It is horrible I bought your tickets followed all your directions but what you don’t outline is you have to go to another website to get a parking pass “not a reservation” you drive all the way out there believing you have done everything to be told by a person who cannot speak great English that you can’t park here because you didn’t use ace. Wasted money didn’t get in wasted trip because first time experience ever happened. Horrible instructions I can download the experience but can’t park horrible experience
Thus us just an audio tour it doesn't get you in or do anything for you. Parking at Muir woods is $10. Just go directly to them and book you parking reservation.
I don’t like filling out firms like this. I cannot move forward w/out answering g all the questions. This is a waist of my time.
First they do not tell you that you have to make a parking reservation with the park itself, then the Wireless internet do not work at park, there is not such a thing as self guided tour as we talk to park ranger at the entrance, Also the free parking area is like 3 Miles walking distance, So do not waste your time and money on this tour, Is misleading everybody to buy a experience that do not exist.
The audio tour added so much to our visit to Muir Woods. The instructions made it clear that this purchase is an audio tour experience and not a parking pass, vehicle reservation, or park entrance ticket, so we came prepared (Some of them having an argument with a ranger) and had no confusion on arrival. We loved exploring at our own pace, stopping whenever we wanted for photos, and learning about the forest along the way. Highly recommended!
The guide Iis enthusiastic and informative. It gets mixed up, but it’s easier to go back to where you are. I’m glad we got it.
The narration in this self-guided tour is a fun way to visit Muir Woods. It’s interesting and engaging. And the voice is very relaxing.
A great way to see Muir Woods! The narration was engaging and the GPS timing was spot on. We really appreciated the technical flexibility—even though CarPlay is not fully supported, we just played the audio through the car stereo and it worked perfectly. It felt like having a personal guide with us the whole time.
We downloaded the app and we were able to connect to the tour while driving to Muir Woods. Once inside the park, we were not able to reconnect.
I purchased 2 tours because it said in the description that it was only for 4 people and I had 5, there was no need to do that because you are only purchasing the audio tour, I even asked if it was needed and was told to purchase 2 tours. It isn’t clearly advertised what you are getting and tickets to enter the park along with parking are not included, only the audio tour which CANNOT be used inside the park because it is illegal account to the park employees
Much to see in north bay ..nice parks ..monumental trees ..national parks ..wonder ..so much to see in sf ..
This self-guided tour made our visit to Muir Woods even better. The audio was clear and informative, and it highlighted things we would’ve easily missed on our own. Walking among the redwoods while learning about their history was amazing. Highly recommend for anyone visiting!
No network connection and the route being given by Park Staff made it hard pressed to identify Redwoods in the distance. Small Grove on the side of a mountain located in area with no stopping area
Absolutely loved it. Action is really good with such cost saving information and guidance into an unknown place. Thanks a lot. Absolutely recommend.
Make sure u make reservations for parking they should make it mandatory when u purchase tickets. 1st there is no reception when u get up there, 2nd its not an easy road to drive. We never visit the park cause we couldn't get reception to purchase parking ticket waste of our day.
The information and tour was very good. The app was just glitchy and kept repeating itself. I would recommend headphones or earbuds because I felt rude letting the app go loud in a very peaceful place.
If you want an experience of nature in all is splendor and magnificence, this wonderful self guided tour through Muir Woods is for you!
We downloaded the tour, got to the starting spot, and everything just worked. Super easy to follow and packed with cool info. Loved how we could take our time exploring Muir Woods!
This was a great tour. Easy to follow directions, great storytelling by the navigator, and loved that we could go at our own pace. Very cool!
The app was downloaded onto my phone. I reviewed what I could because I found the tour right before we left our resort. Thinking it was good to go, we started the tour, but it wasn’t the actual tour but a demo. It was very disappointing because I love gps tours. It was only the demo I downloaded and not the actual trip.
