The room is good, but it felt like it was missing furniture. There was a lot of space around the bed, which felt like there needed like a sofa or couch or a jacket rack. Service was good people were kind, but a little delayed in requests. Location though is awesome if you’re visiting Japantown since it was just downstairs. I do recommend staying here!
I love Japantown in San Fran. I love the food around here and several blocks away are more very nice restaurants. Hotel Kabuki is situated perfectly to do everything on foot. The hotel itself has amazing employees who go out of their way to help wherever they can. This trip they were seriously called upon to help and they did with so much grace that they made a bad situation actually peaceful. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The shower is great after a long day. We always enjoy the lobby/bar area. It’s got a better vibe than most of the bars I’ve ever been in the world. I will continue to come back here again and again.
Stayed here recently. It's in Japantown, and is a good location to walk to several different neighborhoods. Great service from staff who found and mailed me my misplaced earbuds. Fantastic gym. Nice, clean, quiet rooms. Will absolutely stay there again.
Great location, this is the best attribute of this hotel. Other than that it is very standard, nothing amazing nothing terrible. Rooms are decent, bed is decently comfortable (bring your own pillows-theirs are pretty awful!), bathroom and shower were good. Breakfast at hotel was very standard and way overpriced, 35$ w/out tip for a very simple/small but tasty buffet breakfast. The people there were nice enough, nothing extraordinary nothing awful. Not sure how others rated this hotel 5 stars, probably just thoughtless ratings :(. Overall I would stay here again but would probably try some place other out first.
