Driver did not show up. Had to find an uber. Carmel transportation staff were rude an unconcerned they did not show up.

Reasonably priced airport transfer. Vehicle was very clean. I would use this company again. 2 thumbs up.

We had a nightmare trip with Elife service from the airport BUT everything was perfect on this return trip. We got a confirmation the night before. The driver called and let us know he was 5 minutes away, the car fit all our luggage. He was courteous and gave us some goo information. I will tell everyone traveling to San Francisco to use this service. Thank you to the company and driver.

Late pickup. Phone call to advise lateness. When arriving at airport wanted to drop off at the incorrect terminal after being told numerous times to let us off at the requested terminal.

Driver arrived a few minutes before our appointed time. He was courteous and professional. Well priced to avoid the usual hassles of making it to the airport.

I book airport service to airport for 7:30 am and they arrived 20 minute late and I had to call them to ask about my ride. I will not use your service for airport again because now I I’m in danger of missing my flight.

We have always had a good experience with this company. The vehicles are roomy, drivers are nice and drive carefully, they load and unload your luggage from the vehicle, they are timely, and they accommodate changes in schedules, even last minute ones. I can’t say enough good about this limo service. And, Nader, our driver, was such a nice man.

The driver was excellent!; being punctual yet not giving us any pressure, showing kindness to help us handle our luggages. He also showed very good social manner. Also, the company’s system to confirm reservations is nice; you do not need to worry about “no show taxi cab” or “mistakenly letting in wrong person.”

This was easy to book and there was lots of contact with the company. Driver was punctual and efficient. Would book this transfer again.

First class service only booked this transfer in the morning and everything was perfect. Clean vehicle, nice driver and arrived on time.

We had a 50/50 experience with Carmel Car Service booked through Viator for our San Francisco trip. When we arrived in San Fran, the driver was on time, pleasant and helpful. Good experience. However, for our town car service from the cruise terminal back to SFO, the communication was horrible. I called dispatch and spoke with them twice. The first time to inform that we were outside (at least 30 minutes early - our choice) and what "pole" number we were standing by. The second time, I called dispatch when the driver was 10 minutes late. I was told he hit traffic. When the driver arrived 25 minutes late, he said the driver that was to pick us up was in an accident - which we did not believe. Dispatch, I'm sure would have told us. We were very disappointed and won't book this service again.

We booked a private car to the airport with Carmel Limo through Viator. No sign of driver 10 minutes before pickup time. Called Carmel, was on hold for over 5 minutes. Agent said he had to transfer us to dispatch. over 5 minutes of hold time again, agent answered, but was not a dispatch agent. Wanted to put us on hold again. At this point, we gave up and called an Uber. When we left the hotel 20 minutes after scheduled pickup time, there was still no Carmel driver. Ridiculous wait times on the phone only to receive zero help or service.

Transfer from hotel to airport process went smoothly, in stark contrast to a transfer from San Francisco Airport to our hotel. Pick up time from the hotel was confirmed the day before as per company requirements. But why? Booking made with a specific pick up time and place in the first place. Anyway, driver arrived on time and journey to the airport completed with no issues. Pity the same couldn't be said about the process linked to pick up from the airport.

Communication was great. Driver was on time at the hotel for pickup. The only reason I don't give a 5 star is because I was informed that Toll was not included and that I needed to pay cash. I found that outrageous that after paying $126USD it didn't include the toll. I know the confirmation said tolls were not included if taken but didn't seem to have an option not to take the toll. In my opinion, if there is no way to avoid the toll or to give the customer the option to avoid the toll, then it should be part of the price.

The driver was given the wrong address. (720 Sutter instead of 750 Sutter). When he called to say he and arrived and he didn’t show, we called and got him the correct address.

Great driver but dispatch sent him late. Thankfully our flight was delayed but he was about 20 min late which would have been concerning otherwise. Would recommend using this service but calling to remind them of pick up time.

Our Limo Driver was actually a few minutes early to pick us up which we were happy about. He was vert peasant and a pleasure to be with. He got us to the airport timely was great. Every time we have used Viator it has been a pleasurable decision. I would recommend Viator to anyone.

Didn’t arivve at time after several calls car was sent turned out it was an Uber-being Late-going to the airport is not good

The driver was there early which was great but then told my daughter we owed another $60 after I had been dropped off for my flight. We were in 2 different terminals. She didn’t pay it but I wasn’t happy he asked for it. I had already paid $80 for the two of us.

The return transport to SFO was absolutely perfect. Pick up time was as given, direct route to airport was fast and safe. Driver was excellent and very courteous. Enjoyed the service and would recommend. Thank you from two pleased customers.

We booked for an SFO pickup to a downtown hotel and a pier 27 pickup to SFO at the end of our cruise. On the first arrival at the airport you were nowhere to be found. I called the two provided numbers and got advertising for DirecTV and a company that said they were not associated with you. I used a number provided by the second company and did get a dispatcher who sent me an independent driver who after a 20 minute wait provided able transportation to the hotel. On the second booking I called the day ahead of time to avoid problems and was told that the pickup time was scheduled for the time the flight was scheduled to leave. I had earlier indicated an 11:00am pickup and the agent told me that 11:00 was not possible so I had a second failure from your company. I had used your company for a prior cruise and was highly satisfied but will not be calling on you in the future..

I need a refund because the Carmel Limo company left me high & dry at the Pier 35 Cruise port. I called to confirm from the ship the day before, no response. I called when we disembarked the ship & was told that they overbooked & didn't have any cars to pick my husband & I up with our luggage to take us to SFO for the flights home. Terrible company, terrible customer service. I read prior review, but I gave them a chance, but never again.

I needed a reliable source of transportation for a 6am flight out of SFO. Driver was right on time, professional and he drove safely. Worth every penny. Booking was relatively easy and the price was lower than a lot others that I found by $100. I would definitely book again and plan to for my next trip to the Bay.

We called the day before to confirm the booking as requested on the voucher. The operator seemed to have trouble understanding me and why I was calling but said that the booking was confirmed. I waited 15 minutes after the driver was due to arrive and then called the head office again, I waited on hold for another 10 minutes before giving up. The taxi never arrived and I had to get an Uber instead. Probably best to avoid.

The driver was late but he did call to let me know. Also, his vehicle was VERY dirty inside and out. It smelled bad, and had empty water bottles laying all over the front dash. I wouldn’t want to be in this vehicle again. This was like a dirty taco!

My driver was punctual, friendly, helpful and very kind. We had great conversation while taking me to the airport. My apologies for not remembering his name but he is from east Africa…he was a very careful driver, while engaging in wonderful conversation with me. My trip to San Francisco was excellent and this service was the final memory I got while enjoying the city! He did not disappoint.

Unlike our trip from the airport with this company, which was wonderful, getting back to the airport was terrible. We originally had a pick up time of 6:30am, but based on the trip from the airport, I called and changed it to 6:15am. The confirmation email and text that I received had the 6:15am pick up time on them. On the morning of our pickup, we were in the hotel lobby by 6:08am. When there was no car by 6:20, I called. The person I talked with called the driver then told me it would be 25 mins, by this time it was 6:25. I was not happy to say the least so the person I was talking to put me on hold again and then told me 7 mins. The driver did arrive in about 7 mins and he was able to get us to the airport a few mins after 7:00, I had wanted to be there by 7 so that wasn’t too bad. My first thought was that no one told the driver the new pick up time, but he was even late based on the original time. The car was clean and comfortable, and the driver was nice. Based on our trip from the airport, I would recommend this company, based on our trip back, no so sure.

Our Driver arrived early, we were scheduled for 3:15 AM in San Francisco. Jonathan, arrived apps at 3:00 AM and called us to let us know he was outside the Hotel waiting for us. The car was immaculate and he had soothing jazz playing in the car. He talked to us and we shared stories the entire way to SFO International. All in all a very positive experience.

The driver wanted to pick us up later than requested. We agreed then decided we weren't comfortable with that so called him and requested pick up half hour earlier than he suggested. That worked out well for us. It was a quick trip. He took a route we hadn't been on so we got to see new things.

You get what you pay for. Excellent service. Prompt, clean car, efficient courteous gentlemen. What else can I say.
