From start to finish Hector was truly a wonderful guide he is very capable and knowledgeable about the area and wineries he was prompt and flexible allowing us to create a trip tailored to our wishes with stops along the way for lunch a bakery and photo op along with some great wineries all in all we had a great day with him leading us along highly recommended him!! Also his van was super clean and comfortable and we had door to door pickup from our San Francisco hotel

Our tour guide, Hector, was a wealth of knowledge of the Napa &Sonoma wine regions. We visited RuVango and Buena Vista wineries. Great tour, worth the cost. Ask for Hector.

We had an absolutely amazing day thanks to our driver Carlos. Before our trip, communicating our plans was easy and we got great recommendations for lunch. On the day of the reservation, Carlos was friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, and a good driver. The van that came for us was clean and stocked with water. It was large enough to fit 8 adults comfortably, and we were easily able to connect to the Bluetooth music system and adjust the temp. We spent the day visiting two wineries with lunch and coffee in between. Highly recommend!

She was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, and even managed to secure us a spot at a wine tasting for which we did not have a prior booking by skillfully coordinating with the hostess. Afterwards she suggested a self guided tour of the Sterling Winery which we thoroughly enjoyed! She shared a good deal of information about the local wineries along our drive there and back. She was very courteous and made us feel very comfortable on our tour!

They canceled my booking for October because I mentioned I have a service dog, which is against the law. They claimed that they were overbooked but when I booked, there were 5 tours available - these were also available again this morning but mysteriously all are gone after Viator contacted them. This is discrimination and I will be taking further action.

Our family had a great time visiting three wineries in Sonoma and lunch in Sonoma Square. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly, and he knew the area well. Just make sure that the payment terms are very clear for any costs (tip, fuel charge, overtime, etc.) in addition to the expenses paid through Tripadvisor.
