Ken was awesome! We really enjoyed learning about the park...as the mom I went with my son and husband. I really didn't want to go, but they asked me to please come. At the end I said to my son...I am so glad I came! It was funny, informative and what a beautiful stadium! Signed, A Detroit Tiger's Fan ;-)

Itinerary
Great for adults and kids, San Francisco visitors, Giants fans and baseball fanatics. It's the ballpark where home runs can be "splash hits" and the breathtaking Bay view rivals the action on the field. It's where one of baseball's most hallowed franchises plays inside an architectural landmark. On your behind-the-scenes ballpark tour of Oracle Park you will get to go places only the players and staff go including: • A Major League Dugout • Visitors' Indoor Batting Cage • The Press Box All tour stops are subject to change depending upon team schedule and area availability. Tours depart from the Juan Marichal Statue next to the O’Doul Gate (3rd & Berry) by the Giants’ Dugout Store and last approximately one hour and thirty minutes.

Our tour guide, Barry, was great! He was funny and extremely knowledgeable. The ballpark itself is awesome too. The views are spectacular and the behind the scenes access was very cool.
Great behind the scenes tour of oracle park ! Barry our tour guide was EXCELLENT! Very friendly and informative made the tour experience great! Highly recommend Barry as your tour guide!
It was very interesting and fun. I learned a lot. The ball park is beautiful! With a view like that. I’d go to every game!
The tour guide is sweet but I don’t think she should be giving the tour anymore. She couldn’t remember basic facts and she was extremely slow. The stadium is cool!
This was a fun experience. Enjoyed walking around the park. It was short but efficient. Must do if you are a baseball fan, it’s a beautiful ball park.
Great tour well worth the money. Holly was amazing and very knowledgeable answering all questions with ease and finesse. Only thing would have been nice to have had the option of purchasing a water or soda on the tour.
Great tour even if you are not into baseball great guide and some good history and some good baseball facts l have been told
Really cool experience. You get to see the park throughout all areas! The tour guides are amazing and make the experience so fun!
Really solid behind the scenes tour. Guide was so clearly invested in our experience and made us feel welcomed and part of the magic of the ballpark. Definitely cool to see BP up close since we went on a game day, may have changed what was possible for the tour. Definitely pair it with a game if you can.
Very informative and upbeat tour guide. Loved the behind the scenes access. Very interactive too. Made each person (and dog) feel special.
Great tour, great tour guide. Love going behind the scenes st MLB ballparks. Veey much enjoyed this one.
We did this pregame tour as part of our bus tour. It was a day game so no field or dugout access but it was really informative about details of the field, history of the franchise. I would highly recommend this tour
Very limited to access to anything meaningful a the stadium. No access to dugouts or locker room. Was able to stand in the field - cool but not life changing. eat work was getting 20% off at the team shop, which basically paid for the tour with a +$200 purchase.
Knowledgeable leader, answered questions, good group. We got to see parts of the stadium and visito areas I had never seen before
Our guide, a retired teacher, (Renee) was incredibly knowledgeable and fun to listen to. I would recommend this tour for anyone! Great experience!
Great tour to this beautiful ball park. Marjorie, our tour guide was wonderful. From top to ground floor, it was great.
Great experience, extremely beautiful views of the stadium inside and great look at the franchise history over the years in MLB.
Fun experience learning about the ballpark. Rodney , our guide, was knowledgeable, friendly, and a great guide!
Great tour! The guides were great!! Been to the park many times but learned a lot. Highly recommended!
It was a good experience, very informative! Our guide was really sweet and helpful! Only thing I didn’t like it’s that we couldn’t go on the field due to a high school game happening. The guide tried talking in our favor but we couldn’t do it. Overall I would 100% recommend it!
We brought Japanese friends (and American baseball fans) who live in Tokyo and we and they were delighted with the tour. Our tour guide was exceedingly knowledgeable and enthusiastic and a true baseball fan. It was the highlight of their time spent with us.
Lots of fun and our tour guide Ken did a great job.
Magdeline was an amazing tour guide who kept the tour fun. The field and views were beautiful. Even if you don't particularly care for baseball it is worth going.
Informative and fun even for long time Giants fans who have visited the park for many years. Be aware there are some stairs to navigate, but otherwise pretty accessible. Guide went at a reasonable pace and had lots of personal stories of the park that made it memorable. He was very knowledgeable and left time for questions.
Great behind the scenes tour. You get to see the dugout, press box, guest locker room, suites. It was terrific. Mark lead our group and he was great. He answered all questions and had tons of interesting information to share.
What we saw was fine, cool to see visitors locker room, home dugout, press box, suites, views, and be able to get out in the field. Our guide was lacking, could have made it so much ore enjoyable if she was more engaging.
I wasn't impressed...I am a long-time Giants fan (I belong to the Napa Gamer Babes organization) and thought the behind the scenes would show an impressive way the players and high-priced ticken holders are treated the way the Cowboys and the Astros treat theirs. I recently toured both those stadiums and it was amazing to see the over the top areas they have for their players and fans and how they are treated. Rene, our tour guide, was just a so-so guide. We didn't hear a lot about the players or other staff, and it was hard to hear her even though there were only 9 of us on the tour (2/7/26 @12:30). I did this tour about 20 years ago with my son, and the tour guide was much better.
Informative and fun! Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. It was interesting to see the places the players see, sit in the dugout, and go behind the scenes.
It's fun to go behind the scenes and also to learn some of the history of the Giants. It's also just a beautiful vista from the park
Disappointed in the tour. We began after a quick video, to the visitor locker room. Only spent time in locker room. Was told there was a video review room and a weight room but wasn't able to see either. From there, we went out to the field, and got to see giants dugout. Cool. But from there, it was just checking out the press box, a luxury suite, walked through club access...pretty much I've been or not that interesting. Didn't see the giants locker room. The bullpen. The batting cages or video/film rooms. Disappointed.
The tour guides did a great job and the tour was very interesting. It was neat getting to see the behind the scenes of the park and learn so much about the history of the Giants.
My guide, Jim was excellent! Very knowledgable about the team history and the park. He was also super friendly! Park beautiful, and with the trip. I only wish we could have seen the home team clubhouse. Otherwise, great tour!
We enjoyed the tour especially the views of the park and the bay. Good to see the Press room and the reporters’ excellent location to follow the games.
We kept hearing how awesome the Giants facilities were but we never saw them! Just the lame visitors spaces. Why tell us about something we will not be able to see? Very underwhelming.
Done the tour with my wife . Patty our guide was brilliant . The place was amazing . My only complaint would be didn’t get to see changing rooms and it would be good if there was some sort of interactive thing , maybe throw a baseball at target and record speed or hit a ball or something like that .
The ghost tour was fun and Ryn provided really fun insight. We booked the same day and we basically had a private tour. 10/10 highly recommend
So much fun! You’ll love going through the various parts of the stadium and learn all the history behind the eat team in baseball! Go Giants!!!!
The tour was basic but nice. I wish Viator would have refunded our money when we realized that we booked 2 tours.
It was fun and informative. It was an opportunity to walk on the outskirts of the field and learn about the history & quirks of the ballpark.
Excellent history of the Giants. Fun tour of the stadium! Loved it. Our tour guide was very enthusiastic and fun to listen to. You can tell he loves his team!
Awesome experience of Oracle Park, going through history and getting to experience all of the finer details you may have never seen. Must see if you are a giants fan or avid baseball fan. I know much more about the stadium and the organization than beforehand and my family from out of town enjoyed the views and history immensely. You get to walk onto the field (albeit briefly on the track only) and that alone was worth admission. It’s 90 minutes with a lot of walking but they can provide wheel chairs for guests who need accommodation. Be sure to arrive early at the statue by the bridge of the park so your group tour leaves in town together
We really enjoyed this tour. Our group only had 5 people in it but Mark, the guide, made it fun and enjoyable. He was enthusiastic and we loved seeing all the behind the scenes things in the stadium. The view is unreal from the stadium seats over the bay. Would definitely recommend!
We had a great experience and enjoy the tour. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He enjoyed his job and had a passion for baseball.
great experience for baseball fans! Amazing history and stories! We walked around multiple areas of the park pre opening. Our tour guide was passionate and you can tell he loved baseball history and the giants. I can’t recommend this enough to anyone who’s interested in learning more about baseball and this beautiful park and it’s history
Very interesting two hours. From the five sections for earthquake survivability to the Tony Bennett suite the tour was full of interesting tidbits
Really fun tour, it was great learning about the history and seeing it so up close, great tour guide
Jim was a fantastic guide and enjoyable storyteller. Tour was interesting and would recommend. I felt it was worth the money.
The guide Victor was great, very knowledgeable and gave unique information that any MLB fan would appreciate. The only reason I didn’t give this tour 5 stars was because they should give you a warning when booking that the experience would not be as advertised. We paid full price and didn’t get to do the visitors batting cage or dugout experience because they were prepping the field for a women’s soccer game the next day and with that said we were looking at a soccer field and not baseball diamond. If I had known this beforehand I still would have booked the experience because I don’t know when I would be back, however they should discount it. Stadiums plan non-baseball events at least 12-18 mo in advance so they should be able to put an asterisk on the experience expected. Other than that great guide and great views.
Out your guide was great and knowledgeable but the advertisement on the ballpark screen that kept playing was way too loud and annoying. Your guides need the microphone headsets
