I think it is a solid spot that can be a good stay if you are out of the hotel a lot, want quiet spot and clean room to come back to Fixtures inside are old Hallways have no light No good vibe of hotel. And surrounding Embarcadero is also not a good vibe in the morning/late evening due to darkness Best feature is location
My husband and I really enjoyed staying here! We loved the espresso machine, easy access to amenities and bathroom supplies and water. Comfy beds, clean, and friendly staff! Great location! The only thing I would upgrade would be the carpet.

It is rare to find staff this attentive and genuinely helpful; they truly set the tone for a great stay. The rooms were clean, functional, and quiet—exactly what I needed to recharge. If you’re visiting San Francisco, I highly recommend this property for the location alone, but the team here makes it a standout choice. I look forward to returning.
The location here really works in its favor. It's easy to wander along the waterfront or check out nearby spots without ever needing to get in the car. The lobby feels welcoming, with lots of seats and free coffee on offer all day - definitely a nice extra. My room was clean, comfortable, and there was enough space to stretch out, though the decor could use a refresh. If I had to complain, it wasn't as quiet as I'd hoped, and some parts of the service felt slower than they should be. Still, there's a lot to like about this place. With a few tweaks, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
