Electric Bike Tour De San Francisco

Great day, easy ride , we luckily had gorgeous weather and it only took 1hr to get to Sausalito with a stop by the Golden Gate Bridge. Very easy process to book

My husband was skeptable about doing this trip but we both thoroughly enjoyed it. Our guide (I think her name was Orla) was very knowledgeable. Trip was awesome! Would highly recommend this. We saw lots, learned lots and met great people! Guide extended our experience by accompanying us back with an extra stop along the way. This was over and above our tour time. 5 stars plus...thanks for the memories.

Possibly my favourite San Francisco experience during our four day trip. Sausalito and the Golden Gate Bridge were excellent but the real surprise was the ride through some of the more residential neighbourhoods around Pacific and Presidio Heights to and from the Painted Ladies. Our guide Marcus was excellent and made the tour very personal and enjoyable. He made sure everyone was safe and comfortable throughout the journey. The E-bikes we used had independent throttles and were some of the best we've used.

This was such a cool way to see SF! The e bikes are definitely the way to go and easier to figure out! Our guide Eli was so helpful and knowledgeable!

A friend said rising over the GG was one of the best ever life experiences for her. That gave us no choice 🤣 It was absolutely amazing, we took electric bikes and that was a very wise choice. Sausalito was lush We rode back over, took a ride to the Japanese Tea Garden (not brilliant) and then we detoured back so we could ride down Lombard Street. The kids loved that 😍. Then a short ride back to drop off. The staff were all amazing. Thanks for a great day

What a wonderful day. The tour was fantastic. Bill , our guide was very knowledgeable taking us all around the San Francisco area. Could not of been any better. The e bikes were very easy to operate and made the climb over the golden gate a breeze.

Very nice tour, our guide was superb. He took a lot of pictures when we asked. Very patient and knowledgeable of the area. Definitely one of nicest bike tours we've had so far.

Rising e bikes across the Golden Gate Bridge and having lunch in Sausalito is a quintessential must do in San Francisco. The ride is quick so we only booked for two hours but I would recommend the half day to enjoy a longer lazier lunch and take your time exploring the return trip.

Our guide Peter was knowledgeable, funny, patient and very user friendly. It was our first time on electric bikes and he accommodated our needs perfectly. We would not hesitate to recommend this fantastic tour.

Very good quality bike with excellent service. They allowed me to swap a bike when the battery was low. Came with bike locks so that I could park and navigate the shops on foot.

Joel, our guide was entertaining, warm and extremely knowledgeable about all the different areas of the city we biked. He had a terrific sense of humor as well and I wanted to take him home! Lol The important thing to know is that crossing the bridge itself can be a stressful experience because of all of the pedestrians along with other cyclists. Other than that, not so much. I highly recommend it to anyone who cycles.

Highly recommended! You can take photos with amazing views, and it's about an hour's ride to Sausalito. The hills are challenging, so I recommend the electric bike option. Our guide, Toro, was very kind and friendly.

Great experience from the very beginning. They got us set up in SF and off quickly. Vedran led our tour. We ended up getting a private tour because of our time and the dreary weather. Vedran was so accommodating and included a ton of interesting facts. It was rainy and cold, but the time flew by. We were always kept at a comfortable pace, the bikes worked great, and he even stopped to make sure we got all of our touristy photos. Such a great way to see a lot of the city quickly. Crossing the Golden Gate Bridge was exhilarating (even though the wind was crazy). This is a MUST do in SF and highly recommend Vedran.

We had such a great experience with this company. Our family of four had a wonderful time with the electric bikes going along the Golden Gate Bridge. It was the highlight of our trip by far! All the staff members were so enthusiastic, so patient, and so kind! It was Thanksgiving too! I am so glad they were open and available to us. They were more than happy to assist us with helmet adjustments, instructions on how to use the bikes and helpful directions to help us get to our destination. One thing I might suggest is that they add a bell ringer in case we need it as we pass by other bikers. Other than that, it was a smooth and pleasant experience! I would highly recommend this company for bike rentals! I would definitely go back to them if we are ever back in town. You won't be disappointed. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

We have a blended family including two 13 year olds and a 19 year old, our family of 5 had a wonderful time touring San Francisco with our amazing guide Orla! We feel very fortunate to have lucked out with her as our guide!!

Great trip. Hit many of our “to-go” spots as we only had a few days. Great bikes. Great guide. Loved the flexibility after going over Golden Gate Bridge of a. Riding back, b. Leaving bike at Salalito and ferry back, or c. Taking bikes on ferry for the se the rest is the day.

I can’t say enough good things about Blazing Saddles. We used them twice in 9 years and both were incredible experiences. Safety is their #1 priority which made us feel safe. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and entertaining. Bill H was probably the best guide we ever had. His positive attitude towards the city was very persuasive. We couldn’t have had a better experience.

We booked on the Tour de San Francisco and were lucky enough to have Marcus as our guide - what he doesn’t know about San Fran isn’t worth knowing !!! From the start, we knew we were in safe and experienced hands; and it just being our family on the tour meant we had that little bit more freedom to requests stops. We went to all the places you need to see (and some we didn’t even know existed) and all the way, Marcus’s commentary was both interesting and insightful. Plus, as an added bonus, we got to hear about all his recommendations for places to eat and visit; and they have been good !!! I would highly recommend this tour and if you have Marcus as your guide, all the better for it !!!

This tour was great. We covered a greatdeal of the city. John was awsome. He had a wealth of knowledge on the history and stories of prominent people. I highly recomend the tour and company.

Highly recommend an E-bike from Blazing Saddles. These guys were great to deal with, the E-bike was easy to use and you have the freedom to explore the whole City at your own pace. I hired the E-bike for the whole day to see all the sights, including a ride over the Golden Gate Bridge but chose to return by ferry as my legs couldn’t peddle any further. The ferry was included in the package and was the perfect way to end the day.

Jeremiah was amazing answering all my crazy questions while going over our tour and how the bikes worked. He really calmed my nerves. And Eli was an amazing tour guide!! His knowledge about the city was great. He even took pictures of the couples. Made us laugh as well!! We kept the bikes after the tour was over and returned them a couple hours later. They cheered us on when we got back!! Such an amazing crew!! I highly recommend this on your to do list while in San Francisco!!

My son and I chose to do the Tour de San Francisco, and it did not disappoint!!! What was meant to be a 3.5-4 hour e-bike tour turned into 7 hours.. our guide Orla (sorry I may have spelling wrong) was sensational, full of knowledge, and all round delight. We all enjoyed the tour so much that we all decided to ride back together and she showed us some extra spots. My son said this morning that yesterday was the highlight of the entire trip! Sore bums today, THANK YOU!

Had an amazing day biking with Blazing Saddles! We started in San Francisco, crossed the Golden Gate Bridge, and rode down to Sausalito. After lunch at The Joinery, we continued on to Mill Valley before heading back to catch the ferry across the bay. Finished the ride through Fisherman’s Wharf and returned to the bike shop — 32 miles in total! Such a fun and scenic way to explore the area.

Best tour ever! Great way to explore the city, San Francisco is such a beautiful city and this is the perfect option to visit all the must-visit places. Electric bikes were the way to go. Great place to rent bikes from, highly recommend!!

What a fun ride. Throttle electric bikes was a game changer. The tour guide had a little headset so he could talk to us during the ride. Less stopping, more biking, same amount of fun facts and history. Marcus (our guide) buying me and my wife some donuts was a nice touch as well. We ended up in Sausalito after the tour and were able to drop our bikes off there. We had planned to go to Muir Woods after and didn’t want to have to deal with taking them back to the shop afterwards. All in all an awesome experience with a great guide.

Great experience, fast and super friendly service. And if you hand in the bikes a few minutes later than scheduled, it's not difficult about it. It is a fantastic way to see the city and the golden To discover the Gate Bridge.

Activity highly recommended for having a means of transport in San Francisco where there are many hills. There are bike paths everywhere which will allow you to go all the way to the Golden Gate Bridge. The staff is nice, I recommend keeping them for a whole day.

+Safe bike paths +Very decent electric bikes +Blissful route to Sausalito and back (have not taken the ferry), was perfectly doable at 4 h. We also did a terrace and still had time to discover the other side of the presidio. +Competent and friendly staff who gave a clear explanation about the use of the bikes. +Pretty pricey, but would do it again;)
