Dylan himself as our tour guide. Dylan was flexible, kind, knowledgeable, and fun! We met a couple on this tour from New Zealand and are now friends. Bathroom breaks, photo ops, and time for lunch in Sausalito were planned well. Dylan, hope dinner with your MIL was amazing! Thanks for a great tour!
Wonderful experience. Jake was a great guide and very informative. Made our fist trip to San Francisco memorable.
I believe the tour guide I had for this tour was named Waymond - he was an excellent guide. I especially loved his knowledge of music and local musicians, and that he played songs in each neighbourhood from artists that either lived there or wrote music locally. I loved that it was a small group of only 5 of us too. 100% would recommend this tour to anybody visiting SF!
It was a beautiful day in San Francisco and this tour was a perfect way to see the different sections of town and then get a quiet walk thru Muir Wood. Loved it. Our tour guide was awesome.
Great, well-packed tour! Jules was super chill and shared excellent insights throughout the city portion. We also got about 1.5 hours of free time in Muir Woods to explore on our own.
Perfect half a day tour of San Francisco and Muir Woods. Dylan was so knowledgeable and great guide!
So much to see, you learn so much, our driver was amazing! He had a song list for all of the places he took us by, which was so fun! We had a little fun sing along for a minute. He was a wealth of knowledge and felt safe the entire time!
This tour with Patrick was excellent. Unexpectedly for me we began with a short tour of the city which was great for me having just arrived the night before. Patrick’s knowledge, interaction with the group and sense of fun were exceptional. Great photo stop at base of bridge before heading over to Muir Wood and the beautiful redwoods. Onto Sausalito where I enjoyed strolling around and taking the ferry back. Loved Patrick’s music quiz and chocolate rewards. Thanks!
Our tour guide Per was great. Very funny and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the city tour but the tour of Sausalito was basically a drive by.
Top quality tour…..professional & fun. Highly recommend!
This is a MUST DO Half Day Tour of San Francisco City highlights, Muir Woods, and Sausalito!!! The Tour Guide, BARRY, made the tour so special! Barry is a walking encyclopedia of San Francisco and Muir Woods history. He’s funny, patient, kind, and takes amazing panoramic photos of the towering trees at Muir Woods with you housed in the trunk of some of them ( if you would like). It was a full tour yet only half a day in case you have early dinner and evening plans. The tour ends back in Fisherman’s Wharf so you can grab a bite at the infamous Cupertino’s at the end.
Jefferey was our guide for this trip. If you end up getting him you will have a blast! We did slight detours on our trip to see a little extra and was even given some time to take pictures at stops that were not in the itinerary. Great way to see the city in a short amount of time. We also got some great food recommendations while on the trip at spots we passed by during the tour
Absolutely amazing experience. Jeffrey was great and very knowledgeable of San Francisco. He really made it fun.
Jules was an excellent guide. He was friendly, kind and so knowledgeable. Muir Woods was a highlight of my trip. I highly recommend this tour.
We got to see everything!! The van was comfortable and clean.
We had an excellent tour. Per was an exceptionally good guide!
Per was an excellent tour guide, very knowledgeable and provided a bit of history of the city throughout the tour. Muir Woods was beautiful, the stops were great photo opportunities and the drive was very scenic. Great value!
Really enjoyed this tour and we had a great guide. The guide made it really fun without being to cheesy. The city tour was good and the I thought the time table between tour and Muir Woods was great. We enjoyed the Half day tour and thought it was great. Highly suggest.
Jewels was a great and friendly guide. He took us around all the main attractions in San Francisco and had a vast amount of knowledge of the area.
As first time San Francisco visitors, this tour was a perfect overview of the area. Our driver/guide was informative and gave helpful tips at each stop. The lunch stop in Sausalito was a nice touch and Muir Woods was full of natural beauty. I highly recommend taking this tour.
Exceeded expectations, covered a lot of San Francisco, our guide Patrick was terrific. Kept us entertained with music stories, guess the artist with knowledgeable details of many areas of San Francisco.
It was a great day, guide Barry was a san fran native who loved his job and had was very informative and personable, We saw and learned alot about the city and the national park eas beautiful. The time we were there was perfect. Wish we were in saulatio fir about 30 more minutes, lunch was rushed. Would recommend the full day tour however.
Muir’s Woods is so unique. So much easier to visit on a tour. Traveling with Dylan’s made it so much easier.
Great experience! Kevin was a great tour guide.
